• lionnel (8/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - Petite maison propre et accueillante, propriétaire réactif et sympathique, documentation dans notre langue ( je ne sais pas si c’est pareil pour toute les nationalités), parking inclus et devant la maison, … Localisation un peu éloigné des centres d’intérêts touristiques

• Andemix (10/5): would stay again - Best of all I like the location, included parking, quiet, easy check-in and good communication with the owner. Will definitely stay again. I stayed at a different room before at the same complex and the bed was more comfortable in the white building then in comparison to the orange building where I stayed now. This bed was a bit harder than the softer mattress from last time, but it was still ok.

• Yan Zi (8/5): Cómodo y céntrico - Esta a 10-15 minutos del centro. Ivan, el anfitrion, es muy amable. El parking incluido con el alojamiento. La cocina y el baño muy completos. El ruido de la nevera y de los trenes al pasar Hay un papel sobre la mesa, que casi no vemos, donde hay que rellenar datos y , además del precio de la habitación hay que pagar 1,90€ por tasas turísticas.

• Guest (8/5): - Super smještaj za noćenje. Besplatan parking. Dobra komunikacija sa vlasnikom.

• Terzic (10/5): - Vrlo ugodan,čist apartman koji je u potpunosti zadovoljio naše potrebe za vrijeme boravka u Zagrebu. Također vrlo dobro opskrbljen svim potrebnim kućanski aparatima,posuđem i ķućnim potrepštinama. Svakako ćemo kod ponovnog višednevnog dolaska u ZG pokušati rezervirati ovaj apartman a isto tako ga toplo preporučiti i drugima. Lp Sanda Znam da se po tom pitanju ništa ne može promijeniti ali jedino što mi je smetalo je buka vlakova. Ali srećom ne voze često.😉

• Chiara (8/5): - Wide room and well connected to the city centre. It's worth the price. Not so easy to reach since you have to enter in a car parking. There was no house number on the reservation so we had to call the host (who picked up immediately). We found some hair on the bathroom walls and on the floor.
• Rachel (7/5): - Le studio dispose d'une cuisine qui est bien équipée, une salle de bain, la literie est confortable. L'accès à un parking gratuit ! La localisation de la maison se trouve directement sur un parking qui est entouré de locaux peut-être abandonnés et d'un chemin de fer ! Nous sommes venues à deux filles et nous sommes arrivées la nuit, ce qui ne nous a pas rassuré...
• 헝가리 선수 (9/5): - Great location, great value for money, and the parking was perfect. Quiet and comfortable. 20-minute walk to city center It's a bit out of the way and inside a parking lot, so it might be a bit noisy in the summer. Not many people pass by, so it's a bit scary.

• Toni (1/5): Host should stop thinking with his wallet and start using his head - - We booked the apartment for our workers, and in the photos you can see the other room open so we tought that they can have their separate room. Once we arived at the destination host locked other toom and said that if we wanted to use it we should have paid more, or book for more people. Problem with apartment is that they do not have ability on booking to book for more people and in my opinion if we already paid for the room at least he should have some common sense to unlock it as nobody else is able to rent it out while our workers are inside. Also I never got the reciept even though I asked seceral times.

• Virginia (2/5): - Termo estropeado! El baño inundado y el agua helada!! Una chabola en medio de la nada. No lo recomiendo para nada. Por la noche da miedo y la puerta con ratas.

• Petreska (8/5): Very good - Clean apartment, close to the center of Zagreb, you have everything you need, free parking in front of the house is big plus.

Location is good, but there was no instructions how to find the parking place where the apartment is located. It was too cold in the apartment, AC heating is not enough.

• Jelka (9/5): GOOD STAY IN CENTER OF ZAGREB - The location of the property is great. It is practical that the parking is right in front of the accommodation. Also very practical for walking the dog if you are traveling with one. I was a little worried about surroundings. It may be not a pleasant feeling in the night for a woman traveling alone.
• Ewa (1/5): Bad - The apartment is fine and well equiped. I cannot get an invoice from the host for my stay - this is the only reason for the low rating. This was my business trip and without an invoice I cannot get reimbursed by my employer.

• Karen (9/5): Cozy home with parking space - Nicely renovated little house, main bed is like a studio, but there is a bunk bed in a small bedroom. Nicely furnished kitchen, large fridge. Windows have good curtains and darkening shades. Front of house has a fenced off patio which helps separate it from the parking lot. Tram stops close by, easy to ride or walk into old town. Hot plate stove is slower at cooking than a regular stove. Large bed is a bit firm, but bunk bed is softer. Location in a parking lot is unique, but it was a safe neighborhood. Trains were not too noisy most of the time.
• Ewa (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment in walking distance from old Town, however trams are available nearby if needed. Car can be parked in front of the apartment. It was safe for us and our car. Ps. Do not take the paper parking ticket because you will not be able to leave the parking using the prepaid monthly parking card later on (we needed to call the parking assistance to let us out). First go for the apartment key and the parking card, and only then enter the parking area.
• Chi (1/5): Bad - The host is a horrible communicator. I don’t think he would have ever sent me the check-in information (including the code for the lockbox containing the key) before I arrive if I hadn’t asked for it. The address provided on Booking is incomplete, and the apartment itself is located inside a parking lot, making it impossible to be found on Google maps. Despite all this, the host didn’t bother to provide any instructions on how to find the property until we were stranded on the street and had no choice but to call him, which cost me international minutes. I have never taken this long to get into an accommodation. Additionally, there is no washing machine in the apartment as mentioned on the website. The most ridiculous part is that there is no water supply in this property from 7am to 11am probably everyday, which the host also didn’t bother to tell us in advance. We were lucky to be away on the second day of our stay, but we suffered water shortage and wasn’t able to wash up properly before checking out. This is definitely one of the worst booking experiences I have ever had.
