Nico (10/5): - I stayed here for two nights for work and a local event, and the location was unbeatable. Both destinations were very close by, which made my stay incredibly convenient and stress-free. The apartment itself was perfect: spacious, very clean, and featured a beautiful modern design. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, which I really appreciated after a long day. Additionally, the kitchen was plenty big enough for my needs. If you’re looking for a comfortable and professional place to stay in Chemnitz, I highly recommend this one! The only minor downside is that since it is a residential apartment building, you can hear other residents. I noticed some neighbors heading to work around 5:30 AM, which might be a bit early for light sleepers. However, given the comfort and location, I would still highly recommend it for anyone visiting Chemnitz!

Nicole (10/5): Sofort wieder, eine top Unterkunft - Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail! Parken kein Problem. Alles vorhanden - einfach top! Gar nichts
Bodo (9/5): Übernachten nahe Messe Chemnitz - Ruhige Lage in der 1.Etage mit Aufzug und kleinen Balkon. Kein Parkplatz am Haus.
Jörg Ohlig (6/5): Mittelmäßig - Gute Ausstattung WLAN funktionierte nicht und konnte auch nicht zur Funktion gebracht werden.
Almuth (9/5): Sehr zu empfehlen! - Lage war ideal, wenige Minuten entfernt vom Industriemuseum. Ruhige Lage. Zimmerblick ins Grüne/ Herbstliche. Sehr gute Raumaufteilung. Sogar Balkon! Alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zum Wohlfühlen.
