• Hans Jürgen (7/5): Guten für einen kurzen Besuch mit Auto - Sehr gute Lage, gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Parkplatz. Schlechte Ausstattung in der Küche. Kein gutes Bett. Keine Info zur Müllentsorgung.

• Alessio (9/5): Qualora dovessi tornare a Mantova, città impagabile, ci tornerò senz'altro. - Ottima la posizione a pochi passi dal centro storico, raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti, ma decentrata quel tanto che basta a garantire silenzio la notte. Ho anche apprezzato il parcheggio, che seppur pagato a parte consente di custodire il veicolo all'interno di un'area privata, recintata e facente parte della struttura. Appartamento confortevole, ampio ed arredato con cura. Cucina funzionale completa di lavastoviglie. Bene la presenza di caffè in capsule e moka. Bagno ampio, al pari di ogni vano. Zona giorno luminosa e valorizzata da 2 porte finestre che consentono l'accesso un terrazzo riservato ed ampiamente fruibile. L'unico televisore, ubicato in sala, troppo piccolo, poco più di un tablet.

• Tommaso (9/5): Soggiorno eccezionale per un weekend a Mantova - La struttura si trovava in posizione ottima ed è ben servita, il personale è molto cordiale e il terrazzino di fuori é molto grazioso Odore di urina subito fuori la struttura dovuto dal cane e probabile termiti sul soffitto in legno
• Eva (10/5): - Die Lage war super, man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen. Parkplatz im.Hof sehr angenehm. Wohnung war sehr groß mit Balkon. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

• Laura (9/5): - Spazioso, silenzioso, funzionale. Gli essenziali includono anche tè, caffè, orzo, zucchero e sale. Letto comodo. Parcheggio interno molto comodo, a pagamento (ma se parcheggiate fuori al giorno pagherete la stessa cifra). Ottima posizione, equidistante da palazzo Te e palazzo Ducale. Lo consigliamo. Wifi scadente, TV molto piccola, phon poco potente. Aggiungere un canovaccio per le stoviglie sarebbe utile.
• Miriam (9/5): Struttura nuova e pulita siamo stati bene per il poco tempo che ne abbiamo usufruito - Posizione comoda per il centro ci si sposta comodamente a piedi, parcheggio gratuito vicino alla struttura. Casa fornita di caffè con moka e macchinetta x le cialde. Noi abbiamo trascorso solo una notte ma era fornita anche dei condimenti e detersivi, Lavatrice e anche piastra x capelli oltre il phon e i Prodotti x lavarsi il matrimoniale scricchiola un pó, noi non abbiamo usato il divano letto nella zona giorno, che non è oscurabile ci sono tende da giorno.

• Luciano (10/5): - Appartamento nuovo, fornito di ogni comfort per un soggiorno breve. Posizione ottima, molto centrale, la possibilità del parcheggio interno è un plus importante; la signora Luisa ci ha accolto con grande gentilezza. La Wi-Fi risulta un po’ debole nel caso che si debba fare qualcosa di più “pesante” come scaricare mappe, ma sufficiente per navigazione ordinaria. Consigliatissimo.

• Julie (7/5): Apartment in good location but needs a good through clean, maintenance & update. - Good location right next to the old town. Walking distance to large supermarket. Property didn’t look clean. Dirty skirting boards & bathroom corners, some sections of the walls could do with a clean. Kettle, toaster need replacing, top surface of side-table peeling off. Squeaky bed, very irritating. Felt the apartment looked neglected & tied with minimal effort to clean & present nicely between guests. Wouldn’t come back.
• Dirk (8/5): Sehr schönes Apartment mit einem Haken. - Sehr schönes Apartment mit allen notwendigen Facilities inkl sehr guten Parkplatz. Sehr ruhig im Hinterhaus gelegen. Eigentlich ideal. In der hohen gekalkten Zimmerdecke sieht man die Mücken nicht. Sie waren bereits im Apartment und ich habe in zwei Nächten 10 davon erschlagen. Da nutzt auch das schönste Apartment nichts, wenn man nicht zum schlafen kommt.

• Manuel (9/5): Buena opción en Mantua si llevas coche - Poder tener el coche aparcado al lado. Muy amplio. Un detalle que nos dejaron café molido. Calefacción que funcionaba muy bien. Un poco lejos del centro, aunque bien comunicado por autobús. Wifi solo funcionaba en el salón. No había microondas. La TV era pequeñísima y no funcionaba.

Cucina ben attrezzata e bagno adeguato. Parcheggio comodo (anche se a pagamento - 10 E./notte) nel cortile interno. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere il centro della città. Non ci sono lamentele da sollevare

• Freddie (10/5): Away from the crowds, yet close for walking to Centro Storico Mantova. Secure parking available. - Large, clean, secure apartment with parking available. Communication with owner was easy and continued throughout the stay. The location was perfect with only a 15 minute walk straight up Corso Vittorio Emanuele II street to centro storico Mantova. Leave your car parked as you won't need it for the main part of town. Well-equipped kitchen with all needed for food preparation and dining in apartment. There is a large Carrefour grocery as you walk to the apartment from the main part of town, which we did twice. And even nearby the neighborhood has a few cute bars and gelaterias. On departure day we drove out to Palazzo Te to explore this complex. Lovely town of Mantova.

Not too far from town although in the heatwave it was a bit tough. Sofa bed uncomfortable. One roll of TP for four for two nights. Main bed squeaked a lot. Construction work next door
