• Cristina (4/5): Mala experiencia - La ubicación • Humedades graves por todas partes, tanto en la planta principal como en la planta inferior, que es un sótano sin ventilación. • Fuerte olor a moho en todo el apartamento, imposible permanecer sin molestias respiratorias. • Colchones y sábanas con pelos y manchas, totalmente antihigiénico. • No había toallas. Las solicitamos varias veces y pasaron los días sin que nos dieran ninguna respuesta, por lo que tuvimos que comprarlas nosotros, generando un gasto adicional totalmente injustificado. • El WC olía fatal, a desagüe/aguas fecales, y ambos inodoros estaban atascados: no tragaban bien. • Presencia de insectos: mosquitos, hormigas y cucarachas en distintas zonas del alojamiento. • Televisiones y aire acondicionado no funcionaban, a pesar de estar anunciados como servicios incluidos. • Faltaban artículos básicos: papel higiénico suficiente, jabón de manos, gel o champú. • La planta inferior tenía un olor a humedad insoportable. • Las puertas estaban hinchadas por la humedad, lo que demuestra un mantenimiento muy deficiente. Estas condiciones afectaron gravemente a nuestra salud, bienestar y descanso. La experiencia fue tan mala que incluso deslució el viaje.

• carolina (2/5): Nada contentos - La ubicación Esta mal acabado, las puertas están desencajadas y despegadas, huele mal, hacia muchísimo frío en la parte de las habitaciones debido a que la ventana esta rota, no habían toallas, ni mantas y ni siquiera un trapo de cocina , ni papel de baño de repuesto. La cafetera no funciona con la vitrocerámica. Muy mala atención con el propietario, tenía el teléfono apagado y no nos contestó a nuestras reclamaciones.

• Villegas (6/5): Meh. - La ubicación No tiene wifi les escribí varias veces y no me solucionaron, el baño hacia muchísimo ruido en el piso del baño hay como una caldera lo que hace imposible pararse en el baño porque el piso está como a 100 grados centígrados.
• RUBEN (1/5): ASCO DE ALOJAMIENTO MUGRIENTO Y OLOROSO!!! - Lo único que se salva es la ubicación que esta en pleno centro cerca de todo. Pero no merece la pena hospedarse ahi ni gratis vuelvo. El alojamiento hace mucha olor a humedad a desagües, huele a mierda el baño, no hay toallas las reclamo y tampoco las traen, puertas y marcos rotos por la humedad, aire no funciona, sin ventilación en las habitaciones ya que estan en un sótano todo lleno de moscas pequeñas de desagüe y humedad hormigas y una cucaracha, las camas con pelos y sucias el lavabo sucio. LO PEOR QUE HE VISTO EN MI VIDA NI SE OS OCURRA HOSPEDAROS AHI. YO NI REGALADO ES UNA ESTAFA NO TIENE NADA QUE VER CON LO ANUNCIADO Y MENOS AUN LAS FOTOS QUE TIENE EL ANUNCIO YA SERIAN DE HACE AÑOS CUANDO LO MONTARON Y AHORA ESTA TODO ROTO.

The host was not reachable neither by phone nor by WhatsApp. By coincidence, I found a message via Booking.com 15 minutes after the announced arrival window on how to get hold of the key. No towels, no soap. Next morning, water from the sewer entered the bedrooms...

• Matthias (8/5): Gerne wieder. - Es gab einen schöne Wohnküche mit großen Fenstern. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Gastgebern. Schlafzimmer waren im Untergeschoss, aber sehr gepflegt und geräumig.

• Fernando (9/5): Estupendo apartamento - Está muy bien situado y es muy amplio, caben hasta 6 personas, es tipo duplex con salón aseo y cocina arriba y en la plana sótano dos dormitorios y dos baños Insonorizar, hay mucho ruido de los bares y coches….exhe de menos toallas

• Noelia (1/5): MUY SUCIO, ASQUEROSO Y CON UN MAL OLOR - NO ME GUSTÓ NADA. Todo estaba sucio, las sábanas con manchas grandes, los baños con insectos que nos decían que no los limpiaban hace tiempo, paredes con refregones y no podías apoyarte en ningún sitio. NADA. Después de los problemas de limpieza, llamamos a los dueños y salía el buzón de voz. Escribíamos y no nos respondían, sobretodo para que nos limpiaran. Hablamos con Booking y tampoco nos solucionó nada. ¡¡Tuvimos que comprar las sábanas!! Y no hablemos del olor a humedad y tuberías. Eso es un zulo!!!
• Matt Forte (1/5): - Nothing to like. The entire building/room smelt. The aircon did not work. Should also note, the aircon was only available on the main floor. The floors below had no Aircon. There were no towels provided. No wifi provided. Messaged the owner regarding the towels and aircon. who did not respond. The place said it was equipped with a washing machine, there was none. We did not even stay the night, we left right away. Book.com are also giving me a tough time with a full refund.

