• Ali Shahroudi (9/5): It was the most comfortable, complete and cleanest place I think we could have found. - First, I got the key from the supermarket next to the building with the owner's guidance. At first, the location and neighborhood of the building was very messy, crowded, and disappointing. Even before entering the rental unit. But don't be upset at all. When we finally entered, the unit was very clean and tidy. The furniture and equipment were all there. All was clean and tidy. It had good light and ventilation. There was quiet enough to relax. You could feel like you were at home. The owner was quickly available via WhatsApp and gave guidance. I can definitely recommend it to anyone with confidence. The worst thing was that the neighborhood was untidy, and of course, the parking problem was a big problem. But eventually, you could find a parking space in one or two nearby streets. I would have been much happier if I had found washing powder or liquid and paper towels. There were two toilets, neither of which had a bidet.
• Marita (9/5): A great place if you want a quiet, comfortable stay in Batumi - The place was clean and comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and was constantly in contact, making sure everything was alright. We collected the keys in the grocery shop downstairs within a few seconds, and that was it. It's a great place for family vacations and vacations with friends. 7 people can comfortably fit. There's a spacious kitchen, two working ACs, three comfortable bedrooms, large sofas, and so on. WiFi is a bit laggy. It didn't work for the whole stay or barely worked, so keep that in mind. The place is quiet and away from the mainly busy streets. One more thing to keep in mind is the distance from the beach. I have an average walking speed, and it took me 10 minutes to get to the beach. It's within walking distance of all the famous and fancy restaurants, boulevards, and other visit-worthy places. The WiFi didn't work quite well, so that was a problem. Another issue was the distance from the beach. But it's not a big deal if you like walking and don't mind a 5-10-minute stroll. Everything else was excellent!
• Denys (8/5): Very good - Owner was very helpful. Apartment met our expectations. Really big problem is elevator. The apartment is on 13th floor and elevator didn’t work 3 days out of 7 we spent there.
