• samruddhi (9/5): - Location was good. I loved that it had 2 beds 2 baths so easy for two couples to have their own space. We had booked the place for 5 nights, so would have appreciated some extra set of towels and napkins. We were provided only with a single set.

• Reto (10/5): Spacious and luxurious in a safe and quiet location - Amber View is very spacious and private, with its own dedicated parking spot. The rooms were immaculate and we had the best nights sleep in the comfortable beds, with excellent pillows. Loved the bathrooms with the walk-in shower and heated floors. We were aware of the location of Amber View, knowing a car is required to get to supermarket and restaurants in Frankton/Queenstown Airport - yet very easy to take the water taxi if venturing into Queenstown, and leave the car parked at the property.
• Lynn (10/5): - Great location, beautiful set up for 4 of us. Close to a great shopping center, and a short walk to water ferry 10 minutes to central Queenstown. Great friendly hosts and dog was cute too
• Christine (9/5): Modern, clean and comfortable apartment in a pleasant location. - Lovely apartment. Clean and tidy. Great beds. Plenty of room for two couples. Nice bathrooms. good showers. Washing machine appreciated. Nice to have a dishwasher. Oven great for self-catering. Some basic cooking utensils not provided - wooden spoon, rubber scraper, egg beater, mixing bowl, baking tin, pie dish (I bake sugar-free cakes and desserts when I can), pizza cutter, knife sharpener (knives weren't really sharp enough for cutting raw meat). Many places provide cooking oil and basic condiments which we missed here.

• Tamara (10/5): A great launching pad for exploring the Queenstown area without having to be anywhere near the downtown! - From the gorgeous location high on the hill, to the perfect 2-bed-2-bath layout, this apartment was exactly what our family of 3 needed for a quiet getaway. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms delightful, showers large with great water pressure and a kitchen that had everything required to cook dinners at home. We particularly loved being able to go for a long, view-filled hike without having to drive anywhere. Nothing

I would definately stay again if back in Queenstown. Would recommend the curtain needs to be darker especially when our sun in Australia top end goes down at 6.45 pm and not 9.45 pm. Otherwise not a real issue.
• Anuj (10/5): Exceptional hosts, quiet neighbourhood, wonderful views, and easy access to the city by car. - The hosts were extremely warm and welcoming. They provided valuable advice on the surrounding area, places to visit, and also invaluable tips for our visit to Te Anau. The neighborhood was extremely close to a large park, perfect for an early morning run. The bathroom sink was quite small, and there was some difficulty keeping all of the toiletries on top of the sink. Nonetheless, there was space beneath the sink, which sufficed for the duration of our stay.

• Vaughn (9/5): Great place for a couple of couples visiting Queenstown - Lovely modern accommodation, ideal for a pair of couples. Nice quiet part of town with lovely walking trails. A bit further from the city than expected, exacerbated by roadworks at Frankton.

And a lot of lovely birds around! Would be better to have one bedroom queen bed and another bedroom with two single beds, will be more convenient.

• Manohar (9/5): Clean, modern and comfortable in a quiet environment. The quilt was especially cozy. It was an excellent experience . - The property was in a quiet neighborhood away from the the hustle and bustle of the city. Kelvin Heights is a lovely residential area. The property was clean, the bathrooms were modern with underfloor heating and a heat pump which heated the property quickly. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The best part was we had an opportunity to bottle feed a lamb that Jo was taking care off. We wished the beds in at least one of the rooms could have been separated like having two singles since my wife and I were traveling with 2 adult children, a daughter and a son. They could have taken the single beds. I ended up sharing the king sized bed with my son. My wife and my daughter shared the queen sized bed.

• Trung (10/5): Quentin and Jo are amazing host, super friendly and attentive - The house is very clean and modern. The kitchen has everything we need for basic cooking. The courtyard is always full of sunlight and has the amazing view of the queenstown skyline. Location is close to the city centre and other local places (beach, golf course, parks)

• Agnes (7/5): overall it was good - Good location; has a gate with a code makes it secure from outsiders; very clean; beds are comfortable; has a garden and veranda; the view is very nice and close to the lake; the property is fairly new and all furniture are new, lighting and heating/cooling are good Because the property is located on the ground floor of the owners house, we felt like they are directly accessing the place when we are away, we were surprised to find the entrance sliding door was fully open when we came back one day (good that there is a gate with a code); the air fryer is a bonus but it would be good it there is a microwave.

Wonderful location. Nice kitchen, comfortable beds, clean modern bath and toilet, nice patio with a small lawn. the kitchen needs a microoven....that was the only thing missing. It is located quite far from Queenstown which I did not realise while booking. It is located in Kelvin's heights on the other side of the lake. Frankton was near, about seven minutes drive. But all of us liked the stay.
