• Daniel (10/5): Definitely going to suggest this place!!!! - Everything!!!! We stayed 3 nights. ComeCasa modern Terraced & Palestra Apartment is located in Milano area B. We parked our car in the parking garage ->Autosilo Gold Medals, it's 5 minutes walking from the ComeCasa. The place has big windows with big balcony and the greatest is that the windows are towards the garden with a beautiful view and no city noise. The place is fully equipped, big storage closets. Near by you can find plenty of restauransts and other shops and grocery shops too. Its 30 minutes walking to Navigli or Duomo. Just choose where to go and see, it's all near by. The neighborhood is nice. It's very close to Porta Romana.

• Vera (10/5): Modernes Appartement in ruhiger Lage - Sehr schönes, modernes und gut ausgestattetes Appartment. Die U-Bahnstation ist in der Nähe und gegenüber ist ein gutes Restaurant. Ich musste mehrmals nachfragen wie das mit dem Check-in klappt. Der Gastgeber reagiert nicht auf alle Nachrichten bzw. dauert es sehr lange bis er reagiert

• Candy (9/5): - Idéalement situé et proche du Duomo en métro. La station de métro se situe a l'angle de la rue. Le logement est clair, propre et tres bien équipé. Nous y avons passé un bon séjour en famille. La résidence est ultra sécurisée et la terrasse tres agréable. En revanche je trouve vraiment tres excessif de rajouté un supplément de 25 euros pour un lit bébé en plus du coup de l'appartement. Je n'ai pas trouvé ceci tres arrangeant. La salle de sport est bien équipée mais nous avons eu l'indication de son emplacement trop tard et n'avons pas pu aller y faire de l'exercice. Je recommande toutefois le logement.

• Evgenii (9/5): Beautiful apartments with poor customer service - Stunningly well-equipped apartments. There is absolutely everything you need and even more to feel at home! I have no questions about the apartments themselves, but please note my comments I have mentioned in disadvantages. Very poor support from the landlord. I was really disappointed. First, you need to complete a check-in on a third-party website, and then send a message to WhatsApp. However, no one told me that I needed to do this, and I tried to call the phone number provided on Booking.com, but the phone was not working. I had to send a message through the app again, and then I found out that I needed to send a message to WhatsApp. Then, I waited for instructions to be sent to me, but they forgot about me, and I had to remind them again. This happened with various questions, as detailed information was not provided immediately. It was very frustrating.

Riesige Terrasse mit Zugang vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, toller Innenhof mit ruhiger Lage. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Metro und weitere 5 Minuten zum Dom ins Zentrum. Parkhaus für 25€/Tag 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Privater Parkplatz stand leider nicht zur Verfügung, Empfehlung von Parkhaus hätte 35€/Tag gekostet plus Ticket für Zone C. Wir haben uns dann aber selber ein Parkhaus gesucht das um die Ecke ist und haben 25€/Tag gezahlt.

• Andres Octavio (10/5): FANTASTICO!! - Excelente ubicación, bien servida por distintos medios de transporte con tiendas y supermercado cercanos. El edificio y el apartamento están nuevos, muy bien mantenidos con todas las comodidades, además cuenta con un gran balcón para disfrutar. Solo podria dar una sugerencia, en cuanto a poner una repisa en la ducha para colocar el jabón, shampoo etc y cambiaría el plato de la ducha (por donde sale el agua) por uno clásico, para que el agua de la ducha tenga más presión. Sin embargo, también funciona bien como está.

Zona centrale con tutto a portata di mano per esigenze di grandi e piccini. Assistenza da remoto ma super efficiente e cordiale. Lo consiglio a chi come me ha bambini ma anche ai giovani. Posso dire di aver trovato un ottimo posto dove soggiornare a Milano anche in futuro.

• Daniel (9/5): - Super Lage nahe der Porta Romana. Alles in sehr kurzer Distanz (Geschäfte, Bars, ÖV, am Samstag ein Wochenmarkt grad um die Ecke). Unkomplizierte online-Abwicklung von allem. Moderne, sichere, saubere und grosszügige Wohnung mit wirklich gutem Bett. Wirklich TOP! Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann die Heizung, die sich nicht regulieren lässt und die im Schlafzimmer zu warm und im Wohnzimmer zu kalt eingestellt war... Aber auch hier: es war angenehm warm und man konnte zum Lüften ja die Fenster öffnen.

Погана електросистема, при використанні декількох електроприборів може вимкнутися світло, наприклад пральна машина + духова шафа. З зачининими вікнами все рівно чути шум з дорого, особливо коли прибирають сміття вранці. На кухні дуже не вистачає паперових рушників. Так як потрібно сортувати сміття, було б непогано мати в квартирі 4 контейнери для сортування сміття.

Mi hanno anche gentilmente fornito una stufetta elettrica in più essendo io freddolosa. 😊 La responsabile disponibile e gentile. L'appartamento è nuovo, veramente bello, dotato di tutti i comfort (avere la lavatrice per me utilissimo). In una zona ricca di ristoranti, supermercati, a due passi dalla metro, ma tranquilla. Parchi nelle vicinanze. Ci vivrei!! 😍 Nulla. Solo un piccolo suggerimento: lasciare a disposizione olio,sale e scottex o tovaglioli sarebbe un plus. Quando li trovo sono sempre molto grata.

Прекрасное расположение рядом метро и магазины продуктов бары и пецерия! Желтая ветка до центрального вокзала прямая ! 100% рекомендация всем туристам в Милане любящим комфорт уют и безопасность ! Хозяин всегда на связи решение всех вопросов мгновенно ;) 😍( вход по коду очень удобно безопасность гарантирована ) Есть Камары но это сезонная история ;)

The apartment was ready early so we could go as soon as we landed. Little treats for when we arrived which was a lovely extra. A cama era super confortável e a cozinha possuía todos os utensílios necessários para passar longas temporadas. Fica há 20 minutos a pé de distância da Duomo e cerca de 2 minutos da estação de metrô. Super recomendamos!

На ней приятно посидеть вечером в тишине после шумного города. В каждой комнате регулируемый на свою температуру кондиционер!!!! Это прекрасно!!!! Есть гели для душа, шампуни, моющие средства на кухне. Все продумано! Кофемашина и уже были приготовлены капсулы. Вправо по главной улице есть крытый общественный паркинг, где можно оставить машину за 20€ в сутки. Т.к. для перемещение по центру на машине надо брать специальный билет! Очень приятная Эльвира -помогала нам в размещении машины. Можно брать паркинг у нее или воспользоваться крытым рядом тоже.

• María Alonso (10/5): Excelente - Es precioso, todo de 10, no tiene ni un pero. La dueña del piso es encantadora, nos atendía rápidamente a cualquier duda o cosa que necesitamos. Todo súper limpio, la casa totalmente acondicionada de todas las comodidades posibles. Me sorprendió lo perfecto que estaba cuidado cada detalle. Recomendable al 100%. Nos puso un pastel y botellas de agua de cortesía, cocina totalmente equipada de todo, perfecto. Nada, nos encantó todo.
