• Alex (6/5): A mixed bag, but it was okay. - It was clean, bright, and comfortable. Also it was very good value. Plus, it was lovely to see a fox prowling around the entrance from the road. A host of small things. The location was severely residential and the nearest place to eat was a good walk away. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. No cups to drink the complimentary tea. Etc... Felt a bit uncared for.

• Nash (9/5): - The entire room was clean and a nice room fragrance. The bed was very comfortable. The position of the TV, Microwave, the few utensils , boiling kettle and also the blow dryer was absolutely very very impressive. The fact the shower was inside the room while the toilet was in a separate room. The set up was a little bit inconvenient especially we had to go outside room in order to get to the toilet. Though I am not an expert in construction or building renovations, I would kindly suggest in making the toilet accessible from the inside the room 1 by demolishing the wall on the left side of the very first door.

• Angie Mason (10/5): - What's not to like, loads of soft fluffy throws, a microwave two plates, and cutlery in the room, as well as the normal cups, kettle, and tea, coffee supplies. The room was clean, fresh and modern, in fact as you walked into the property you got the clean modern vibe. It's the little things that make the difference and Tracy knows her stuff. To have a lamp on in the evening in the hallway so you could see. Fresh flowers in the hall. To have spare toothpaste there as a just in case. Nice soft towels . Having the WiFi code and password, I didn't know at booking that Tracy would provide hot food, will be asking her for food next time as my husband is celiac and it's incredibly difficult to find food for him so next time we won't have to eat in the room we can eat a proper dinner and breakfast served by Tracy. All this things add up to an amazing stay. The location is so quite and no problems with parking that we found. Would we be staying again 💯 If I was to be picky I would say maybe to have numbers on the doors and if a room is private to have that on show.

It was close to Bromley and Orpington which was helpful to visiting my friends, It was good value for money and I would stay there again. Tracy was a very helpful and nice person.

• Elijah (10/5): - Mayfield guest rooms were the best i have used in London. It's good if you're not chaotic, just peaceful relaxation after your daily business.. I strongly recommend it . Everything was great .You can also pick up fruits provided by the host on entrance 24/7 without seeking permission to do so because the host already put a note indicating it's free.

• Zaneta (10/5): This is how it should be done - I love coming back to this place. Clean, fresh, rooms are stunning, host is very nice and friendly. House is quiet, I really had goodnight sleep. I'm solo female traveler and feel very safe here. Will recommend None

• Gerald (1/5): Horrible Experience - I was disappointed with the experience. The room was small and lacked essential features like a wardrobe. The mattress felt lumpy. It was uncomfortably hot in the room, forcing me to open the window and endure numerous mosquito bites. The host's behavior was also concerning. After I gave her a bottle of champagne as a gesture of appreciation, she still complained about not receiving gas money for the rides she offered. The in-room fridge was tiny and impractical. The cleanliness was a major issue; my sister had to clean the entire bathroom before we could use it. The tub, and walls of the bathroom were dirty. Essential supplies like toilet paper and hand soap were missing. The trash bin was overflowing as well. It was a very disappointing stay.

A welcome change to the noise of the city. Corner shops and green walls very close by. The host was very helpful and responded very quickly to my queries :) The bathroom needed a bit of a clean but besides that the house was clean, and the room was very clean.
