The house is made of stones and bricks located in a wonderful village close to many wonderful place to visit. You must have a vehicle to cover more areas outside village if your stay is long. The AC is in the living room so we decided to sleep in the sofa which can be converted to a bed

• Marc (10/5): Top location for beautiful road trips - Villa Rita Great location near a very nice and quiet village. Nice view from the village over the Tuscan plain, when you go to eat in the village make sure you speak Italian which the owner is very eccentric, he doesn’t like it if you did not reserve. The Vila itself is amazing, a really nice house with a nice garden. Lovely when the weather is good to have breakfast and dinner there. Furthermore, it is a great place to drive through the beautiful rolling countryside. Take your time for this, I had a google route of 2.5 hours and we were gone for 10 hours. One important note: When you go to Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Biagio, at the bottom of Montepulciano, (it looks like a church), DO NOT GO TO Ristorante La Grotta. The food is very very very expensive, you get very little in comparison and it is not even really tasty. The lady is very friendly but we had 2 simple dishes with 1 apparel sprits and 2 organic colas for 116 euros!!!!! BE WARNED !!!!!
