• Rachael (10/5): Great stay - had everything you could want and need with stunning views and lovely owner! - The property was clean, tidy, had everything you could need with a kitchen, hob/induction stove, microwave, kettle, fridge and utensils and A/C. The bed was incredibly comfy also. The owner was also so lovely and helpful! Great view from the balcony as well, close to the centre but also far out enough that it’s quite plus down the road from a shop which had everything and beach clubs Nothing

• Thiago (10/5): A Suíte Positano é excelente! - A localização é fantástica. A cama é muito confortável, o quarto é espaçoso e estava muito limpo. O chuveiro é muito bom. Amamos tudo. Vale a pena! Box do banheiro apertado e não tinha taças de vinho.
• Cornelia (7/5): - Location was ideal, away from the crowds but yet a short stroll away from all. Supermarket right next door. Best of all the big balcony with sea views. Kitchen wasn't well stacked for cooking and eating and no room really to prepare a meal. Functional for storing food in the fridge and making coffee only. Bathroom appliances need attention.

• Veronica (10/5): The perfect spot in Sorrento! - The room was lovely, comfortable, and clean. It had a very convenient kitchen if you need to cook something or just storing leftovers , and the location was perfect for walking around and exploring the city. We will definitely come back
• Emma (8/5): Lovely place to stay in Sorrento - The location was ideal. It felt very new and the shower & bathroom facilities were great. The bed was huge. The view from the verander was nice overlooking the sea. It felt spacious and clean. There was a well stocked supermarket outside. Communication was brilliant and on arrival I had to call as it was pitch black and the lights weren't on. The owner kindly advised that the special key needed to be inserted into a socket in the wall to turn everything on so maybe a notice or sign would help for someone else in the future but overall fantastic for a few days in Sorrento. The bed felt really hard so I had to use a spare duvet to make it feel softer but this might be personal preference. We couldn't get the lifts to work. The little kitchenette was great it would have been a nice touch to have some complimentary coffee/tea as we arrived very late.

• Gabriela (9/5): Hermoso departamento en un lugar soñado - El departamento esta a nuevo, es muy grande y comodo. Tiene un balcon hermoso con vista al mar. Tiene mesa en el balcón y adentro. La cocina tiene lo básico (no había abridor de botella por ej). El lugar super tranquilo, no se escuchaban ruidos de otras habitaciones. La ubicación es en una punta, hay que caminar toda la calle principal para llegar desde la terminal. A la vuelta hay un lugar para lavar ropa y un supermercado. Es práctico. En el video decia un código para ingresar, en el mensaje te texto otro. Consulté y el anfitrión me contestó 1 día después si había podido entrar. Por suerte había probado los 2 y no se bloqueó así que pude ingresar. Por otro lado antes de irme me avisó que debía pagar las tasas en efectivo y ya no tenía tentos euros así que tuve que ponerme a buscar casa de cambio y ya era de noche muy tarde, llegué a pagarlas contando monedas!

• Ashley (8/5): - You could see the water from our little balcony. There was an elevator and a hair dryer. It was very close to shops and local attractions. If you're walking from the ferry, take the lift at the bottom near the beach. Ask around to find it. The owners answered all of our questions, and the check-in and out process was very simple. The little kitchen had everything we needed :) There was a little safe in the room that was very nice to have, too. Overall, it's quite lovely!

Chybělo nám kuchyňské náčiní - větší hrnky na čaj nebo konvička, prkénko, větší nůž, příborové nože. Nebyl tam saponát na mytí nádobí. Ale nijak nám to pobyt nezkazilo.

• Phil (8/5): Excellent property in good location for town - Once in it was excellent. Innovative kitchen, spacious, decent balcony, clean, good location. Host was fine but we had the extra stress of trying to contact host, in order to access property. Another let down by booking.com, who again failed to forward the key code to access the property. Definitely not the hosts fault. Twice this has happened on consecutive trips booked (to different properties) via booking.com. Only real negative was no bottle opener/corkscrew.

