• Daniela (10/5): A good mix between party and chill out - We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The jacuzzi was definitely the highlight for us, and the sea view was absolutely beautiful. We felt very safe and comfortable during the whole stay. The camera at the entrance also gave us a very secure feeling, because security could always see who entered and left the building. We loved spending time on the balcony, chilling and relaxing with the amazing view. The beds were very comfortable, we enjoyed cooking in the apartment, and we spent a lot of time in the jacuzzi. A very kind young lady took care of everything and was always available for us whenever we needed help or had questions. Overall, we are completely satisfied and can highly recommend this accommodation. The city center is only about one or two minutes away by foot, which was also perfect for us. Everything was perfect

• Pavel (10/5): - Skvělá poloha - v blízkosti (do 10 minut pěšky) hlavní třída s obchůdky, restauracemi, ale i rušným nočním životem. Dobře vybavený apartmán. Vše potřebné bylo k dispozici. Oceňujeme zejména vířivku, velký reproduktor a kulečník. Při další návštěvě Kypru určitě opět využijeme. 🙂
• Väli (10/5): - We had an amazing stay in Ayia Napa! This place was absolutely perfect for our group of 7. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to both the beach and all the main clubs, which made everything super convenient without needing taxis. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with enough room for all of us to feel comfortable. The beds were cozy and there was plenty of space to hang out together before heading out. Also jacuzzi was a cherry on top. What we really loved was how easy everything was — check-in was smooth, the host was friendly and responsive, and the area felt safe even late at night. Being so close to the nightlife but still able to relax when we needed was the perfect balance. If you’re coming with a group and want something central, fun, and stress-free, this place is a fantastic choice. We’d 100% stay here again! Theres was no washing machine at the moment but there's is a 24/7 laundromat across the street.

• Michał (5/5): Mimo 18°C na zewnątrz, woda pod prysznicem i w jacuzzi była zimna - Lokalizacja obiektu to jego największy atut. Apartament znajduje się w świetnym punkcie, który stanowi doskonałą bazę wypadową. W najbliższej okolicy dostępny jest szeroki wybór restauracji serwujących różnorodną kuchnię, a także liczne sklepy spożywcze, co bardzo ułatwia codzienne funkcjonowanie Pobyt oceniam negatywnie ze względu na brak ciepłej wody. Mimo zainstalowanych podgrzewaczy, temperatura wody pod prysznicem nie przekraczała 30°C. Podobny problem dotyczył jacuzzi – choć pierwszego dnia woda miała 38°C, później była już tylko zimna. Właściciele próbowali tłumaczyć to pogodą, co okazało się nieprawdą, gdyż system był po prostu uszkodzony. Dopiero po trzech dniach interwencji i walki o poprawę warunków, udostępniono nam mniejsze jacuzzi w innym apartamencie. Duży zawód przez podejście włascicieli.
• George (10/5): Awesome apartment in city center of Ayia Napa - We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and exactly as described in the photos. It was well maintained and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The hosts were exceptionally kind and responsive. They were always available to help and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We especially appreciated that they generously provided their barbecue and outdoor tables so we could fully enjoy our evenings — a thoughtful gesture that truly made a difference. We highly recommend this property for its cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly return in the future.
• Crystal (10/5): Absolutely Amazing Apartment - Beautiful modern apartment with all the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay . Hot tub , pool table , outdoor furniture fantastic. Huge fridge freezer , oven , washing machine and dishwasher . The bed in the double room was so comfy . Huge TV with Netflix. Superb modern showers . Air conditioning or heating in every room . Close to main strip but far enough away so no noise . Hosts were fantastic any issues they were rectified in 20 mins and these weren't anything major , 1 outdoor bulb needing replacing and the electrics tripped once and we couldn't find the fuse box but a quick whats app and maintenence was there within 10 mins. Also the hosts left us water , plenty tea coffee milk sugar and a crate of water . We were on our honeymoon and they were lovely enough to leave us a gift . Very thoughtful . Would definitely come back to this apartment again . Nothing
• Nicholas (7/5): Great for getaway with mates - Its a great location if you are with a group of mates looking for an apartment in Ayia Napa. The hot tub and outside bar are perfect for chilling. Its a bit basic so not ideal if you are looking for something comfortable and could do with a bit more kitchen ware if you are a bigger group.

