Guest Reviews
- caroline (5/5): - The location was on the road in, good parking. For a 3 bed there were not facilities for 6 people to sit, no table to eat from, only 4 mugs, no bedding for sofa beds or extra blankets and it's a cold van. Door has a big gap letting in cold. It was not clean, I had to wash the pans before using them. .and the shower...well it was mostly cold and tiny!
- scott (4/5): -
- Ryan (9/5): - Good location nice van good selection of films was appreciated Shower was intermittent hot and cold
- Kevin (6/5): -
- elizabeth (8/5): - The right area to do anything you want too. Nothing to do on site, just caravans. All the beds need new mattresses, very uncomfortable.
- suzanna (10/5): Would stay again š - It was clean and tidy on arrival with the beds made. The children were happy there was a big selection of dvds to watch and some games in the cupboards. Very close to a large Aldi, b&m, m&s and a pub that serves food. You can easily walk into the main Skegness area from the caravan. It's about a 15 minute walk up to the main Skegness area. Would definitely stay again š Not really a dislike but the sofas can fit 4 people & we booked as a 6 so luckily we had a couple of fold out chairs with us for the evenings. Although there is 2 plastic garden chairs on the balcony so can't complain.
- Kyra (5/5): Very stressful as no room to do anything - Site was nice Its made for 6 people but its not big enough for 6 people at all we couldnt eat dinner together or chill together as only 2 seats on each sofa and no dining table its purfect for 4 people, we also had 2 little pans that could barely make dinner for 4 let alone 6 so had to make dinner multiple times so we could all eat. In end ended up eating out and going.to othet family caravan so could eat as a family
- Guest (10/5): Comfortable, clean and fun stay. - Really nice property, clean, everything we needed also nice and cosy, nice fresh decoration and just all round a lovely accommodation. We also loved the veranda was lovely to sit out in the mornings and evening, also nice for the little one to play. Children loved the bunk beds too! There was nothing we didnāt like.
- Batch (9/5): -
- Mathew (8/5): -
- Lauren (7/5): Value for money! - A nice 15 minute walk into skegness main centre.
The van was clean enough and had what we needed for our stay. There are a few games and DVD s to keep entertained when in the van.
Owner responded immediately when we reported issues with the toiler system. The van itself is basic, and there aren't many facilities close to the van.
- Mustafa (1/5): Very small caravan hardly you canāt move in the bed rooms or in the shower room - Nothing at all Everything
- Janet (10/5): Exceptional - It's a lovely caravan very clean and comfortable and the park is clean and quiet, just on the opposite side of the road is a nice pub, Aldi, M&S and B&M only 15 mins walk to the town centre Nothing
- Kayleigh (7/5): Good - We liked the bunkbed style of the beds
We liked the site it was on it was very clean and respectable
Liked the wide range of dvds and games available for the children
Liked the sofa seating rather than the traditional seating gave abit more room in the living room Could do with some sort of netting up so you dont have to close the curtains all the time for privacy
Need something to cover the toilet window as you could see in and out the window quite well
- Anonymous (8/5): Amazing - It was in a good location and nice and quiet. There were plenty of pots and cleaning things (these are normally the negatives with caravans)
It was very clean and looked like it had a makeover recently The storage in the master bedroom, the draws were not working properly and it could have done with a wardrobe
- Gledhill (8/5): Good value for money nice quite caravan site - Good value for money, beds were comfy.
Owners communication was second to none.
