• Navin Kumar (4/5): Front gagte was highly steeply, not good for senior citizens. However, they used to open alternate - They should provide lift to 2nd floor front gate ramp should be made less steeply
• Sangwans (4/5): Didn't like it at all, had to stay as it was urgent. - We were glad we had a booking at least. Check in was okeish! Had to wait for the person in charge to arrive for that. Location is close to railway station but 2 to 3 kilometers from temples and other places. for which Autos charge 150rs to 200rs everytime. Easy to locate as its right next to gurudwara. also keep in mind the speakers sound couple of times a day. It was not even a basic clean place, very dusty and funny smell throughout. There was a rat in the room which created a complete chaos at our second night of stay. We went for a 2 night stay since we had only one day to do our pooja and other things, we went to sleep there only. the taps, flush and shower are not properly working. also the room was on second floor without lift. no complementary water or toiletries provided. Blankets were very bad and smelly; which we didn't use. also the paint and tile work throughout is very weird making it look dark and shabby. there is no room cancelation option also.

• Kamlendra (3/5): Poor - There was NO provision of 'In house' meals, inspite of adequate space available in the hotel ground floor, yet NO arrangement for restaurant facilities, There was NO provision of Elevator or lift in the Hotel even when the residential Rooms were on third floor, climbing Three floors by elderly guests like us is simply unacceptable & contrary to Hospitality industry norms in vogue, NO "WI FI" availability inspite of it being part of the booking package, extremely Unsatisfactory arrangements.

Situated at a wide Road but Noiseless environment.. Lift and TV in the rooms are not operational. Hopefully they will start these facilities in near future. Because I noticed that they had provided spaces for these..