To miejsce łączy luksus, komfort i rozrywkę w idealnych proporcjach. Apartament jest przestronny, nowoczesny i doskonale urządzony. Jacuzzi to prawdziwy hit – idealne na relaks po całym dniu spędzonym na plaży lub zwiedzaniu. Dodatkowym atutem była maszyna do gier, która dostarczyła mnóstwo zabawy zarówno dzieciom, jak i dorosłym. Ogromnym plusem jest funkcjonalny układ: trzy komfortowe sypialnie (dwie dwuosobowe i jedna trzyosobowa), dwie eleganckie łazienki, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia oraz przestronny salon z dwiema wygodnymi kanapami. • Ewa (10/5): - We spent 10 days at the property in November and it was an absolutely fantastic stay. One of the biggest highlights was the very warm jacuzzi with heated water, which made our evenings truly special. Relaxing in it while watching the sunset over the sea created an unforgettable atmosphere. Another huge advantage was the pool table, which we used every single day. It was a great feature that made our evenings active, fun and full of laughter. The apartment is perfectly equipped – from a fully stocked kitchen to a washing machine, dryer, fast internet and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space is very large and easily accommodates up to six people, offering everyone plenty of room to relax. We were especially impressed by the relaxation area – a spacious living room connected with the terrace. The terrace doors open fully, creating one large open space with a beautiful sea view. Mornings with the sunrise, coffee and breakfast on the terrace were some of the most memorable moments of our entire trip. There were also comfortable sunbeds and a great dining table. The location is also excellent – close to the beach, restaurants and the main square in Ayia Napa, which at this time of year is beautifully decorated with Christmas lights. Another big plus was the parking space, with one car parked under a shelter. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. We also want to highlight the fantastic service. The hosts were extremely responsive and replied to every message or request within minutes, which made us feel truly well taken care of throughout our stay. This place fully met our expectations – and even exceeded them. Perfect for relaxation, sightseeing, unwinding and spending quality time together. We would happily return and we highly recommend it!

• Rastko (10/5): - The accomidation was very nice and very spacious and an excellent option for a bigger group of people, the owners were very accomidating and very kind and always responded quickly with whatever was needed. The balcony was the best part of the apartment with an amazing view! Also the apartment is located very close to the clubs which can mean a lot. So if you are looking for a place to stay I highly recommend this place.

The service was truly exceptional — the hosts were so kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The whirlpool was fantastic and perfect for relaxing evenings. We also enjoyed the pool table — it was slightly damaged when we arrived, but the team quickly repaired it for us, which really showed how much they care about their guests. What impressed us most was how thoughtful the hosts were. They even brought us their personal grill so we could enjoy a barbecue, and they went out of their way to buy us a cutting board and some board games to make our stay even better. The location was great too, close to everything we needed. Overall, it was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever stayed in — we’d definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cyprus!
• Katerina (10/5): - Das Penthouse Apartment ist ein Traum und würden es jederzeit nochmal buchen. Die Terrasse war sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Aussicht war fantastisch. Die Zimmer waren alle groß und sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit vielen Dank nochmal für alles !! Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Internet und es wurde gleich behoben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jedem weiterempfehlen, der einen angenehmen Urlaub in Ayia Napa haben möchte ohne irgend eine böse Überraschung. Wer feiern möchte, muss nur 2 min auf die Partymeile laufen. In die Stadt ist man zu Fuß auch sehr schnell. Supermärkte sind alle in der Nähe. Zu den schönen Stränden ist es etwas weiter weg, aber man kann sich für wenig Geld ein Buggy / Quad leihen. Nichts es war alles perfekt
• Pasquale (7/5): - A lot of space and good location for party. The receptionist and the host were very kind and helpful, even at night. They always did their best to assist us with the issues we experienced in the apartment We experienced several issues during our stay. The AC didn’t work on the first night, and later it had a power block due to high consumption, though this was quickly resolved. Unfortunately, there was also a persistent bad smell in the apartment for several days. The cleaning of the filters and general maintenance of the air conditioners should be improved. In addition, the jacuzzi contained too much chlorine, which made it impossible to enjoy.