Lots of room for us all
Dvds were a nice touch as kids loved them Everything was as expected and was clean
- Nikki (9/5): Superb - Good location easy getting in touch with owner caravan had everything we needed
- Carly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deborah (6/5): Pleasant - Caravan was clean and spacious It was very cold. The electricity kept tripping when all fires and use the kettle or microwave at the same time
- Ratnik92 (5/5): Passable - Location of the caravan is brilliant, Not too far out from the centre of Skegness. The caravan felt dated and needs refreshing. Shower head was too big for the fitting and the bedrooms had a foisty smell. It's a shame as it wouldn't take a lot to bring the caravan upto a decent standard. Really hope the owner can give it a makeover as everything else was ok
- Bartlett (10/5): Exceptional - It was so peaceful
- Andrew (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mia (8/5): Very good -
- Mohammed (8/5): Very good -
- Holly (9/5): Superb -
- Martin (4/5): Disappointing -
- Georgina (8/5): Very good - Was a great affordable price, had everything that we needed and communication with the staff was great. Was a bit skeptical of the property at first due to some of the negative reviews however the place has definitely improved since then! Any problems we had were sorted very quickly. We also left our iPad which they kindly returned! It was a great place to stay highly recommend! As stated on the booking there is no WiFi however you get what you pay for! (Plus I had full bars so didnāt mind too much)
- Diane (1/5): Disgusting - The site was well maintained. The accommodation was filthy. Not just dust, but months of dirt. The bathroom was disgusting. There was black mould around the shower door. Urine and excrement on the floor around the toilet pan. Stains everywhere. Dirty bed linen. Grease and food all over the kitchen cupboards. It hadn't been vacuumed or mopped. I asked the host if they could move us as we were there with our 2 young grandchildren, but there wasn't anything available. They said they would send a cleaner in on the Sunday. There wasn't any point as we were leaving Monday. It's not a child friendly site, so this should state that on their advert.
- Emma (6/5): Pleasant -
- Billings (5/5): Passable -
- Reece (5/5): Passable - Location was great. Nice size caravan. The caravan needs a deep clean. My daughter had white socks on and they ended up black within an hour. The kettle was unusable.I think the only thing that clean was the toilet and bedding.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kirsty (10/5): Exceptional - It's comfortable š comes with everything you need and located in a fabulous place not far to town centre but to not close so your out thr way when you want peace š great shops near by for food ect Coming home
- Sandra (4/5): Nice location choose a different caravan - Pictures showcasing the caravan, Location and price for dates booked The pictures donāt match reality
Booked a couple of nights away to rest and clear my head, I have never been to Skegness and I wanted a place by the sea, advised as beach front property which was great, but it wasnāt a beach front property, itās 1.8km from the beach which was fine and no drama
Not sure if the caravan is checked or cleaned after last occupants however, the cooker hob was dirty, the caravan smelt of damp, the walls could do with a good proper clean and paint, wood work is tired and needs ripping out as some areas are rotting, the hot water pressure is lacking, the kettle wasnāt used by me as it was disgusting and I had to boil water in a pan on the hob for a cuppa, the bathroom as functional is it goes was a nice size again needs attention!
- Nichola (1/5): Awful uncomfortable and would not recommend using this property at all. My mum is in ill health and I just wanted to lea - The location was good. Close to all local amenities The property was dirty with very poor facilities.
The electrics constantly tripped every time you tried to put the heating on.
- Penny (5/5): Passable - Location Not very clean and quite scruffy
- Mark (8/5): Very good - The location was great all in walking distance from anywhere we wanted to go. The price was good and overall im happy with this holiday home The bathroom could do with a reroll. The walls had been patched and just looked a mess. The shower cubicle could definitely do with more of a scrub with bleach. The shower pressure was awful. Maybe a smaller shower head or a bigger boiler would help this.
- Rebecca (8/5): Relaxed beautiful caravan site loved the veranda sitting outside relaxing š - Generally nicely decorated had everything we needed. Doors were a pain couldnāt keep them open as no clips.
- Rami (3/5): Poor -
- Eric (7/5): Good - it was perfect it was all good
- Cat (10/5): Lovely - It was nice and clean and it was just really nice Cavan and I will be booking it again There nothing I can say bad about it and I just wish there was there more on the site like a washing machine and dryer
- Andrew (3/5): Very disappointing and angry - Nothing, Beds VERY uncomfortable very poor mattresses, ,the single beds are small and cramped. We was a party of six, the seating was for four ?. 8 beds but no way can accommodate 8 people the Legacy was run down and in some places dirty, cooking utensils was dirty and only two small pans and frying pan ( no lids ) so cooker splash back was filthy, the out side veranda had been used as a ashtray ( cigarette ends all over ), We all left Sunday the 9/7/23. at 07;00am a day early (booking was for 3 days, ) exhausted, and very disappointed with our break and booking. Com. I class myself as a good Booking.Com. Customer but find myself now not trusting your ratings, .and this was discounted to £99 per night, , not worth the money
- Sharon (8/5): Very good - Location and communication. Not much room to prepare food or eat. But we just ate out instead.
