• Giuseppe Facchini (9/5): Posizione eccezionale! Personale cordiale e attento a tutto. Rapporto qualità prezzo nella norma - La posizione è perfetta! Si trova a 1 minuto a piedi dal colonnato di Piazza San Pietro. Lo vedi non appena esci in strada. È una zona abbastanza trafficata di auto come tutta Roma ma non è fastidioso. Per chi arriva in macchina è anche possibile trovare parcheggio sulle strisce blu poiché la zona ne è piena. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e cordiale e ci ha soddisfatto totalmente. La stanza era pulita e ben tenuta. Ben arredata con tutte le comodità. Bagno pulito e spazioso con tutto. Ho un bambino di un anno e mezzo e non ha avuto nessun problema con la culla e con lo spazio per essa. Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto o che possa essere un problema. C'era tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno comodo e rilassato.

Duschwanne). - Terrazzo Fließen sind sehr kalt. - Eingangstür zu Vatican Rooms schließt nicht ordentlich (klemmt). - Elektrisches Schloss innen teils kaputt (mit Klebeband versehen). - Keine Hängemöglichkeit für Garderobe (Mäntel, Jacken, etc.). - Badezimmer sehr beengt (ital. Standard?) - Warmwasser braucht sehr lange, bis fließt.

• Jorge Alequin (1/5): - Close to everything Apartment was dirty, mold in the bathtub and broken bathroom fixures. The bedsheets are old and room walls are dirty. Staff came in our room witgmhout notice while we were away and turned down the heaters on cold days. The ad states that it has parking while showing pictures of a private parking spot when in reality there isnt private parking.
• Charish Belle (9/5): it was nice - it is near from the vatican, room are ok and neat also the bath and toilet and there is also coffee machine and kettle for hot water. it is still a little cold inside although there is heater and also the number of pillows to use are limited.
• Burkard (3/5): Enttäuschend und abgewohnt. - Wenig. Nur die Lage war gut. In der ersten Nacht war das gebuchte Zimmer (Bad) kaputt, so dass ein kleines dunkles Ausweichzimmer angeboten wurde. Am zweiten Tag stand das Zimmer zur Verfügung, leider recht staubig und mit ältlichem Mobiliar ausgestattet. Im Badezimmer war das Waschbecken verstopft.

The manager, Lorenzo, went out of his way to fetch us from the lot where we parked. Very gracious. The rooms decor is outdated, but everything functioned and we were quite comfortable for the 2 nights we were there. Cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, though our room was non-smoking,the lobby outside our door was heavy with it. There was a slight smell of smoke near the inside of our door and I smelled it every time I passed the entry door on the way to the bathroom though the rest of the room was fine.

• Jeanne (5/5): Passable - The just owner is friendly and responsive. The location is great right near the Vatican and great restaurants. The room was quiet, comfortable, clean and bathroom spotless. The place was very difficult to get to. The host had to wait outside on the corner of the street to locate us, parking was difficult and there were many codes. Keys to enter the building, the vestibule and the room itself. You have to use your key to unlock and exit your room, which was worrisome in the event of a fire. It was pricy considering how taxing it was to access it.

• Mikheil (7/5): you can use the room for sleeping but otherwise it wasn’t comfortable - it is very close to Vatican. there is a bunch of cafes and restaurants nearby it’s very basic. the floor is tiled and cold. the room is dark. there was no heating. There was AC which didn’t operate in heating mode. We never saw the lady after she checked us in. and there was no way to contact her

Terrace is nice place to relax There's a fridge/freezer in the main hallway you can put things in. It works well so things are actually kept nice & cold Building has elevator Area is quiet & buses convenient I booked this on the day, last minute offer so it was worth the stay. At regular cost, it's a bit expensive. The showerhead was broken. But, probably no one mentioned it to them to get it fixed before. Elevator is very slow & doesn't go up to property, there's still 1 set of stairs to walk, also, there is a set of stairs to the terrace. But, these are things the property can't change. It wasn't an issue for me, but can be for someone with mobility issues.

• Tina (5/5): Passable - The location was about a 10-minute walk to the vatican. Friendly bar to have your breakfast in the morning. The safe never worked, so we had to carry everything when we left for the day. Get a receipt for your city tax. Their was a discrepancy with the amount compared to online. We were charged the cost for a 5 star, and we were in a 3 star. I even checked with a place down the street, and we paid TOO MICH!! The fridge was set at the warmest setting and couldn't be changed. Hence, the fridge never got cold!
