• Linda (10/5): - Very close to Chealsea Flower Show. Good food nearby at The Scilly Elizabeth Street, Sainsbury local opposite and The locals Cafe a few minutes away. The flat was bigger than expected too which was a bonus. Our host was really helpful with any questions too. Could have done with instructions on how to get in the main door. We had never used a key fob before, coming from Cornwall.

• Vyara (9/5): Perfect for 1 or 2 - The studio is clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. There is a bus station nearby and an underground station in 15 min walking distance. The host is very kind and responsive. The location is very central and convenient and the studio and the area are very quiet. The double bed is comfortable.The studio would be excellent for 1 or 2 persons. Our only discomfort was that there is no table for dining and the sofa is a bit hard.

• Judith (10/5): - Great appartement in an ideal location: within walking distance to sights such as Buckingham Palace, traffic hubs (Victoria Station), and leisure activities (Battersea Park, shopping @ Battersea Power Station). A small supermarket is right next door. The appartement is clean and equipped with everything you need. The host is fantastic: he is very friendly, helpful and easy to contact. Total recommendation.

• Mohammed Nabeel (8/5): Great location, lovely place cosy as the name mentions, and the owner is hospitable and easy to communicate with! - It was cosy the area was quiet and the location was perfect to Victoria station and to any of the main attractions too For us the place was just a little too small but that’s nothing to do with the property or owner it’s my own planning, but we Made it work as the owner was very help too!

Cuisine bien équipée. Le quartier est super, bus et métro a proximité. Très secure. Pubs et restaurant aux alentours. Le sainsbury juste en bas est pratique. J y retournerai sans aucun problème RAS

• Joanna (8/5): - Apartament przyjemny. dobrze wyposażony, czysty. Problem z wodą w łazience. Najpierw leci bardzo gorąca, potem po wyłączeniu wody, a następnie włączeniu - bardzo zimna. Z tego powodu przeziębiłam się myjąc głowę.

Accoglienza molto buona, host molto molto gentile e disponibile (abbiamo avuto a disposizione l'appartamento fino alle 17 del giorno del check out poiché non sarebbero arrivati altri ospiti prima del giorno successivo- questo è stato davvero gradito!!) Pulizia molto buona, fornita di tutto e accogliente. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare l'alloggio usando google maps (questo ovviamente non dipende dall'host) ma magari come consiglio di aggiungere punto di riferimento il supermercato di fronte. L'appartamento ha rispettato le nostre aspettative. Certo è molto piccolino ma funzionale.
• AUDE (8/5): - Appartement idéalement situé proche de la Gare Victoria et de Westminster (17 minutes à pied). Résidence sécurisée avec système de digicode. Quartier calme. Supérette en bas de l'immeuble très pratique. Nous étions trois avec notre fille de 17 ans. Lit et canapé très confortables. L'hôte est à l'écoute et très réactif. Rapport qualité-prix imbattable ! Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation.

Very easy collection of keys on arrival. Host kindly showed me around the studio & was available by phone if any issues...which there were none... Had to leave for home....would have liked to have stayed longer...

• Jack (9/5): A well-equipped, well-located apartment with a great host – excellent value for money! - The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay – a washing machine, ironing board, and well-stocked cupboards with essentials like toilet paper and washing pods. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Victoria Station and within easy walking distance of Buckingham Palace. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and readily available if we needed anything. The only downside was that the beds were a bit firm for our liking.

The seating outside the front door overlooking the big courtyard was lovely in the sunshine. The space is advertised that it can sleep 4. We were three adults and with both sofa beds down, you had to climb over each other to get to the bathroom or kitchen. The beds were hard and not very comfortable and there was nowhere to hang clothes. Not enough glasses or cooking utensils (e.g. wooden spoons, etc)

Sainsbury's, chemist and shops close by. Buckingham palace about 20 minute walk. The studio was immaculate, well presented and had all amenities. The host was friendly and communicated was coherent. We would stay again for sure. For a studio apartment we expected it to be small as per other reviews so were not bothered by this,the main thing for us was cleanliness which was completed to a high standard. Therefore, couldnt really point any faults.

Some of the questions I had, could have been avoided by making a small tutorial so I wouldn't need to have bothered him in the first place. Couches were a bit cramped and hard. I found out there was an elevator on the last day.
• Tetsuo (10/5): Kind host, neat apartment, ideal location - Our kind host, despite our late arrival due to transfer problem, took efforts to make sure we can smoothly enter the room and enjoy our stay. The apartment is nicely renovated and furnished. Only five minutes walk away from Victoria station, it was an ideal starting point for visiting many attractions.
