• John (9/5): Really nice apartment conveniently located. - Good location, well equipped apartment. Communication was very good. A lot of building work going on but this didn’t really affect us and it won’t affect future guests as it is nearing completion.
• Aoife (6/5): Location was excellent but it did not live up to the photos. - The location was excellent, the balcony got the evening sun, tv and WiFi were good quality. It was not clean when we arrived hair on floor and bedding. No place to leave bags on check out. The plumbing is old and unreliable, a lot of cold showers.
• Damian (1/5): - Location, washing machine was great even played music when it finished, TV was good, WiFi worked, balcony was great no view though wasn't a sun trap either, Mould in bathroom, flooding in bathroom, smell in bathroom, toilet seat was dangerous, dripping water in kitchen living area, bed settee was not functional as a bed but was good as a settee, curtains are to small, bed was great but was to big for the room leaving twelve inches each side so took a bit of effort to get in and out. Oh the only window in the apartment was the door to the balcony but the view of the stairs opposite was disappointing.

• Noreen (3/5): Self check in too difficult for older people too many steps no reception for a private host - Location perfect Self check perfer codes at gates than keys . Wouldn't do self check in again no reception for private host no places to leave bags on last day we had late flight We changed to a hotel with heated pool 24 reception a place to leave bags in locker room on last day .Pool very cold Appartment cold Very bad odour in Bathroom Beds uncomfortable

• Ray (7/5): Great location accommodation could do with updating - Did not have breakfast we eat out we would normally go to supermarket and get what was needed with only being 5 days was benificial to eat out especially when there was no oven to keep food warm. Had basic materials but was expecting an oven. I like the location even though was difficult to find as taxi driver had penita on his sat navy but I remembered video you sent and recognised the and railings were key safe was but did eventually got but yes great location

• Emma (4/5): Never again! - The apartment is well located and the complex itself is nice. The whole experience was a disaster from start to finish, and is still ongoing. I was sent completely incorrect instructions about how to get into the property which meant I walked the outskirts for almost an hour before a kind local let me ind tried to help. The keys weren’t where they were supposed to be and no one would answer the phone to help. I ended up sitting on the doorstep for a considerable amount of time, at nearly midnight by now, waiting for someone to help. They offered a 50 euro refund that never appeared. There was also building work (drilling and hammering) the entire stay, which they didn’t inform me of. Finally, the apartment was really unclean. They did offer to send a cleaner but I’d already cleaned it myself by then.
• Bronagh (7/5): Stay at Duna Beach - The location was excellent Beds and sofa were very comfortable Pool area had plenty of beds however not many were using them There was building work going on in the complex which we only found out about 2 days before we got there. Wasn't a huge issue Also as it is a private apartment inside a complex, the main reception could not be contacted for anything. We found it hard to get into the complex as the reception seemed to be closed.

• Stuart (9/5): Great apartment in a fantastic location - The location is absolutely superb and the apartment has everything you need. The host is available on WhatsApp to message if you need anything. Great holiday Make sure you read the PDF they send about check in as it’s a private apartment in a complex. I didn’t and struggled to find it. Liked everything and will visit again.
• Hugh (7/5): Good - The location is excellent with easy access to the main strip. The pool is brilliant, and the pool bar staff are lovely nice food and drink and reasonably priced. The apartment was in the lower part of the complex with very limited sun.
• Niamh (8/5): Great location, host very helpful, would recommend - Great location as so central to the main strip. Supermarket very close by. While part of a larger resort lots of gates to exit from depending on where you want to go. Appartment lovely & clean. Could not lock balcony patio door-lock on door if working would not be very secure anyway. I let the host know, who said it would be fixed so hopefully that has happened. Having a safe would be really helpful for keeping passport, jewelry etc safe. No air conditioning - 2 fans available which were great for our stay in Dec but it would be very uncomfortable during hotter summer months.
• Martin (9/5): Great stay - Comfortable clean apartment in good location Only possible problem with this apartment is stairs as on 1st floor and no lifts and and also stairs to reception and swimming pool area But I was advised this so fine.
• Morgan (10/5): Definately would recommend , my new go to property whenever i visit lanzarote , especially for the price & how conve - I liked how accessible everything was around me , 5 minute walk to all the main restaurant , shops & bars , also had a nice lay out with a beautiful balcony to enjoy the palm tree views whilst you feel the cool breeze at night ! Also had all the amenities at the property too cook for yourself. Also had a nice pool area with sun bathing loungers Nothing !
