• Che (1/5): Terrible - Please be careful when booking. They tried to accommodate me in a room without a window. This was not mentioned in the room description at the time of booking; on the contrary, it even stated that the room had a view from the window. When I pointed out that I could not stay in a room without a window because I have claustrophobia, the hotel owner replied that it was not his problem and asked me to pay an additional 50 euros to provide another room, even though the total booking cost was only 107 euros. When I then asked whether he would provide me with an invoice for this difference so that I could resolve the issue through Booking.com, he refused.

• Klaudia (10/5): Świetna baza wypadowa na wędrówki piesze w dolinach! - Przemiły gospodarz, lokalizacja poza ścisłym centrum Goreme - mniej turystyczna lokalizacja, świetny taras, z którego rano można było podziwiać przelatujące balony Liczyłam na śniadanie w formie bufetu a serwowane były typowe tureckie śniadania do stolika - kilka rodzajów sera, jajecznica/jajka, chleb, dżemy, oliwki itp. Być może w sezonie jest szwedzki bufet, a my na niego nie trafiliśmy. Na minus drzwi do pokojów z mlecznym szkłem - przy zapalonym świetle na korytarzu ogólnodostępnym w pokoju nie było wystarczająco ciemno - przydałaby się roleta na drzwi.

Das angebotene Upgrade war im Vergleich zum ursprünglichen Zimmer ein Downgrade: Zimmer viel kleiner und die Matratze völlig durchgelegen. Fühlte mich dezent verar**** Frühstück wurde in einem Raum serviert, der Aussentemperatur hatte (um 10*C), sehr ungemütlich. Ausserdem Dach des Raumes undicht, es hat bei Regen rein getropft und Wasser-Lachen gebildet.

• Laura (10/5): - Staff were very attentive and lovely. My room was upgraded for free as it was the low season. You can literally watch the hot air balloons from your bedroom window on one side or make use of the terrace if you're on the other side. The owner also has a hot air balloon business and can book you if needed, unfortunately the weather didn't work out for me but he did try. It's a great location to explore from, very walkable to the red/rose and love valleys for hiking. Lots of restaurants 5 mins walk into town. I had a car for which there was plenty of street parking but also easy to take a bus to göreme etc. Cats were gorgeous and very friendly. As people have mentioned there is a slight musty smell from the bathroom pipes. It's not a big deal at all but it is there if you're particularly precious about such things.
• ERDOĞAN (10/5): Tüm tanıdık eş ve dostlarımıza rahatlıkla tavsiye ederim. - Herşey çok mükemmeldi özellikle Otel sahibi Salih bey çok ilgiliydi sağolsun her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Güler yüzlü harika insan umarım ömür boyu neşe ve mutluluk dolu bol kazançlar dileriz. Otel mükemmeldi ama maalesef Hava koşulları el vermediği için balon konusunda mahrumiyet yaşadık o da bizim şanssızlığımızdan oldu 😊

• Lamrani (9/5): - Le bâtiment est magnifique et idéal pour observer les ballons chaque matin depuis les toits en terrasse. La chambre était spacieuse avec tous les équipements nécessaires . L'hôtel est situé au calme et proche des sites de départs de randonnée ou du centre du magnifique village de çavuçin. Une équipe très agréable et aux petits soins pour nous. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux traditionnels et variés. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cet établissement

All the stuff was nice and helpful. The breakfasts were really tasty and moreover they had something new every day. The hotel manager helped to organise a tour with a better price and was helpful during the stay. The ventilation system is a flow. There was a smell of cigarettes and smoke in the bathroom because of it. Also the shower cabin walls were not really cleaned. Not a big problem but just ruins an image a bit.

