• HSU JIA ROU (10/5): 傑出 會再次造訪 - 1. 如果托行李箱搭電車從梅小路京都西出站後沿著鐵路下方左側路比較好走，對輪子比較友善 2. 位於安靜的住宅區，島原大門附近有些日式木造房，適合喜歡散步在日式街道的人 3. 床、浴室、廁所、照明都很棒 4. 三天打掃一次，可以把垃圾和髒毛巾放在門口，每天都會有新毛巾浴袍和一瓶水在門口 5. 有冷暖氣+清淨機+加濕機 6. 插座很多 7. 房間與照片一致，風格很喜歡 1. 枕頭不夠高不夠軟 2. 不需門禁就可以從大門進到電梯去所有樓層 3. 窗外是隔壁房子沒有景色，不過我不介意 4. 離公車站和超市大約要走十五分鐘，要搭公車請先查好班次注意時間 5. 坐在桌子前會離電視太近

I proposed to move to the other Tabist, paying the difference, but they refused. The main page on booking says +1km from city centre, I reased a complaint with Booking about it but the hotel didn't reply. They got my money! FAR, ISOLATED, DESCRIPTION NOT RELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL,DISHONEST.

• Leanne (8/5): Overall, we really enjoyed our stay — it would be perfect for those wanting a quieter, more relaxed base - We really enjoyed our stay at Tabist Groove. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were lovely and very accommodating. It had everything we needed and felt like a really comfortable place to come back to after a full day out. Check-in was simple, and overall everything just felt easy and stress-free We didn’t have any issues with the property itself. The only thing to consider is the location, which is a little further out from the main areas. For my son, who is neurodiverse, being closer to the busier shopping and anime areas and more activity would have suited him better.

• WAKIKO (7/5): 思いがけない宿泊地の発見。 - お部屋が広々としていて、畳のスペースもり、ゆったりしたお部屋でベッドも広く快適でした。ホテルの周りが住宅街でしたからとても静かで寛げました。 洗面所以外にお部屋に鏡がなく、姿見やお化粧用の鏡があったら良かったと思いました。

• jonathon (8/5): Comfy stay in Kyoto - The room was bigger than expected, including the bathroom. It was comfortable and had everything i needed for a weeks long stay. The staff were patient and helpful. The location isn't the best for attractions and sight seeing but there is a station only 5minutes away. A little out of the way from attractions and Kyoto station but does have Umekoji station close-by.

• Amy (10/5): Peaceful and tranquil - Excellent, warm welcome by staff members. They gladly accepted my luggage before check-in and similarly after I had checked out, leaving me free to explore Kyoto. Tranquil, respectful and safe for a solo female traveller. This hotel is a gem of a place in a peaceful neighbourhood, situated inbetween two metro stations. Any language barriers are navigated with a translation app and a real willingness to understand and help.

• KYOSUKE (10/5): ホテル型のウィークリーマンションで過ごした感じで、適度な応対サービスで、とても自由に過ごせた宿泊でした。 - ゆったりと過ごせる広さのお部屋。トイレと洗面・バスタブがそれぞれ別々になっている。主要駅からも程よく近く、静かな環境。 特筆指摘する点はありませんが、お部屋に備えてある、ポットが前のお客さんが使ったままのものを交換し忘れていました(許容範囲でした)。

• Luis Antonio (8/5): Spacious hotel room in a quiet neighborhood - The room is quite spacious. I was surprised there was an additional cozy tatami area inside the room for if you want to sleep on the floor. I ended up using it as a convenient space to fold clothes and organize my belongings. Additionally, the shower and tub area is like the one you would find in a Japanese apartment (separate from the sink), which is much more spacious and comfortable than one you'd find in a budget / business hotel. I was able to do early check-in without additional charge, which is always greatly appreciated (of course it depends on room availability). Additional laundry machines on multiple floors would have been nice. I'm not actually sure if there were any (as I didn't ask anymore). It just so happened that on my only chance to do laundry, someone was using the one machine and it would have finished too late for me to start my own laundry.

• Fleur (10/5): J’y retournerai sans hésiter ! - La chambre était spacieuse, le bain était un plus qui a pu me reposer le soir après mes longues marches. Le personnel était très gentil. Le quartier est très calme. Pas loin de tous les bus. Comme c’est un quartier résidentiel, cela peut faire « peur » de rentrer tard le soir.

• Yoshi (3/5): よくなかった。 - 鉄道博物館に近い事 入り口扉の開け方や（この時のスタッフはまだ良かった）トイレのドアも知らぬ間に鍵がかかり、外から鍵を解除しなければ開かなく 洗面所のドアが10センチ程しか開かなくなった事を 力づくで締めたからや乱暴にしたから、レールから外れたなどと言われた。他にもそのような客室が数戸ありますとも言われた。 見にも来なく身支度はフロントの洗面所を使用したりした。

• 赵 (8/5): 挺不错的，价格淡季价格便宜租到大房间很开心🥳 - 淡季预定的，价格便宜，性价比超高，房间大还新，没有异味。洗护产品用的pola的，非常好用。但是入住时间是下午16:00～，退房时间是早上10:00为止，时间感觉跟别的酒店不一样。并且三天一次的客房打扫（免费的）只帮我们收了垃圾和补充洗漱用品。
