• Cathy (3/5): Relaxing - Haven't eaten breakfast so I have no opinion. It was quiet.It seems like a quaint establishment. Frezer/fridge. Not enought supplies. No coffee pot.
• Anthony (2/5): I will drive farther for my next stay for a facility that is more customer friendly. - There was a bed to sleep in. There was not any food visible for breakfast. The pool had algae and water was discolored. There were no bath towels only hand towels. I went to front desk to ask for a bath towel and they said they had no larger towels. There was no toilet paper in room and toilet seat was not attached to toilet.

• monica (1/5): HORROR MOVIE!!! - It’s a horror movie from the staff, to the rooms, to how dirty and poorly maintained it is. EVERYTHING was dirty, we slept all dressed in the bed, everything was so old and worn out, there were still used soaps from the previous customers in rhe bathroom. The rooms have not safety locks inside, so it was also scary. The staff was so sketchy, they didn’t even look at us at all when we were checking in.

• Robert (5/5): Was okay but very upset about the misinformation about pets - Close to show grounds Called prior to making reservations and were told I could bring my small breed dogs. When i got there they had signs for no pets and didn’t allow any unless they were service dogs. Rollaway bed was really old and stained
• Augie (1/5): Worst hospitality I’ve ever been in I could add more but there is no room - Nothing it was dirty false advertising Well the reason we went there was for a pool an breakfast witch the sign out front shows open pool an pool was torn down no water and light hanging out breakfast was cereal or bread no juice or any other stuff milk was a gallon jug witch was to be out dated in 3 days the hot water d dispensary had large amounts of calcium built up around the nozzle the upstairs smelled horrible and the floors were dirty. I can go on and on about complaints. Never ever will stay there again.

• Jamie (3/5): You get what you paid for. - The bed itself was fine, the pillows were so big however they themselves weren't that comfortable. The first room I went to the tv didn't work. I called and they mentioned that several rooms that the TV's weren't working. They switched me to a different room and while the tv worked the cable kept going in and out and finally started working about 10 pm. The shower pressure in my room was dismal. Took forever to take a shower.

• Mirna (1/5): it was awful. - nothing it was not only dirty, but it was very unhygienic and it felt very unsafe. there were still used soaps in the shower and the dead bolt lock on our door was broken.
• James (1/5): Very bad and discouraging. - Staff came to the front desk to check you in only to raise enough noise to let them know you were there. Otherwise you had to call their cell phone for service. Had to request toilet paper for bathroom none was there. Toilet loose from floor moved each time you used it.Room had not been cleaned. Carpet not vacuumed, dirt and dust on baseboards, walls and ceiling. The whole place was poorly lit, hallways, room, breakfast room. Breakfast Orange juice(machine out of order) individual wrapped Danish. One thermos coffee. The whole place had a damp odor like they need an air freshener. Do not recommend this place to anyone, Hotel inspectors need to inspect it and have the owners to bring it up to code. Will not stay there again. I wasted my money to stay there.
• Olson (3/5): Poor - The staff was very nice Room was dirty used soap in tub floor not vacuumed very little toilet paper food in mini fridge no garbage can in room. Property very outdated carpet pretty stained and wall paper peeling.

• Jeanne (1/5): Bad - The ice machine, juice machine, pool and snack machines were all out of service. Room was dirty and falling apart. Hair dryer did not work. The jacuzzi tub was falling apart.
• Kerin (1/5): Not allowed to give zero stars or I would’ve. I got bit by bedbugs, my room wasn’t properly cleaned prior to. Locks on t - Nothing Everything, the room hadn’t been cleaned, there was still hair from the last person in the shower. You could smell the mildew. My sheet and pillows didn’t look like they had been washed. I got bitten by bedbugs. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The door didn’t properly lock. There was tape instead of the extra stopper for safety.
• Doug (2/5): Fairly cheap but not worth it. - TV, fridge, and heat worked. Dirty and run down. Wallpaper peeling, carpet looked to be original from when it was built 30 yrs ago. Non smoking hotel that used to be so it smells like cover up smoke. It appears to be partially a live in hotel for some.
• Pamela (6/5): Pleasant - Great location for what we needed. Quiet. Close to stores and restaurants. It said the pool was open on the site and on the sign pulling into the parking lot. Pool was not open. Said there is a spa. Nowhere to be found. Could use some cleaning and upgrading.

