• Joaquim Afonso (9/5): Ótima. - Dados recebidos pelo meu amigo, que usufruiu da estadia, visto não poder ir, por motivos explicados ao proprietário, o alojamento é muito bom. Na parte que diz respeito á marcação da estadia. Não deram qualquer chance para adiar, remarcar ou reembolsar. Não pode ir , oferecendo a estadia a um amigo.

• MELANIE (7/5): - Espacio cocina salón baño grandes. Ubicación buena. Escalera abrupta para subir a la habitación y puerta directa a la calle.
• leninleyton (10/5): - The place was wonderful, and the communication was very good as well. It was very spacious for 2-3 people. The location was not the best as there is no metro station nearby, but there were plenty of bus stops, which made it easily reachable. Also, it has many green areas in a very quiet neighborhood. The bathroom was amazing as well. The stairs leading to the upper side (bed side) are a bit unstable. I would invest in a better solution to prevent any issues. Also, the apartment next door was a bit too loud at night (it's part of the same owner). Perhaps implementing stricter policies about noise would be beneficial.

• alex (5/5): Sucio - Suciedad principalmente pelos largos (estoy calvo, asi que mios no pueden ser), vi por primera vez una cucaracha en el baño, falta una lavadora (hay unos armarios que están vacíos y se pueden aprovechar, no hay casi menaje de cocina, y lo que hay está sucio y muy usado.

• Cristian Giovanni (9/5): - Muy buena la atención todo el tiempo y general el departamento en todos los sentidos estuvo muy cómodo Lo único que no me gusto fue que se mete mucho ruido de los demás departamentos pero fuera de eso estuvo excelente

• Kawa (9/5): - Bardzo dobra przestrzeń samego mieszkania. Duża łazienka ( może zabrakło pralki). W sąsiedztwie mieszkania jest wszyscy co potrzebne: apteka ( 5 m) , restauracje i bary ( 50 m) , mini market ( 200 m) , supermarket (550 m) , przystanki autobusowe ( 50-350 m) Byliśmy w 3 osoby. 2 spały na małżeńskim łóżku wchodząc po drabinie ( trochę za ciepło , a jeśli włącza się wiatrak to w miarę ok , ale bardzo głośno) , 1 osoba spała na dole na kanapie. Kanapa usadowiona w specyficznym miejscu, bo zaraz przy wejściu i klimatyzacja wieje wprost na kanapę 😅 . Kanapa już jest trochę wysłużona, bo w jednej części jest zapadnięta.

• Paul (10/5): Wonderful apartment in a lovely location. Excellent value for money. - Spacious and tranquil apartment. Very centrally located, within easy walking distance of La Latina / Palacio Real areas and also 15 minutes on foot from nearby metro stop (Puerta del Ángel). Well appointed, comfortable, tastefully decorated, great shower. Plenty of lovely bars and restaurants in immediate vicinity. Bedroom area (bed was wonderfully comfortable) is in a mezzanine with rather steep steps. We had no problem with this but maybe not the best choice for anyone unsure on their feet. It was excellent value for money and communication with the intermediary was efficient. Highly recommendable, with the one small caveat above. If we were to return to Madrid (which we would love to do; it’s wonderful), we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. We are two pretty fit and healthy people in our early-60s. Nothing.
