- Jan (9/5): Wonderful - At the arrival date it was raining heavily and we couldn't find the property. The owner saw us, quickly stepped into his car and followed us. Once he caught up with us he told us to follow him. He put his car in reverse and drove down the mountain in the reverse with several hairpins while we followed him. This exceptional service I have never encountered before! We had difficulty finding the property because the property is not called "Loft Vanie" but "Casa Verde Belluno". That is also mentioned on the building. Maybe an idea that in booking,com you call it like this too. Makes it a lot easier to find Apart from this there is nothing I didn't like
