Personnel très accueillant. Alors pour une chambre double, les draps ne couvraient pas le matelat. Des couettes sans house de couette. Pas de lampes de chevet. Isolation moyenne, on entends le voisin au toilette et sa douche.

Op loopafstand van tientallen terrassen en restaurants. Lakens zijn te klein om goed in te stoppen waardoor je op onbeschermd matras slaapt.

Frühstücksbüffet ausreichend. Man kann beim Frühstück auch im Freien sitzen. Duschumschalter für Regenbrause war defekt, kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten im relativ beengten Zimmer, Beleuchtung im Zimmer mäßig, Kühlschrankkühlung schwach.

• Yonida (5/5): - Location is the only reason I booked this hotel, the room is horrible, it does stay pretty loud until atleast 12am due to the bar across the street. We enjoyed it though because it was live music. Staff was kind, very young ppl working there and not taking things to that professional standard. But overall we're kind. Stays loud until atleast 1am, room sucks, the bed sheets dont even fit the bed, bathroom shower had hair on the drain that was not ours, AC was not working well took a while for it to cool the room, and breakfast was the worst. This hotel feels like it does the bare minimum.

• Jona (7/5): A nice, fun stay in Shkoder - The hotel was located in the most beautiful area in Shkodra. If you’re looking for some fun, this is the place. The live music was super great and we did have much fun. The staff was helpful, we had to leave early and we couldn’t have the breakfast, and the staff helped us with some milk and sandwiches for the kids. Really appreciate it. The area being the most noisy in the city, is not the best to sleep. A good investment in isolation is needed. Sleep was not an option as you could listen everything, even what everyone at the bar downstairs was talking. The live music ends at 12:00 AM, but the bar stays open until late and the noise continues with it. The cleaning also needs a good eye.

There air conditioner heats the room directly, Mattresses without covers, sheets directly on the mattres. Duvets without covers. Very small and impractical bathroom, no shower cabin, only half a glass and the water leaked. Very small hand sink, water leaked. There were no slippers. Empty refrigerator (not even a bottle of water). Incomplete breakfast

The rooms had no slippers, the bedsheets were missing - there were only some covers on the mattress. Need to mention as well that all three bathrooms were clean by smelly. P.S: The breakfast was poor, not as described on the pictures. Probably because we were the only clients that weekend...

Although we were the only ones staying at the hotel, the breakfast was varied. But above all, the staff was friendly and helpful. Especially the black-haired lady at the reception (I apologize for forgetting to ask her name) was very attentive. We will remember her fondly. When you come to Skodra, don't even look at anywhere other than this hotel. Thank you for everything.
