Karolina (7/5): Na krótki pobyt OK, na dłuższy nie. - Lokalizacja - blisko do Maggiore, Lugano, Como Reakcja na potrzeby wynajmującego - dostarczenie brakujących rzeczy. Dużo robactwa przez brak moskitier w oknach (zaraz będą ściany w zabitych robakach). W łazience cieknący bojler oraz kabina prysznicowa. Brak kawy,herbaty oraz czajnika. Na ścianach grzyb i wilgoć. Szafki skręcone niedokładnie. Nieciekawe wejście do mieszkania. Brak wifi. Jakość nieadekwatna do ceny. Brak pytań właściciela czy wszystko w porządku.
Alfonso (1/5): - La ubicacion es de dificil acceso. Hablan de no tener internet, pero tampoco hay cobertura en absoluto. No habia television ni otros servicios como plancha que aparecen en la descripcion del hotel. Por otro lado, al intentar cocinar se fue la luz. Cogimos este hotel por las facilidades antes mencionadas, y nos decepciono por completo.
