• Didier (8/5): Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour malgré un temps très capricieux. - L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal, situé à proximité immédiate des dunes et de l’accès à la plage. Une mention particulière pour notre hôte Alex qui est très agréable et serviable: toujours disponible et prêt à rendre service si besoin. Peut être le fait que les serrures des portes d’entrée dans la résidence et dans l’appartement étaient très difficiles à ouvrir, avec toujours une petite angoisse de rester bloqué dehors; mais c’est vraiment la seule chose.

Bungalow di max 30 mq , esterno mai soleggiato e praticamente inesistente con un divanetto(sporco ) nessun armadio ma soprattutto manca il posto dove collocare il trolley la pulizia inesistente nessun cambio biancheria ne asciugamani ne ho girati un po’ e tutti cambio biancheria e pulizie magari a giorni alterni li ho sempre avuti , per il costo settimanale richiesto è doveroso dare questo servizio. Però c è la lavatrice….e lo stendibiancheria, Wi-Fi tv e ferro da stiro e il BIDET e dimenticavo una scarpiera da almeno 30 paia di scarpe (fuori misura per il minuscolo appartamento), attrezzature cucina direi completa . Collocato in una zona ottima vicino Dune ma non è possibile goderne la vista c è muro e incombente Il mio voto è 4/10 e sono stato generoso. Tra gli aspetti positivi segnalo la presenza di lavatrice, stendibiancheria, Wi-Fi, TV, ferro da stiro, bidet e una cucina ben attrezzata.

• Simone (10/5): Posizione comoda - Ottima posizione. Cordialità e disponibilità del proprietario. Completa di tutto il necessario Casetta piccola, piccoli spazi. Il letto e i cuscini non tanto comodi andrebbero cambiati o aggiunti qualche cuscino in più.

• nicolas- frederic (7/5): Sejour casa valen - Apparemment géographiquement très bien placer ( commerce transport plage ) Équipement correct pour passer un agréable séjour. Un soir lors de notre séjour, un ami qui logeait dans un autre hôtel est venu boire un café. Le gestionnaire Alex est arrivé et nous a demandé une pénalité de 90€ sous prétexte que nous n’avions pas le droit d’inviter une personne extérieur alors que cela ne figurait pas dans le contrat ( pas de fête) . Ils nous a menacé de prévenir la police et de nous expulser du logement si nous lui donnions pas l’argent. Il m’a accompagné jusqu’au distributeur de billets pour lui retirer l’a argent sans même me donner une facture pour montant. Cela est considéré comme du raquette

• Matthew (5/5): Condescending angry proprietor - Wonderful location right on the beach. The unit is small but comfortable. A plethora of small annoyances ended up as a buzzkill. The proprietor comes as across as impatient and angry and does not communicate well. He blamed us for getting his towels really dirty when we used them to go to the beach. He complained that we were taking on the phone in other people' s spaces when he did not tell us that the green areas near the unit were actually private and not to be trespassed on. He did not answer queries about hot water for 7 hours and then implied we were idiots for not understanding how the faucet worked, when he himself could not figure it out at first. He was quick to anger and presented a condescending attitude at a moment's notice. I think he's probably a nice guy but overwhelmed with the 8 properties he owns without an assistant.
