• Gianfranco Sechi (4/5): - Avevo prenotato una camera con due letti singoli ed è stata fornita una matrimoniale. Il rapporto con l'host è stato inesistente, solo whatsapp con codici accesso alla stanza e messaggio che all'ora del check out il codice di accesso sarebbe stato disattivato. Ho prenotato la stanza per due ospiti, non ho fatto una gran bella figura. La posizione è buona (centrale) ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è pessimo.

• Roberto (9/5): Ottima esperienza al centro di Sassari - Zona centralissima, camera pulita e moderna, colazione e sala comune ottima. La camera non era perfettamente insonorizzata, e la smart TV faceva fatica a connettersi a Internet.

A pochi passi da piazza Italia . Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato nella cucina comune tt per la colazione , cornetti, caffè , the’ , e yogurt . Antonietta è stata sempre disponibile a rispondere ai nostri mex quando abbiamo avuto bisogno , e per un check out ritardato ( completamente gratis) . Se lo trovate disponibile non fatevelo scappare . Nulla da segnalare

• SARA (8/5): Un appartamento che fa sognare - Posizione perfetta, in pieno centro, molto comoda anche per il parcheggio. Struttura molto carina, pulita, ben arredata. Zona comune/colazione ben attrezzata. Bellissima terrazza panoramica dalla quale si vede anche il mare. Auto Check in, ma host molto presenti e pronti a rispondere a tutte le domande/esigenze. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Arredamento molto carino e moderno, però, per soggiorni superiori al mio, spazio insufficiente per i vestiti in quanto, non c'è un vero e proprio guardaroba.

• Caterina (10/5): Trasferta sportiva in famiglia - Camera calda e accogliente, pulita, silenziosa e in posizione centrale. Terrazzino in area comune utile per i fumatori , arredato per il relax e panoramico.. Abbiamo alloggiato in 4, due adulti e 2 bambini e gli spazi della camera sono veramente ampi per poterci soggiornare comodamente. Gentilmente è stata messa a disposizione la cucina con alcuni prodotti per la colazione, cosa a noi veramente gradita, che ha aiutato a soddisfare le esigenze del piccolo della famiglia. Parcheggio sottostante gratuito, ben visibile dalla camera. Lo consigliamo e ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Tutto perfetto

• Daniel (8/5): - Zimmer 1 Auf der Strasse herrscht viel Verkehr und die guten Fenster sind sehr schlecht montiert. Der Lärm dringt ins Zimmer egal ob die Fenster offen oder geschlossen sind.

• sonia (7/5): Todo bien pero modificaría la manera de acceso - La habitación es amplia y tiene fuera de las habitaciones un pequeño comedor donde dejan café, tostas, té… Para entrar en el alojamiento se hace a través de una app/link ,no hay tarjeta física o código; por lo que siempre has d ir con el móvil, con batería y q la web te funcione para poder entrar al alojamiento

• Markos (10/5): - First of all it was very clean which is the most important , secondly the location for sassari is perfect and lastly I really liked the communication with the team responsible! Only suggestion is to make sure the renters keep the noise down especially night hours .

• Claudia (9/5): It was a very pleasant stay! - The location is near Piazza d'Italia, very close to the city center. It’s only a 5–10 minute walk to most of the important historical sites. Every morning in the kitchen, you have access to coffee, croissants, some cookies, and yogurt. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. In the morning, you can enjoy your coffee on the small terrace with a 180-degree view. Antonietta is very friendly, always available, and ready to help with anything you need. It was a very pleasant stay! The only downside is that you can’t cook eggs for breakfast. However, you can find affordable breakfast options nearby or at a small supermarket just five minutes away.

• Renee (10/5): Lovely room in great location - The property was beautiful, clean and had a lovely shared balcony for relaxing. The location was excellent for walking around the city with many restaurants in easy distance. We enjoyed being able to check-in at our convenience and the app was easy to use. Everything was great. People should know the elevator is small so it might take two trips if you have a large group or lots of luggage. The rooms are on the 5th floor (6th American) so some may not want to do that many stairs. I didn’t think either was an issue.

Only thing that we didn't like so much was the app/digital keys. I would've preferred to enter maybe with a code or the app and then get a key or keycard. Now you had to bring the phone the whole time, even when going to the kitchen

Room service every day and snacs Host is a bit confused with bookings, we were two groups however we booked separately, so she wouldn’t know we were a group, however she kept sending the information only to me. The aircom on my room took nearly a day to start cooling my room, and the host was watching us by the camera in the hallway the whole time as she would message us from time to time to talk about something in the room. The explanations on how to open the doors were not so clear and the fact that we always have to have battery on our phones to open the doors is inconvenient, as you can get stuck.
