• Mária (10/5): Very nice and clean apartment with good access to the center of Florence - Everything was perfect. The apartment is spacious, clean, fully equiped, the bed was very comfortable. Private parking and air condition is a big plus. Andrea gave us some good advices and he always responded quickly. Bus stop to the center of Florence is 8 minutes walk. 100% recommend. 😊

• Analea (9/5): Loved our stay! - The apartment is spacious with separate rooms for the kitchen and bedroom. Tastefully decorated with lovely big windows which let a lot of light in. The kitchen was spacious too with a dining table,. It would benefit from a larger pot with a lid and a lid to compliment the fry pan (lid is helpful with food splashing) and smaller pot lid. It was helpful that there were basic necessities like tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt and dishwashing products plus toilet paper. Close to an express grocery shop a few blocks away and a 14 minute walk to the bigger grocery store at Nenni tram station. Depending on where we were going in Florence there were a few bus stops within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Shower was small and the shower head seemed to be in a tricky spot but once we worked out where to stand it was fine. Good shower head with good water flow. Beds were comfy and could be used as 2 singles. There were sounds from the neighbours and occasional cars in the street but nothing that my earplugs couldn’t block out at night. All things considered it is much better than being in the busy tourist area in Florence. I loved being in the local community not seeing tourists at all. Our host was very kind, helpful and communicated easily with us, also readily available for our many questions! The local recommendations for food and pastries were welcomed and did not disappoint ⭐️
