• foysal (10/5): Spacious place in quiet area, easily reachable by public transport - The appartment was huge, distributed across 3 floors. we were just 2 adults and a child but it seemed like it could work for big groups too. The hosts were REALLY lovely people. We mixed up our flight time and forgot the checkout date and they gave us a paid extension for a few hours to pack our things and head to the airport in time. There are a few public transport stations within walking distance which was super helpful for us. We enjoyed exploring the Cafe's and shops in the surrounding peacefully quiet area that felt like far away from the busy tokyo. The kitchen didn't have any cooking ingredients which was a bit surprising to us. Just some basics like salt, oil etc. could be very helpful to guests.

• yosuke (8/5): - 掃除が行き届いていて綺麗でした。ウェルカムスナックもありました。 3階のベッドルームのカーテンが遮光だともっと良かったです。ハニカムスクリーンだけでは眩しくて早い時間に目が覚めてしまいました。
• Gökhan Cihan (10/5): A perfect house for a country like Japan with its small-scale architecture. - The door code is sent to you as soon as you check in online. They usually responded to our messages within 5-10 minutes. It was a very well-prepared and spotlessly clean house. A large, three-story house with three bedrooms. Very close to the bus stop and a 10-minute walk to the metro. It's in a clean and quiet area with many markets nearby. We really liked the house. There are toilets on the 1st and 3rd floors. The living area and bathroom are on the 2nd floor. It would be great to have a toilet on the 2nd floor as well, but that's just the architecture of the house.

• ZHEN (10/5): - 打扫得很干净，房间宽敞，装修看着还是比较新的。住4个人绰绰有余，非常喜欢客厅和厨房部分，大家可以坐下来聊天吃东西，房间在一楼和三楼，老年人住一楼很方便。还有个小露台，晚上回来喝啤酒聊天都可以。这间民宿几乎满足了我所有的需要，房东也很友好。位置离开市中心有点远，但是我觉得我可以接受，因为附近有电车和公交车可以换JR线。附近的有几家超市，买东西很方便，性价比还是很不错的。希望下次来还可以住这里。已经推荐给我的朋友们了。 建议夏天小露台有个小蜡烛，冬天有个小暖炉就很完美了。一楼没有卫生间对老人家稍微有一点点不方便。但是几天的住宿可以忽略不计。

• Carol (9/5): Mi villa SoMo. Comfortable stay for families - Close to number 63 bus stop. only a few stops from ikebukoro Close to tram stop, about 3 stops to otsuka. It's a 15-18 min walk to sugamo station It's a 10 min walk to nishi-sugamo (Mita line) There's a MacDonalds close by. Lots of food at Otsuka station and along the road walking to Sugamo station The house is 3 storeys. Has heating. IKEA mattresses ( the queen beds were too soft for my liking). Stairs are steep but expected for this style of house. 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. Bathroom has clothes drying function that you can set a timer for 1-10h for clothes to dry. Fridge, kettle, cutlery, microwave, washing machine and detergent provided. Getting the keys was easy Communication was easy and prompt We were a family of 7 and had enough space Would like to have some bathmats as the floor was wet when ever someone exited the shower. We used an old t shirt and disposed of it at the end of the trip Would have liked fresh towels to change after 4 days . We were there 8 days total. Taxi driver is only able to drop us and pick up at the 63 bus stop as the roads infront of the house are narrow

Bus direct (63) jusqu a Ikebukuro très pratique. 3 vraies chambres spacieuses Prévoir de monter et descendre souvent les escaliers mais rien de gênant (sauf pour les PMR). Manquait juste plus de prises dans les chambres dont des prises usb (si vous n avez pas d adaptateur). Check in autonome très simple

• Melanie (10/5): Beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood - The location was a little out of the way but in a beautiful community and easily accessible, just what we wanted. There was more than enough space for a family of four, the apartment was beautifully appointed with all the inclusions, almost felt brand new. We loved the accessibility of the Jizou-Dori Shopping street such a fantastic experience
• Hao Yi (8/5): Great stay despite the stranger approach - It is a residential area out of the city center, the vibe was cozy and less crowd, so the atmosphere was quiet and serene. Felt like home away from home. It is close to a tram station to travel around local areas, you can use the tram to travel to the JR main station or by walking for 12 minutes. The ventilation of the house wasn't great as there are visible damp smells. There's also only one bathroom so it will be a trouble for big crowds. A stranger approached us the moment we arrived at the property and asked us if we would like to follow her to visit "Japanese Buddha", we immediately declined and she understands but it wasn't a great first impression.

• Joe (8/5): - 和風の浴室では座って体を洗うのに適しているため、浴室に小さな椅子を用意しておくのがおすすめです。 It is recommended to prepare a small chair in the bathroom, as it is more suitable to sit and wash in a Japanese-style bathroom. 車で路地の入り口を見つけるのは簡単ではないし、地図の指示ももっと明確にする必要がある。 It is not easy to find the entrance to the alley by car, and the map instructions need to be clearer.

It’s perfectly located—quiet and peaceful, yet central and convenient for exploring Tokyo. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The layout is ideal for groups, with each room offering privacy and comfort. The couch is incredibly cozy, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need (plus a great dishwasher!), and the whole place has a calm, beautiful vibe. We searched through many options, but this villa turned out even better than described. Truly a home away from home! There is absolutely nothing I could fault!

Very prompt and courteous communication with the host. Somewhat typical to a Japanese stay, the stairs are steep and narrow. Best if you leave your luggage downstairs.

• Natnaree (9/5): Superb - The villa was very nice, comfortable, and clean. It is located in a very convenient location close to shops and public transport. We travelled with family, elders, and two young toddlers and everyone is very happy with our stay. Thank you for hospitality from the owner. We will definitely recommend the place and will book again if we're in Tokyo.

• Jerwin (10/5): Perfect place, perfect location! - The place was very enjoyable, clean and spacious. Near to the bus station, train, a perfect location when traveling by foot. I highly recommend for families or traveling with a group. The floors would get flooded when taking a shower. You would need to stop the water and let the water drain before finishing your shower.
