• Carvajal (9/5): Habitación amplia y comoda, ideal para pasar un par de días - Buena ubicación. Se puede caminar hacia los puntos turísticos sin problemas. Habitación amplía, baño cómodo y lavadora en el sector común que facilita la estancia. Se echó de menos un hervidor de agua y una plancha para ropa.
• Constanza (8/5): Recomendable - El dueño fue muy amable, a pesar de que solo hablamos por mensajes estuvo muy dispuesto a acompañar y resolver. La ubicación no es mala, pero si estaba un poco alejado del centro (nosotros igual nos manejamos a pie a todos lados) Tenía una cocina y un lavarropas, muy útil. The elevador was to small, ja! And the bathroom being out of the bedroom was a little un confortable.

• Isabel Maria (7/5): No guardan las maletas bajo ningún concepto. - Todo muy moderno y limpio. La verdad es que es de 10 pero la poca empatía del propietario en las comunicaciones ha hecho que le baje la nota. Hay ciertos detalles que a el no le costaban nada y para los viajeros sí por la comodidad de no tener que estar transportando las maletas por todos lados. Nuestro baño aunque no estaba dentro de la habitación era totalmente privado con llave. No te guardan las maletas y los horarios del check in y check out son horribles. No le cuesta nada que le dejes las maletas un par de horas mientras limpian la habitacion y pases después a buscarlas. Los siguientes huéspedes no pueden entrar antes de las 15:00, porque no te lo permiten, así que no les molestaban nada nuestras maletas que teníamos que recogerlas, como muy tarde, a las 13:30. Espero que los próximos viajeros puedan tener este pequeño detalle tan importante y útil cuando estás viajando.

• Luiz (10/5): Casa da gente - Cama muito confortável, roupa de cama banho de primeira linha, quarto com muito espaço, bem iluminado, janela deixando entrar bastante luz grande. Cozinho comum aos outros quartos e muito bem equipada. Fizemos uso da máquina de lavar roupa. O anfitrião é muito gente fina. Apesar de não termos nos encontrado presencialmente, ele esteve sempre ao nosso dispor via telefone. A única coisa que poderia ter sido um entrave, é a localização. Não é muito perto do centro. Mas está muito próximo de uma linha do tram e, com isso, os deslocamentos ficam muito práticos.

• Elena (9/5): Bel soggiorno vicino al centro. - Stanza grande, comoda, bagno grande. Ottima posizione per raggiungere la Stazione Leopolda Manca un bollitore, che sarebbe stato gradito. La doccia del bagno ha il doccino che non regge, bisogna tenerlo in mano e il tappetino è fastidioso.

Шум с улицы, с открытым окном сложно спать. Около кровати всего одна розетка: либо заряжать телефон, либо использовать лампу. Волосы в душевой кабине после предыдущих гостей. На кухне не было электрического чайника и салфеток.

• Ahmed (1/5): miserable stay - nothing weird host, He couldn't even apologize when the air conditioning broke and the temperature was almost 40 degrees. He said, "Be patient, you don't live in an oven."
• Naira (10/5): Exceptional - Everything in the room was well thought so as the guests would feel comfortable. Everything was clean, I really enjoyed my stay. You can consider also staying for a longer period because you have everything for a proper rest. Communication with the owner was also very good.

• Kateřina (8/5): Practical and comfortable for a couple of nights for a good price - Our room had its own bathroom and we could use the common kitchen. Beds were comfortable. It was easy to get in; communication with the owner was clear. The house is near a tram stop but we walked to the city center and from the city center every time. The room was quite cold and without slippers the floor was really cold to walk on. Also, the window shades had broken before we came so we don't really know what the view would be like. At night, there was quite a lot of traffic noise coming from outside so people who have light sleep would wake up several times.
• Anna (9/5): Functional, quiet, comfy. - The apartment block was quiet. The room (Freida) was a good size (on double bed, one single bed). The separate bathroom was great. The Freida room had a separate bathroom that was accessible across the common hallway with security cameras. No nude trips to the loo in the middle of the night, and only one key. This would be tricky if travelling as a lone adult with young children.
• Jinghan (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is fine, the room is clean, and we checked in smoothly. We used a hot water kettle, but it caused a power outage in the room. The landlord was very helpful in helping us solve the problem.

• Katzenberg (8/5): Ameli (Frida Room) - We especially appreciated the helpful responses of our host via WhatsApp, and the security of the unit. Easy access also from Tram T2. Spotlessly clean! We didn't know when booking that the Frida Room had bathroom away from the room. This is a point when traveling with a minor. By comparison to other similarly advertised and priced options, such as where we are currently, touches like a bottle of water, and coffee/tea, would be a small gesture to help travel weary tourists! But overall, superb, well done and thank you.
• Ana (9/5): Good place to stay in Florence! - Very good location: very near from historic centre and attractions of Florence by public transport. Comfortable and very clean room in a building with lift. Had some issues when trying to pay the tax with credit card but o was solved leaving the cash in a box.
• Diana (10/5): Exceptional - The location is within walking distance of a public transport stop. The room was clean and air conditioned. It had everything we needed for our stay including a hairdryer in the bathroom. There is a restaurant and an ice cream shop nearby.

• Mark (3/5): An average property with potential electrical issues run by an unwelcoming owner. - The room was a good size. There are clearly issues with the wiring in the property as we suffered repeated failure of the air conditioning, electric shutters and power sockets during our stay. We had to endure a room in total darkness for the duration of our stay due to it not being possible to open the electric shutters, and a night without air conditioning as the temperature topped 35 degrees. We received no apology or compensation for this. Instead, a request for bedding for the single bed in the room so that my 18 year old daughter did not have to share her Father's was, astonishingly, met with a demand for more money, despite us booking a twin room at the outset. But what I found most concerning was the aggressive tone of the messages I received from the owner regarding the problems experienced during our stay. We didn't get the opportunity to meet him and he refused to answer my phone calls, but my text messages were met with an underlying tone of blame and accusation, focussing on how the issues we were experiencing effected himself rather than considering how they may have impacted our holiday. On leaving, he had the nerve to offer a small discount on a future stay alongside a request for a "5 star review". There's plenty of good value accommodation in and around Florence run by pleasant, professional owners. Seek these out and avoid Ameli Room and the unfortunate experience we were subjected to.
