• Jan Coen (3/5): Never again - Near nice villages Problems can be there, question is how you deal with them. The owner (the young one, not the father) of this place definately was not able to help us confronted with a shower that only stayed warm for 1,5 minutes and than started to produce cold water during our whole stay of one week. The only thing we heard from him was that this happened never before. I will not share all details but not being taken serious as a customer for us is reason not to recommend this place. The ants on the terrace and the absence of any comfortable chairs (except two lying beds, not chairs) and a very ‘loud Road’ just a couple of meters from the sleeping rooms did not help as well.

• VERONIQUE (9/5): Un lieu que nous conseillerons à de la famille ou des amis - Nous avons été accueillis par Gianvito qui s’est rendu disponible par rapport à notre horaire (qui parle parfaitement le Français) Nous découvrons un jardin où chaque plante et chaque objet ont trouvé leur place, organisés autour d’une piscine. Quant à la maison, elle se décompose d’une grande pièce à vivre, d’un salon, une grande chambre climatisée et d’une petite chambre avec 2 lits superposés L’équipement de la cuisine est correct (pas de four) mais présence d’un micro onde et d’une machine à laver Un espace barbecue avec charbon de bois fourni Une terrasse pour manger en extérieur face au jardin Wifi Le propriétaire vient en milieu de semaine (avec accord des vacanciers) afin d’entretenir la piscine Suggestion : présence d’un aspirateur

• Mario (9/5): Relaxed and beautiful stay, totally recommended!! - The garden and it's huge olive tree, as well as the swimming pool, were beautiful and perfect to hangout and relax. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The most of the interior is created an handmade by the owner himself, which was quite impressive. The communication and support was perfect. The location of the stay were perfect located for us, really quite but again only 10 min by car to the centre of Polignano a Mare, 20 min to our favourite beach spots at Monopoli and around 35 min to the city of Bari. In the summertime you hangout most of time outside, there you have everything you need. For rainy days the main couch and it's forniture in the living room could have been a little bit more cosier for us. Also some chair cushions for the deck chairs outside would have been more comfortable. Some more kitchen knifes (for cutting vegetables etc.) would be nice. But overall nothing which had a big impact on our amazing stay :).
