• Stella (10/5): It was clean, I felt so welcomed and nice treated, it was super convenient! - The property is very clean. You can smell the bedsheet and everything are freshly washed. The location is very convenient. It’s near the city center so you can go out at night for a drink or for restaurant easily. The host is very nice and sweet. When I arrived, it was quite early. She even offer me a coffee. They also allow me to leave my luggage before the check-in time so I was able to go on trips. As a 20 years old woman solo traveler, some Hotel can make it feel unsafe however, this one makes you feel very safe and very welcomed by the front desk lady who feels like a mom Nothing! It was so good

• Maddie (1/5): Bad - Our check in process was very messy. The bathroom flooded every time we turned the sink on. The toilet wasn’t cleaned and had dried urine on it.
• Nisa (10/5): Clean room and kind staff - The hotel owner Niku was always nice to us and very kind, our room was clean, the hotel is very close to the center, everything we needed was in the room, the rooms have a very sweet balcony, he is always kind and helpful owners, we checked in late at night and they let us check in late, you can choose this hotel with peace of mind. Thank you for everything

• Camila (5/5): Good for one night - Location is absolutely perfect - we walked through main streets from the bus station at 3.30 AM, super safe and with lots of light, just a 15 min walk. The personnel was super accommodating with our arrival time, allowed us to leave our luggage during the morning and to use the bathroom before we left. Overall, personnel and location are great, installations are minimally decent - ok for one night as it’s super cheap and practical, but if we needed to stay longer, we would have chosen another place There were stains on the bed sheets, the bathroom smelled quite bad (like bleach, but very very strong) and the wind that came out of the air conditioner smelled like humidity… it looked like the room hadn’t been cared for in a long while.

• Carlos (6/5): Location. That's all. - Location is great and the cost is cheap, but... that is all. I did not feel quite welcome when my plane had a delay and I arrived at the hotel late. Room is pretty decent, but the bathroom is very tired and needs lots of fixing and renovation. I world try somewhere else next time. Bathroom.
• Petr (8/5): Great stay overall - Nice and clean room. It looks exactly the same as on the photos. Friendly receptionist. Nice balcony. Comfortable beds. Towels and shampoos were provided. Great location. Great stay overall. The shower was missing half of the door. We had to be very careful to spray the whole bathroom with water while showering. This is probably a temporary issue which will be hopefully fixed soon. The AC was not working properly. Even when turned on to maximum power, the rooms was still extremely hot. The AC unit was looking brand new, so it was clearly broken. Hopefully will be fixed soon.
• Andrea (8/5): Good for a short stay in Tirana - It was all ok, 20min walking to the city centre. Shops around. Receptionst helped us to find the parking spot just in front of the hotel. They were very nice.

The pictures just show the bed and the furniture which is new the rest of the room is not good. The bathroom is old and okay.

The owner Mr. Niku was nice and cooperative, he helped us order taxis to the airport. And it was very affordable, Definitely recommend! Rooms were kind of small, streets were a bit noisy and the shower didn’t have curtains.

Good location to walk to all the main attractions in Tirana They initially forgot to give us towels and because we arrived quite late and there is no real reception, we had to wait until the next time to get some. The bathroom could do with some improvements, as one of the plugs was coming off the wall and one for the shower doors was missing

The bed was comfortable and the owner was nice. In the room there was a constant smell of cigarettes smoke. It didn't disappear though I left always the window open. The bathroom could have been cleaned better and the toiletries (soap, shower gel, shampoo) were missing and they left just a little bit of toilet paper..... I believe that even when you pay less, the cleaning should be done well.

• Olena (8/5): Niku is a really great, hospitable and responsive person! - I was traveling with my friends and my family. I have a small baby daughter and I was extremely grateful to Niku for all the help he gave us. We got lost a bit as we were traveling without a car and he picked us up on the spot, brought to the hotel, helped us to have some tasty food in the nearest cafe. And the next day he also helped us with getting to the bus station. it was invaluable and all the shortcomings faded way. 🫶🌸 it’s a 3 start hotel, so I didn’t expect anything incredible. it was a bit cold and noisy there. however, it’s situated in the city centre. Anyway, I was staying there for a night and it was absolutely fine

• Diamant (6/5): My stay at the conveniently located building was pleasant, and the kind owner's free coffee was cool - I had a great stay at the easily accessible building, just an 8-minute walk from the center. The bathroom is undoubtedly spacious, but it would benefit from a renovation and modernization. While the current design may have been stylish in the past 25–30 years, it may not be as functional or aesthetically pleasing by today's standards.

The rooms are small generally but the staff is very helpful and nice. Bathrooms could be improved but they are clean so it’s okay. For this price you can not find better in Tirana.

• Artana (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is very clean, it is family run and the staff are helpful with all requests and welcoming, the beds very comfortable. The hotel is in the centre and Transport is easy as taxis and bus stops are both within 2 minutes walk however everything you need is pretty much on the same road (coffee shops, nice food shops, supermarkets etc etc). I would highly recommend for anyone traveling to Tirana due to all the above and very reasonable pricing.

The room was tooooo small and there were no enough shelves or closets. Bathroom was. not clean. Overall it was makeshift. Needs renovation. Although it has parking lot, it was locked by chain so you have to deal with finding the key. It is not for families, maybe for students.