• Guest (1/5): - Todo en general, estaba todo reventado lleno de humedades, puertas reventadas, no se podía ni respirar, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, no había ni toallas en el alojamiento. me tuve que ir de allí porque no se podía ni respirar del olor a humedad que había y a día de hoy todavía no me han devuelto el dinero y llevo ya 1 mes esperando

L'appartamento è fatto su due piani, ma le camere da letto erano nel piano scantinato

Es una pena, ya que si se preocupasen de mantenerlo limpio, equipado y con una buena atención al usuario, el apartamento tiene muchas posibilidades. Las camas y almohadas no estaban vestidas, una toalla para 5 personas, no hay ningún tipo de jabón, el aire acondicionado no enfría, olor a humedad y debido a la humedad insectos en la parte baja.
• Jose Angel (1/5): Pésima estancia - La ubicación del alojamiento Teníamos reservado un alojamiento de 95m2 que incluía una cama doble, dos camas individuales y un sofá cama. 20 minutos antes de poder entrar al apartamento, me llegó un mensaje de que habían tenido que realojarme. El apartamento en el que me realojaron tenía 60m2, una cama doble y un sofá cama. No recibí ninguna reembolso ni compensación por parte del alojamiento. dejando eso a un lado, el alojamiento no contaba con toallas para la ducha ni toallas para las manos. Tampoco contaba con gel ni champú.

• Iulian (1/5): Stay away! - Nothing Absolutely horrible experience and waste of money. I believe this is how they make business. The flat is an underground unit with no windows or aircon therefore the ventilation does not exist. When we entered the flat, there was a strong smell of chlorine, and the only air-conditioning from the unit was upstairs in the living room but it was not working. We tried to call the owner but they only speak Spanish. We contacted booking.com to ask for a refund and some time after we left the unit with a strong headache from the chlorine and lack of air and my friend was vomiting. Stay away from this unit, the owner is not helpful and I guess that this is how their business operates and this is not a real tourist apartment. A total scam!!!

• Carmen (1/5): Awful experience. Do not stay here - Good location This property is a health hazard and should not be rented. The rooms show signs of previous flooding, there are ants and humidity flies. We woke up with a massive sewage water flood and a terrible smell. Is disgusting! Yesterday at check in I advised the property that there was a lot of water under a bed and in one bathroom. They took 5 hours to respond just to say thank you for reporting it but no solution was offered. Only half of us got to shower before we had to go out due to the stench.
• Tomas (8/5): Very good - Great, modern and spacious apartment. Fully equipped.Good location, pretty close to train station and main sight seeing places in sevilla. Apartment was not sufficiently clean, especially the floors were dirty. It was obvious there was some construction still going on in the apartment (Buttons for toilet flushing were not functional, sign with apartment name left on the floor behind front door - not outside above the front door to find it easily)....electronically operated window in one bedroom was not working and window was left open, hence a lot of noise from the street during evening and night.

It was humid in the bedrooms which are all located in the basement - you could smell and see on the walls that it is humid. One toilet could not flush and the door to the other toilet was completely broken.

• Vivien (3/5): Terrible host - The apartment looks really nice, it's big and spacious, it has good location and it has really good potential The host did not answer our messages for 3 weeks, there was no communication at all. When we arrived we could not do the check-in, which was supposed to be at 3 pm. They checked us at 8 pm! We were staying in Seville only for one day and because of the problems with our accommodation, we could not see everything we wanted to. We had to carry our luggage through the whole city and we sat on the street before the place for 2 hours in the cold. They said that the PIN code box was broken, but how come they were unable to repair it for the whole day? The maintenance man came at 8 pm and it took him 1 minute to repair it. I had to be on the phone with booking for almost 3 hours during sightseeing. We did not know if we would have a place to sleep until 8pm. Terrible

My wife got stuck in the toilet twice. The host was difficult to reach & communicate.

• Vaida (5/5): Just for one night - Good location, big spacious apartment. 2 double and 2 single beds, 2 showers, 3 toilets. Very noisy, after shower water through the floor comes to the rooms, smells afoul.
• Alaina (4/5): No toilet paper or wifi - flooded bathroom - The location was great, and the place was huge. The wifi told us we were connected but the network was unavailable. The main shower didn't drain and flooded the entire downstairs. There was a lot of water damage and mold because of this problem. There was no toilet paper in the entire place, so we had to go buy our own. There were no trash bags either. It was just a frustrating experience from start to finish.
• Kevin (6/5): Nice but not luxury. - Location was okay, apartment was clean. Communication was all on arrival day, no information in advance. The toilet seat in the main en suite was not fitted. No kettle or facility to boil water so had to use saucepan. But number one issue no toilet paper, this is a basic necesity in any accommodation.
