Robert (3/5): Very disappointing customer service... - The location was great and Mousehole is a lovely place When booking I was not told there was a building project on-going next door to the house. I'd booked for a peaceful retreat only to have constant builders and builders noise disturbing our stay. I contacted the hosts to notify them of this issue and have had no response.