• Gary (5/5): Disappointed - The staff was great. They were very help full. I smelled smoke when I walked down the hall from someone smoking in a room. It smelled moldy and musty. It looked like there was water leaks in different parts of my room. There are no phones in the room. The pool was closed for winter. It is a indoor pool. I was looking fir a knife to put my butter on the toast I made. I didn't see them in a holder mounted on the wall. I looked in the drawers under the counter in the breakfast room. I seen fresh mouse turds. I did not eat there.
• Graciana (1/5): Not worth the money. - The room was extremely dirty. Nothing looked wiped down or cleaned in a while, missing backs to remotes, wallpaper separating from the wall with dark splatters on it. Some towels stained and dirty. The window in the room only had a sheer white covering, we could see right through it. Some lights worked while others didn’t. Air unit chose when it wanted to work and door had a singular lock, didn’t feel very safe.

• Terry (1/5): What a nightmare! - Nothing at all... The hotel is dirty room smelled of pot and mildew. Staff look like they've come from a ghetto. Owner is a greedy jerk who tricked me into paying for an extra night. Everything. When I checked in, I was not given the room type I ordered as they were all upstairs, and there was no elevator, and with my disabilities, I could not make it up the stairs with luggage. Staff looked like a bunch of hillbillies off a farm. Not dressed for business and spent a great deal of time out smoking in front to the entrance. I was first sent to a room that had someone sleeping in it. I finally got a room that smelled like pot and mildew. It is clear that the owner does everything on a very slight budget. They even charge a $5.00 deposit for the little plastic room key. I am here due to the fact that my father is dying and I suddenly had nowhere to stay. Someone asked me to ask for a weekly rate and after much discussion, the owner himself told me he would speak to the auditor, another not dressed for work guy. He told me he's get to it and wed work something out. Well what was worked out was they refused to convert me to a weekly rate for what would have been a week stay. AND as it was after check out time, they charged me for an extra night. The owner complained and complained about having to pay 20% commission to booking.com, which I thought was very unprofessional. BUT, everything about this place has been nothing but a nightmare. His we'll work it out turned into being forced to pay another right at a rate that is unreasonable. BTW the pool is open and may as well be filled with ice water. Appearance is dirty and smelly and customer service is non-existent.

• Damon (1/5): Worst place I have ever had the displeasure of being at. - I liked nothing about this place. The lobby had what appeared to be poop smeared on the floor by the couch and on the wall near the right side of the tv. The lobby had numerous holes in the walls. The first room they gave us was the wrong one, and it also had a dirty, used, dried out dish sponge laying on the bed. The second room, the suit, was filthy. There were dead bugs in the toilet and on the towels and floor. The towels they provided were what should have been the floor mats. The pillows still had the plastic from the store on them instead of the protective washable covers that they should have had. The spa tub only worked for ten minutes and then overheated. The spa tub was the whole reason we wanted the suit, but we only got to enjoy it for ten minutes. The walls had numerous mystery stains. The chairs had stains and possible crumbs on them. All the light fixures were crocked, and one looked to be on the verge of falling out of the wall. The bathroom had mold, which was starting to grow near the ceiling and top of the wall. We were very disappointed and left after an hour. Someone was also letting off fireworks in the parking lot near the back of the building. They refused to give us a refund. This place is very clearly never cleaned or well maintained. The staff was also incredibly rude and refused to listen to my complaints.
• Danny (5/5): Why there were no reviews on this facility? - Location to park was great. Staff was very accommodating. Pool small but ok. Carpet ripped and dirty in spots. Beds not uncomfortable but springy. Our door not hanging correctly, and someone in hall could see into the room slightly. A lot of the rooms had this problem. Towels were very thin. The room's decor was very dated and wallpaper falling off or ripped. The breakfast was very minimal, and the juice machine was inoperable.
