- Larisa (1/5): - 이 지역은 교통도 편리하고 주변에 다양한 호텔이 있어서 위치는 정말 좋습니다. 하지만 이 호텔에서만큼은 절대로 숙박하지 마세요. 정말 최악의 경험이었습니다. 예약 당일에 호스트에게서 갑자기 방이 없다는 문자를 받았습니다. 주변에는 같은 가격대의 숙소도 전혀 없었고, 다른 호텔로 이동할 수 있게 될 때까지 밤 8시까지 밖에서 기다려야 했습니다. 전화는 아예 받지 않았고, 카카오톡 답장도 매우 느리고 태도도 너무 불친절했습니다. 어떻게 이런 숙소가 존재할 수 있는지 의심스러울 정도였습니다. 그리고 이 예약은 저 혼자가 아니라 그룹 여행이었고, 예약은 제 외국인 친구 이름으로 되어 있었습니다. 우리는 같은 건물에서 묵을 수 있도록, 일부러 같은 건물이지만 다른 호텔로 예약했습니다. 그런데 만약 한국어를 할 수 있는 제가 없었다면, 제 친구는 호스트와 연락 자체가 불가능했을 것입니다. 왜냐하면 호스트는 카카오톡으로만 연락을 하고, 외국인들은 대부분 카카오톡이 없기 때문입니다. 부킹에 컴플레인을 한 뒤에야 다른 호텔로 들어갈 수 있게 처리해주었지만, 그날의 불편함과 스트레스는 아직도 잊을 수가 없습니다. 절대 추천하지 않습니다.

- Iuliia (5/5): Ресепшен просто необходим - Только месторасположение Номер очень грязный, вся мебель старая и обшарпанная, доп.кровать была в ужасном состоянии-вся скрипела. Постельное белье несвежее. Туалет забился сразу, хотя использовали его исключительно по назначению. Пол в номере был весь липкий и грязный. Ночью было очень шумно из-за уборщиц, которые хлопали дверьми и громко разговаривали в коридорах. Нет ресепшена и система заселения предельно неудобная. Взяли доплату за постельное белье, хотя изначально номер бронировался с двумя кроватями. Отвратительный отель, снова возвращаться не хочется.

Er ontbrak een heel gordijn, waardoor er inkijk is vanuit andere woningen. Er is geen privacy. De keuken artikelen zijn vies, oud en niet school. De pannen zijn geroest en er zitten etensresten op. De woning is erg afgedankt. Ik denk dat de andere recensies nep zijn.
- MINJEONG (1/5): 최악의 경험. - 이 예약과 연결하여 4박을 추가로 예약했지만, 오버부킹으로 4일 전 일방적 캔슬 당하고 같은 건물 동일 컨디션의 타숙소 2배 요금 지불하고 예약했어요. 환불만 해주고 아무런 보상받지 못했습니다. 영화제 때문에 일로 갔는데 상당히 난처했네요. この予約に続いて4泊の別件の予約をしたんですけど、over-bookingの理由でチェックイン4日前に一方的にキャンセルされました。同じビルの同じタイプの他のホテルに2倍支払ってまた予約しました。お金は返してもらったんですけど、ホテルの過失による追加の対応は何も受けていません。映画祭に参加するために行ったんですけど大変困りました。

- DONGWOOK (10/5): - 위치가 정말 좋아요. 바다가 바로 앞이라 정말 편했어요. 해운대는 주차장이 문제인데 주차가 편하니까 마음도 편하더라구요. 시설도 깔끔하고 좋아요. 전용주차장이지만 비용이 발생은 해요.

- Sung a (10/5): - 편안하게 푹 쉬다 왔어요 근처에 편의시설이나 관광지가 있어 바로 이용하기 좋았고요~ 침구류나 욕실 청소도 깨끗하게 잘 되어 있어서 쾌적하더라고요 소음이 없어 편안하게 잠도 잘 와서 여행 컨디션 최고였어요~! 다음에 또 여행하게 되면 여기로 예약할거예요

- minjeong (10/5): 굿 - 숙소가 바닷가 근처에 있어서 도착하자마자 바다를 즐길 수 있었고 산책이나 휴식하기에도 정말 좋은 위치에요 내부는 전체적으로 깔끔하고 청결하게 관리되어 있어서 머무는 동안 불편함이 전혀 없었어요ㅎㅎ침구도 깨끗하고 편안해서 숙박 내내 쾌적하게 쉴 수 있었고 전반적으로 만족도가 높아 다음에도 다시 이용하고 싶어요 .

- 현정 (10/5): - 호텔에 머무는 동안 전반적으로 만족스러웠어요~ 가장 좋았던 점은 호텔 주변에 다양한 가게들이 있어서 필요한 물품을 사거나 간단히 식사하기에 전혀 불편함이 없었다는 것입니다. 특히 카페와 편의점, 로컬 음식점들이 가까이에 있어 산책하듯 다녀오기 좋았습니다. 또한 교통 접근성이 뛰어나 주요 관광지로 이동하기에 아주 편리했습니다. 버스나 지하철을 이용하기에도 수월했고, 택시를 잡기에도 좋은 위치라 관광을 계획할 때 동선이 한결 여유로워졌습니다. 호텔 내부 시설도 깔끔하고 직원들도 친절해 전반적인 만족도가 높았습니다. 다음에 다시 여행을 가게 된다면 재방문하고 싶은 호텔로 추천할 수 있을 정도로 기억에 남는 숙박이었습니다^^

- Sam (8/5): 가성비 좋은 호텔 - 위치와 침대, 그리고 조용했어요. 하지만, 청결 상태는 보통이었어요. 해운대 바닷가와 LCT 가까운 위치가 너무 좋았어요.
