- Lisa (10/5): A Lovely Cottage in the Woods - The house itself was comfortable and cozy. We were surrounded by woods with a variety of walking paths, many of which led to a beach. The hostess was so friendly and helpful. Staying at Arya House was like a dream. We liked everything. However, people with mobility issues might find the paths to the Sahara Beach a bit difficult.

- Thomas (9/5): Nice small house above Lopar village - Very nice host and house above Lopar, a place of peace and quietness. Just wind, birds, sheep. 20-30 min walk to beaches and restaurants. Would book again. Nothing worth mentioning. Road is unpaved and very small, larger cars will have a problem.
- Fabrice7178 (10/5): - Mignonne petite maison, dans un superbe environnement à proximité des plus belles criques de l'île de Rab, accessible en 20 à 30 mn à pied. Martina est très accueillante, attentive et sympathique. Idée d'équipements supplémentaire : petite table de salon et 2 transats.

- Šindelová (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely quiet place at the top of a hill, nice romantic views. Well equipped house with a big fridge, that comes very handy as you cook yourselves there. Friendly lady living just next door, providing us with various tips and hints or just friendly talks. Many thanks! This is not a real negative feedback as we selected a place far from the beaches on purpose. But for someone it may be too exhausting in such a hot weather to walk to the beach and back. It takes 10-15 min at minimum. And it really is a beautiful countryside with little paths on rocks through pine woods, so no firm road for flip flops at all.
- Juraj (4/5): Definitely wouldnt recommend for families with small kids. - Place, Beaches Landlord - oversensitive and bossy (centrom freak). We did not feel welcome. At the time of booking info on the booking.com said Arya house is 150 m from the nearest house where the owners stay. Reality was that owner moved out of the house rented to us to live in the garden shed just few metres from our front door. We had zero privacy. Landlord constantly complained about stuff like which chairs can we use on the porch and which only indoor etc. And often entered our house while we were at beach..Even came to complain when our baby boy was crying - 7:15 in the morning! There was no wifi - despite we paid for it. Landlord only occasionaly made hotspot on her mobile - we alway had to ask. Quality was poor, worked only few minutes and then she turned it off. Aircondition could be used only for 4 house a day - after that we had ti pay extra - despite the fact we aircon was included in the príde we paid. Water often stopped running completely - nearly every day. Sometimes several times pre day. Place was infested with ants - thousands of them inside of the house - crawling also over bodies of our small kids during night. Owner didnt care much and chose to party with her friends for first days. Got better towards the end but only after we complained a lot.. When we opted to eat on the porch - because of the ants inside - it was a challenge because of the many wasps.
