• mariana (1/5): Desaconsejable quedarse en este hotel, hay chinches - Lo único bueno que puedo decir la ubicación y el desayuno era bueno. Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy mala de principio a fin. Nada más llegar, nos dijeron que la habitación no estaba preparada. Primero nos dieron una explicación relacionada con una rotura y después otra diferente hablando de una desinfección. Además, nos reclamaron el pago de la estancia cuando ya estaba abonada a través de Booking, teniendo nosotros que demostrarlo mostrando la reserva. Nos dijeron que nos avisarían sobre las 16:00 cuando la habitación estuviera lista, pero nunca lo hicieron y tuvimos que volver nosotros a preguntar. Al día siguiente, durante el desayuno, volvió a ocurrir algo parecido: nos pidieron pagar los desayunos pese a que también estaban incluidos y pagados en la reserva, teniendo otra vez que demostrarlo. Lo peor llegó durante la estancia. Tras la primera noche mi pareja se despertó con varias lesiones en una mano. Yo inicialmente no tenía nada, pero al día siguiente ambos empezamos a presentar más granos y picaduras. Después de la tercera noche, los dos teníamos el cuerpo lleno de lesiones cutáneas compatibles claramente con picaduras de chinches. Intentamos comunicarlo al personal, pero fue prácticamente imposible encontrar a alguien en recepción. Finalmente escribimos a través de Booking explicando lo sucedido y la respuesta fue que el hotel no se hacía responsable. No adjunto más fotos porque no me deja, pero tenemos picaduras por todo el cuerpo. Una experiencia muy desagradable y totalmente decepcionante.

• Lopez (4/5): - Buena ubicación, bastante cercana a la Catedral y en pleno centro histórico. El personal, todo, muy atento para con el turista, hacen lo posible y un poco más por satisfacerlo. La habitación 14 tiene una puerta corrediza de madera que no brinda seguridad, no tiene espacio ni mobiliario y el baño tiene luces quemadas y el agua de la bañera sale al resto del piso por no contar con otra contención que alguna toalla. Encima la habitación es lindera con la cocina, donde a las 7.00 se juntan los demás clientes a prepararse su desayuno, hablando entre si muchas veces con risas o carcajadas que perturban el descanso. La relación precio-servicio es inexistente ya que cobran demasiado para lo que brindan

• Amber (4/5): Teleurstellend - De locatie was goed bereikbaar en centraal. - het personeel zit met muziek oordopjes in achter de balie. Toont 0,0 interesse of enthousiasme. - ze maken kopietjes van je paspoort en laten je ook nog eens alles zelf opschrijven (terwijl ze dit dus al inscannen) - het hotel is extreem gehorig; zowel vanaf de straat als de rest van het hotel. Elke stap, elk woord en elke druppel water hoor je mega luid. Dronken gasten zijn tot 3u in de nacht luid aanwezig geweest en er is natuurlijk niemand bij de balie om dit te handhaven. - Er is geen airco, maar de straten zijn tot laat in de nacht nog erg rumoerig, waardoor een raam openzetten ook geen optie is. - de badkamer heeft schimmel plekken - het bed was overduidelijk doorgezakt. Ik zou dit hotel niet aanraden. Na 30KM lopen heb je behoefte aan fatsoenlijke nachtrust, maar dit zul je hier niet vinden.

• craig (8/5): It served our basic needs, no more no less. - Comfortable bed. No elevator. We had to carry all our luggage up to the third floor. Room very small. No place to open suitcase except the floor. No shelf space in the bathroom for toiletries.

• Ian (3/5): Noisy. - Good central location. Noisy, internally. Other guests were too often inconsiderate about the noise they made, especially talking loudly on the stairs late at night. The hotel needs more and larger 'silencio' signs. No air con, so would not want to stay here in the summer.

• Swacina (8/5): Highly recommend. Great place to stay while in Santiago! - Location was amazing! Thankful for the double pained windows - it was very quiet. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The bathroom didn't have any ventilation which meant after a hot shower everything was damp.