• Lauren (9/5): Beautiful view, location, and size! Would stay again! - We loved staying here! The view was just like the pictures if not better. The check in process was very simple. It was a short walk to city center and grocery stores. The room was very big with a good size bathroom! The AC worked well and the windows had shutters/things that came down on the outside so it stayed super dark at night! The only thing is we were hearing this noise constantly like someone was walking up stairs and we could not figure out where it was coming from. We could hear it in the middle of the night too. The building is older and there were people above us but it didn’t make sense.

• Craig (6/5): Not a bad space, but too much communication chaos - Nice balcony, comfortable bed and all the facilities you would hope for. Not super central, but not bad. The bathroom was quite dirty and needed a sweep, while many of the bits in the kitchen-in-a-wardrobe were a bit mucky. Dealing with the host was a bit chaotic and she texted me quite a bit throughout the three nights I stayed. This was namely about the check in process, which wasn't actually shared with me until my second day in the property, and then the website for checking in didn't work properly. She was at the property the next day, I offered her the tourist tax after she had emailed me about it, but she refused and then sent me a bunch of texts reminding me to pay the tourist tax and asking when I was going to check out. It wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't stay here again.
• Ho (8/5): 15min walk away from Train station to Apartment - We stayed at the Ravello room, with partial seaview. A supermarket, Conad city, is just at the corner, diagonally across the apartment, within one minute walk to it. With the kitchenette available in the room, makes cooking and eating- in very convenient.

• Anna (9/5): Superb - The suite was very spacious and we loved having the balcony with views of the ocean. It was in a good location to the main part of Sorrento and good restaurants. The suite was well equipped with kitchen appliances, tea and a clothes rack. The host was very responsive and helpful. It was about a 20 minute walk to the train / bus station which was a bit difficult carrying luggage in the heat.
• Angela (9/5): Great location in the heart of Sorrento, spacious, lovely balcony and even has a kitchenette! - Wonderful location, walking distance from the main Sorrento area, beaches and port from where you can catch a boat to Capri, Positano and Amalfi. Nice and spacious balcony, spacious bathroom, good shower, spacious wardrobe, even had a kitchenette, and friendly hosts who were quick to address our needs of more toilet paper, clean towels etc. The lift was not the most comfortable and there were intermittently some weird loud noises coming from outside, potentially from some sort of construction work.

I would recommend giving people some sope. The room is clean, smells nice but the recycling bins were full and the top shelf in the kitchen was dirty. But that was not a problem maybe it's because I changed my arrival time a few times.

Only saw tea bags, but no coffee ...

It was so nice to be on the outskirts of the town. Nothing was to far away and the grocery store just down the road was super convenient. The only thing we weren’t super excited about was the street noise, it was t terrible by any means but it was a bit noisy on a couple of nights.

We had everything we needed , it had the basics we needed and even beach towels . The owner Angela was amazing and helped us so much getting our lost luggage , she went above and beyond what was needed. Without her I don’t know what we would have done. Our whole experience has been amazing minus the lost luggage. Definitely recommend Thai place .
• Serena (9/5): Cosy room with a large balcony overlooking the water, and in a continent location! - The view from the massive balcony was amazing - close to the main strip, right next to a supermarket and the room is spacious and comfortable! There’s a small kitchenette and an aircon, which is perfect for the summer. Angela was super prompt with replies and very helpful. The shower was oddly laid out and the water pressure wasn’t great. Unfortunately the aircon only worked if the key was in the door.

Our room was next to the main door to the hallway of the door which was a little loud in the mornings. Definitely not a problem though.

• Fernando (9/5): Nice and quiet stay in Sorrento - Nice small appartment in a quiet area at the end of the main street of Sorrento. Large terrace with a wonderfull sigthseeing of Naples bay. Anna, our hostess, was very nice and kind and we got flexibility for late check out free of charge. Crockery, glassware and cutlery a bit limited for 4 people (not even 4 cup breakfast)