Being located in the city center, you have easy access to all the restaurants and clubs. We had a small “issue” at the beginning, as we didn’t notice in the apartment details that a deposit was required. However, everything was fine, and the deposit was returned to us at the end of our stay. Overall, nothing to complain about, we are satisfied and happy with our experience!❤️

• Alex (4/5): Trip from hell - The staff who help maintain the property are great, less to be said about the owner. Good location to the main bars and other areas in Ayia Napa If your looking for hassle free do not stay here, hot tub failed to warm up, kitchen kept having fuse trips so was unusable, cockroach’s on the decking, Godwin (staff member) was great through the stay and was on hand to help out. But after having issue and issue we didn’t not see the point in keep calling him back out to sort every issue out. After we checked out the owner said he was keeping my despot (valid there was damage to a sun lounger which we understood and accepted) but half the things this man came up with like blaming us for tearing a pillow even though on arrival the pillow was already torn, refusing to believe that the cockroach’s were on the decking. If you want to lose out on more money for accommodation then definitely book here, if not I would stay clear of this place. I’m sure you will get an understanding of the owner based of his reply to this, as I have recently just read some other reviews from other people and seeing how he reply’s. Save your money and buy elsewhere
• Kevin (10/5): 10 day party trip to Ayia Napa - We stayed on the bottom floor. The apartment was very modern and spacious. We were six people and there were absolutely no issues with the space whatsoever. The apartment had a kitchen, dining area, living room along with three bedrooms and two toilets with showers. The apartment also had a big floor speaker, which was a big plus since we could blast music day. Air Condition was also available in every bedroom and throughout the apartment. We also had our own jacuzzi in the apartment which was unexpected but much appreciated. The location was great and close to the nightlife and bar street. The apartment was next to Solsidan bar. We slept mostly without any issues but the there was a lot of noise from the bar, although that is to be expected when staying close to the bar street in Ayia Napa. The host was chill & helpful, no complaints there! We had some issues finding the reception in order to grab the key. The adress provided by booking.com was a few numbers away from the correct adress, however the host was very helpful and assisted us.
• Kovačev (10/5): EXCELLENT - The property is very nice, in a good location. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and tidy. The male part of the team was especially happy with the pool table. The staff was very friendly. I would especially like to praise Godwin who had no problem letting us into the accommodation at 5 am. He helped us with everything we asked for and was available for any questions. I especially commend his commitment to helping with the return of the deposit that was due to my bank. If you don't go to the nightlife, it can be quite noisy at night, but that didn't diminish the overall rating for this place.

• Maria (1/5): Bad - Nothing If I could give them negative stars I would. Check in was supposed to be available after 14:00. We got there at 14:30 and still had to wait until 15:20 for the place to be ready. While getting settled in, one of us got a very keep cut in their thigh from a fork that was jammed and protruding from the couch. Definitely going to leave a mark.. Later, we come back from a night out and discover that the AC is turned off. Peculiarly, this is in the instructions and we have to pay for the AC per hour? I've traveled to third world countries, and not once have I had to pay for metered AC. The house manual said we have to go pay at some location near the house. We go to pay, and the reception is closed. There is a number on the door to call. We call them and tell them we need to pay for the AC because it's too hot to sleep, and they say "Just leave". We just packed up and left. Drove home at 5am to sleep. Complete waste.
• Alexandra (1/5): Worst experience ever don’t reccomend - Nothing We booked through booking not directly to the property and we expected something else. First of all the only thing deluxe was the name and it was not even the real name of the location. It was Pan Marie or Thomas apartments. We found broken furniture (door handles, fridge,drawers), the apartment was filthy we had to buy cleaning products in order to clean the showers and the toilets, it was full of cockroaches because the apartment is at the semi-basement, it smelled as a sewer, the balcony was full of broken glasses and filthy clothes from the club that was right next to our apartment, the music from the bar was loud and we couldn’t sleep untill 3 am, description it says that parties are not allowed, we found dirty smelly men clothes in the closet (we told the staff from the accomodation but they never threw them they instead said it was ours, we tried numerous time to contact them but they didn’t respond, the towels and the bed sheets were smelly and dirty (they never changed them), the internet didn’t work. Also at our window people threw trash and pee. The smell is horrible we can t sleep. I wrote also to the acoomodation support service. It is outrageous.

• Morgan (9/5): very enjoyable, convenient and comfortable - the location was amazing, is literally a 2 minute walk from the strip and bars, the room is very modern and has amazing air cons. very spacious and beds are comfortable. it’s directly opposite Pambos which has amazing pool parties and is a short walk to McDonald’s and other food and shops, easy access in general the only negative was no private balcony and the sliding doors are directly next to a night club
