• Ion (10/5): ottimo sono rimasta soddisfatta - Tutto è andato perfetto… Lo staff molto attente e la camera molto comoda, con tutto il necessario. Il letto con Topper e cuscini con piuma d’oca. Veramente una meraviglia ho dormito come Acasa. La posizione è perfetta perché si deve spostare.. hanno pulito la camera ogni giorno. Ho già parlato con lo staff e il letto della bambina era senza materasso

• Aurora (9/5): Great for one night. - It was very easy to access and it was close to our event. The blinds in the bathroom were too "transparent" for the night, I felt like someone could see me when it was dark outside and I had the light on. The bed pillows for sleep are too big (thickness), being a little too hard on the neck

• Lenka (9/5): Pěkné ubytování uprostřed vinic. - Velkou výhodou byla možnost parkování přímo u ubytování. Check-in byl velmi jednoduchý (klíč označený mým jménem byl uschován v bezpečnostní schránce), check-out také (vhození klíče do označené nádoby na "recepci"). Ubytování bylo velmi čisté a klidné - měli jsme pokoj č. 3 s výhledem na vinice. Okolí bylo také velmi pěkné a klidné. Další výhodou byla malá lednice na pokoji a možnost uvařit si čaj nebo kávu. Koupelna byla starší, ale čistá.
• May (9/5): It was a great stay. Value for money. - The location was outside the city center of Nyon, if traveling by car isn’t a problem. It is located in a small, beautiful, quiet village. Very charming place. There was a restaurant below that could get noisy at night. But if u have a pair of earplugs is not a problem.
• Tonniev (4/5): - Nou, het was heel vreemd, er was geen receptie en er kwam een kamer meisje ons de sleutels geven, dat was het. Geen info, geen ontvangst, geen contact, niks verder. Toen we weggingen konden we de sleutel in een doorzichtige doos gooien. Heel bizar en onpersoonlijk Zie bovenstaande

Don't get me wrong, the bathroom was very clean, but the pictures doesn't match the reality at all.

Il n’y avait pas de petite bouilloire dans la chambre, pour le thé / café du matin. Comme le village est petit (ce qui fait son charme), on a dû attendre de revenir sur Nyon pour prendre le petit dej ;)

• Conny (8/5): Prima! - Prima bed, frisse witte kamer met thee- en koffie mogelijkheden. Last minute inchecken is lastig via 2 formulieren waarna het niet duidelijk was hoe we aan onze sleutel kwamen. Gelukkig was er een aardige bewoner die ons heeft geholpen.

• Christina (6/5): - Like others have said, the main pro is that the room is clean. Using the room key was also straightforward. And there's a hairdryer. The heated flooring is too hot and not adjustable so our room was uncomfortably hot and the air was very dry. Bathroom very small and furnished to a low standard, felt worse than student living.
• Sylvia (6/5): Auf keinen Fall ein Luxury Room wie es angeboten wurde. Wenn man das weiß kann man sich darauf einstellen und dann ist d - Schöner Ausblick und sehr bequeme Betten, endlich mal ohne Plastiküberzug auf den Matratzen! Angenehm warm beheizt und sehr sauber! Man konnte gut schlafen, da es sehr ruhig war. Das Badezimmer war ein Plastik-Einbau, klein und nicht schön. Es wurden in einem wunderschönen Haus so viele Zimmer wie möglich eingebaut, um das Maximale rauszuholen, entsprechend eng und verwinkelt ist es. Kein richtiger Ansprechpartner vor Ort, nur per Mail und per Nachrichten konnten Dinge geklärt werden und das dauerte teilweise lange. Das Zimmer ist weit entfernt von einem Luxury Room das uns als solches angeboten wurde, eher zweckmäßig und einfach mit schönen Ausblick.

The Room did not match the Pictures. The room was older then on the pictures. Complementary Toiletries seemed to be old and forgotten to be refreshed.

• Anaïs (6/5): - Very clean, comfy bed, pretty location, nice view (for the "lakeview room"), warm in winter, and with great water pressure in the shower. No soudproofing AT ALL, people walking in the hallway felt like they were walking in your room, and the ventilations from other guest's bathrooms were super loud. Also, in my opinion lack of security (the badges for every guest are located in the same box, that anyone who booked the hotel can access) because there is no staff at the reception.

• Mostrolo (8/5): Buon luogo per un soggiorno breve - Buona posizione tra Losanna e Ginevra in mezzo ai vigneti, anche se c'è pochissimo nelle vicinanze ed è necessaria l'auto. . Abbiamo apprezzato l'upgrade della camera, check in semplice e c'era quello che serviva. Accogliente il ristorante accanto. Uno spazio comune sarebbe auspicabile e piacevole, dal momento che fuori dagli orari di apertura del ristorante non c'è nulla e il paese offre poco. Potrebbe aiutare anche un distributore di bevande (acqua o altro), visto che non c'è personale presente, e un piccolo frigorifero a disposizione degli ospiti.

• Frans (6/5): matig tot redelijk - de locatie Wij reisden met 2 personen. Toegang tot hotel en kamers is moeilijk, steile stenen trap naar de ingang, binnen overal trapjes, ook naar 1e en 2e verdieping. Voor oudere gasten of die slecht ter been zijn, zeker met bagage is dit hotel niet aan te bevelen. Tijdens ons verblijf van 3 dagen niemand gezien om iets te vragen. De toegang is met een sleutelcode, die je per SMS krijgt, de Speedpass werkt niet. Geen ontbijt mogelijk, restaurant gesloten. Kamer had gebreken, was bij aankomst niet schoon (haren en handdoeken van de vorige gasten hingen er nog). Direct na aankomst daarover met verantwoordelijke gebeld, die onmiddellijk actie nam en ons als optie 2 andere kamers aanbood, bravo. De volgende dag was kamer kraakschoon en gebreken hersteld. Als compensatie werd doos chocolade aangeboden, zeer attent. De kamer heeft de noodzakelijke comfort, maar is net als de plastic badkamer versleten. Al met al een matige accommodatie.

Bathrooms old and in need of an update, rooms dusty (some of them), not a kitchenette in sight, coffee machines lacked the necessary coffee 'capsules', the beds were uncomfortable except in the biggest room, We were happy to go home and would not go there again.

I would appreciate thicker blanket, as I was a bit cold at night. I did not find adverized coffee machine. There was a bit of dirt in the bathroom (it was cleaner than average though). Although the checkin was easy to follow, I did not like that all keys were in the same box (shared among other guests) and that they first ask to download the app to open the door - then would the key stay in the box where other guests have access?
