• Chanda Katongo (1/5): Horrible experience with the host. Book a stay for 6 nights and only stayed for an hour. - I had booked a stay for 6 nights, but I was only present for just over an hour. I didn't like anything about it, as the host didn't show up with the key, so my partner and I left. I didn't like the fact that the host didn't pick up my calls when we were clearly distressed, as the door could not open. The host only called back after 2 hours, and we had already left by then to find another place to stay despite paying in full prior to arriving. The host also refused to provide a refund. This was a horrible experience.
• Bhavna (8/5): - Loved the location, staff and the comfort was great. The amount is well stocked and looks beautiful. We lost water for 4 days and no one assisted, we had to buy our own water. There was no dishwasher tablets or washing machine tablets so we had to buy. There were no instructions to help guide us on using washing machine or dishwasher and tv. Would have been nice to receive a little more information to tell us when cleaning was coming prior to checking in. No doors on toilets/bathrooms makes it a bit inconvenient

Literally 5 minutes to Sandton City Mall. I also liked the fact that there is a nice restaurant in the same building

It exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spacious and extremely clean, convenient location. Mathabo is the best host/ess. She is very friendly, gave us all necessary information about the place and made our stay excellent. Would definitely stay again!!! Nothing.
