• Elizabeth (9/5): A lovely quiet part of Venice,very safe at night ,25 minute walk to St Marks square. - Ivanna the owner met us when we arrived in Venice and walked us to the apartment a very nice personal touch.Any questions I asked before arriving she answered promptly.Very roomy and clean apartment ,beds were very comfortable.

The host met us at the vaporetto station on arrival, even though our flight was delayed and we were late, no problem at all. She sorted the keys out, access and city tax in one, was always available via messages and super helpful! She was born in Venice and lives here with her family. The apartment was super clean! Bathroom excellent, plenty of towels, space and a washing machine. Kitchen has all you need to cook, had crackers, jam and plenty of coffee and tea - and a Bialetti to make coffee. The beds in both bedrooms were super-comfy! Both bedrooms have lots of storage space and aircons. We didn't use the heating but I saw the thermostat in the hallway. Living room was spacious too, and the wifi was good, some of us worked whilst staying here, no problem. We didn't use the TV, but there is one. The flat is superquiet, good windows and isolation, can't hear a thing from the outside! The apartment is big, pretty, comfy and clean. The host is just the nicest lady, so helpful. The area is fairly local - not many tourists, there are nice bars around and two really good bakeries. We were able to checkout late and leave our luggage in the flat super late. 10 out of 10 - we came to visit the Bienalle and will definitely book again in two years! Nothing really. Some people might say the shower is a bit small but for us 4 it was totally fine

• Ruth (10/5): Wonderful stay in a lovely property. - The apartment was large, spotlessly clean, well equipped and had good facilities - hairdryer, coffee maker (espresso) and kitchenware including kettle and microwave. The beds were very comfy, lovely decor. Ivana our host was so kind and helpful and let us book in early to leave our luggage and have a later check out. Excellent location right beside Fondamente Nove for the water transport and easy for airport links. I absolutely recommend and hope to return one day. The only very slight drawback is that as a ground floor property you hear people walking and talking as they pass in the lane beside the apartment, which, if you are a light sleeper, may be a consideration for you.
• Kazu (10/5): Exceptional - The place is calm and really near from Fondamente Nove, Vaporetto station, meaning we can go almost every places around Venezia. Host is so kind and we had had no troubles during our stay. If you travel with suitcase and child, here is quite good choice.
• Antonio (10/5): Exceptional - Our host was wonderful and very helpful! The location was amazing, as one can walk from it to pretty much anywhere (as we did) or take the vaporetto which is 1 minute away. Taking a trip to Burano is also very easy from here. It is also worth mentioning that the neighbourhood is very relaxed during the night and also not noisy at all during the day. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

• Anonymous (10/5): Very nice, and friendly place. - Away from the crowds but more central than you might initially realise, it had a local feel to it, but was in easy access to several good restaurants, a co op, the water bus and quick access to the airport. Facilities were simple, and clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
• Anonymous (10/5): we loved it & would highly recommend it to anyone! - we loved our stay here! Our host was super friendly and helpful. We loved that the location was in a more local neighborhood and away from the crowds while still being close to ferries. The building was so cool & historic too! There were tons of mosquitos inside & we got eaten alive, but that’s just nature.
