Parcheggio a pagamento vicino, c'era la macchinetta del caffè, c'erano delle cialde, thè ,dell'acqua in frigo che ci ha salvato la vita😂 ,un piccolo gioiello questo appartamento dentro una palazzina bellissima. Tutto pulito, ordinato, sono stati premurosi a rispondermi quando ho avuto bisogno. Non mi posso lamentare, a me è piaciuto tutto.Spero di ritornare. Torino è sempre meravigliosa.

- Amy (7/5): Great location, lovely flat - The location right on Piazza Castello was great, very convenient to the Musei Reali, Galleria Subalpini, and several large pedestrian areas. The apartment is well designed and has high quality finishes. Having 3 separate sleeping areas was nice. We had some technical issues and the staff were available via WhatsApp to try and resolve. Overall I am happy with our stay, but hope the team works out some of the details with supplies to be provided and maintenance checks between guests. I want to preface this with the fact that I think the New Year holiday contributed to some of the issues we encountered, making it more difficult to reach key Maison Metropole staff and to get someone to come repair the issue. When we arrived, the WiFi did not work due to a broken outlet. A technician was sent the next day to fix, but due to the holiday, it took almost 24 hours for the technician to arrive. There was also an issue getting the cooktop working - the gas was not on and the staff was not able to effectively troubleshoot over WhatsApp. I eventually figured it out, but after a long travel day, my family didn’t appreciate dinner being delayed. Lastly, there were some issues with supplies and cleanliness. There were no paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent in the flat. Given the prime location and price point, I expected these basics to be in place. When I reported this to hotel staff, they told me I should have told them sooner, then said to look again.
- Joost (9/5): Perfect view of the main square, right down town. - The location is marvellous, with a superb view of the Piazza Castello, near all the main sites. Well-equipped kitchen, clesn. Friendly staff. Fixed the airconditioning immediately. As the apartment is fairly new on the market, at the moment it doesn't have wifi yet, but I understand there will soon be. The shower is a bit small/narrow, as it's a weird kind of "sitting bath" with a small door. I would propose turning it into a walk-in shower.