- Luke (10/5): staying in this property was amazing, it made our trip more enjoyable knowing we was going back to this amazing caravan - Everything, the location was ideal a short walk to the beach meaning we didnāt have to use the car and avoided paying for car parking at the beach! also a short walk to a supermarket for essentials and close to the bus stop to get to Ingoldmells.
and the caravan itself is absolutely beautiful throughout. nothing.
- Sharrisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Trishna (1/5): āļøāAVOID AVOID this caravan itās run drown and dirty ,very uncomfortable stay , with things not working and dangerous I - property is not what has been advertised, there is nothing to like , itās run down and very poor facilities . what we liked was property was a lovely quote locations , lots of lovely greenery , outside u had the long road of supermarkets which was very convenient, area was nice , 25 mins walk to beach front location the property was dirty and filthy all walls had markās, and dripping from top , bathroom had rust limescale in shower , basin sink had very old rust taps , kitchen taps very old and rusty paint peeling off low water pressure , all kitchen walls and room with dripping stains , the cooker ignition button missing once pressed to light it doesnāt stop clicking . all cupboards all peeling and bashed , the boiler pilot light flame has no cover , so black smoke on boiler and when u opened tap , the pressure wud bang open the boiler cupboard door which also has smoke on it , electric keeps tripping , as only Tv was on , nothing else plugged in , no dining area or chairs , the electric fire makes a loud noise , the windows in caravan do not open , blinds in kitchen yellow and slats broken and missing , bed has springs poking out , pillows are well used and soft , I did let the owner know but he never came to sort the fire , windows , electrics out , the photos provided donāt match in reality , I took photos my self , I read the reviews which mention some of things I picked on too but still gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked it , on serious note , u canāt expect a good investment if ur not willing to put in the work , u know the caravan needs some serious attention , and it is not in a good condition and a good standard ,but u still advertised photos that make it look good , also my main concern was the flame in the boiler blowing out due to weather wind blowing the flame š„

- Bev (5/5): Passable -
- Timothy (7/5): Good -
- Gillian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steven (8/5): perfectly charming owners with a charming little caravan - location to town and friendliness's of the owners after a problem with the caravan issue was sorted right away with professionalism and respect would happily deal with them again lack of seating was a bit of downer, the water pressure was a little under what we wanted but still usable and unfortunately the cleanliness when we first arrived wasn't desireable but acceptable
- Hollie (10/5): Hosts where outstanding - Perfect quite spot in Skegness, very friendly, the site and the caravan was very clean Nothing it was perfect
- Daniel (10/5): A home from home, exceeded our expectations. - Brilliant caravan it was immaculate, well set out and welcoming. Great location as was only a 5 minutes drive to Skegness seafront which has everything you need for entertainment such as arcades, restaurants and the beach, we had lots to for all ages. The beds were very comfortable and was nice and quiet at night. ALDI, B&M, M&S and a very nice family pub which has incredible food was conveniently situated across the road from the site which was very handy to get anything we needed. The owner was made available at anytime we needed him. Overall was a great family holiday, the best value for money Iāve currently found in that area and will definitely be staying again. Felt like I was in a home not a caravan.
- Michael (10/5): Great caravan, great location. - The caravan was very clean, well presented and located, with only a 5 minute drive to Skegness seafront.Tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits were available in the caravan as well as a selection of Dvds to watch and games to play. The beds were very comfortable. The park was nice and quiet at night, so there was no sleep disturbance. ALDI was conveniently situated across the road from the site. The owner Dom was only a phone call away if we had any problems. All in all it was an excellent caravan, excellent value for money and we would definitely stay again. NOTHING. We were delighted with everything during our stay.