• Corrias (9/5): Tutto sommato una buona soluzione per un breve soggiorno in Cappadocia - Hotel molto carino a 6 minuti di auto/moto da Goreme. Perfetto se cercate un hotel carino ma ad un prezzo più accessibile rispetto a quelli del centro. Colazione ok. Dalla nostra stanza entrava molta luce al mattino, non essendoci serrande ma solo delle piccole tende.
• Sarah (10/5): Would stay again! - Really nice hotel, very clean and spacious. Super comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. Nice rooftop areas for viewing the hot air balloons. It’s located about 5 minutes drive from Gerome but taxis are plentiful and only cost 220 Lira approx. Area is quiet and relaxing and restaurants are within 1-5 minute walk from the hotel. • Fatma (8/5): Fantastisch! :) - Zeer net hotel voor een goede prijs. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker, het personeel supervriendelijk en behulpzaam, het voelde echt als familie. Ook de locatie is top. De kamer was schoon en comfortabel. Ik heb echt genoten van mijn verblijf. Een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een gastvrij hotel met een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding!

• Mauricio (10/5): Unforgettable stay with hot air balloons soaring by - Everything at the hotel was very good. Yagiz’s service was excellent, the breakfast was complete and delicious, the rooms were comfortable and cozy, and the balloons pass by the terrace — a beautiful spectacle.

• J.j. (7/5): Nice stay away from the busy Göreme - Spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was ok. The motorbikes could be parked safely, albeit on the street. The receptionist kept an eye on the motorbikes with the help of cameras. We had a nice lunch and dinner at the Old Turkish Cafe House. We recommended this one! No complaints, but as in most Turkish hotels, there were always some parts broken or missing in the room or shower.
• Ana (7/5): Good - The staff were very helpful, specially the breakfast lady, who is very caring. They even allowed us to check in earlier. The bedroom and the bathroom were very spacious, we had a nice view to the hot air ballons. For those who are allergic to animal fur I don’t advise you, because there are animals (cats and a dog) in the breakfast area. The breakfast served is not the same as the pictures (please see picture attached). The bedroom was not cleaned while we were there. Note: there is not an air conditioning in the room.

Nice terrace to watch airballons. Good Turkish breakfast. Loved Seamus and all the other cats! Breakfast room a little cold but we caught an unexpected snowy day! they had electric heaters tuned on for us

• Kainat (8/5): Very good - We had a lovely stay at Nissa Cave Hotel! They kindly upgraded us to a deluxe room, which was spacious with beautiful hot air Balloon views. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was decent with Cosy setup. I think they should improve on the scent of the smell

• Jayaprabahar (9/5): Cozy! Best Value for Money! Hot airballon watch from Terrace! - Breakfast is nice. Location is quite around caves. Hotel itself feels like a cave. Very warm and nice. You can enjoy hot air ballon from the hotel terrace. Receptionst arranged some tours at very best price with Hotel pickup/drop. Be early when Breakfast plates are placed. Otherwise cats roaming around may try to eat your food (if noone is around). Hotel is not at the center of goreme, but in near by village. So after 6PM, this place will be very quite. If you want to spend evening in Goereme centrum, you need to catch the last bus or come by taxi for less than 10 euro. Night time receptionst dont speak good english. So sometimes, you feel his way of communicaiton is rude.

• J (7/5): Good - My stay at this hotel in Cappadocia, located just outside of Göreme, was a unique experience but came with some mixed feelings. First, the location is quite peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of Göreme but still close enough to explore the region easily. The cave room concept is a fantastic idea, offering a truly authentic Cappadocian experience. However, I found the air inside the room to be extremely dry, likely due to the heat outside, which made it a bit uncomfortable, especially at night. Perhaps better air circulation or a humidifier would help in this regard. The breakfast was another mixed bag. While the food itself was good with a decent selection of local dishes, the experience was dampened by the presence of wasps around the breakfast area. It was hard to fully enjoy the meal when constantly swatting at insects. On a positive note, the older host was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always eager to share recommendations and insights about the area. He really added a personal touch to the stay. On the other hand, the younger host could have been more attentive. While not rude, he seemed a bit disengaged and wasn’t as proactive in making sure guests had everything they needed. Overall, the hotel offers a unique and tranquil stay outside of the main tourist hub, but a few improvements—especially in terms of room comfort and guest service—would make the experience even better. It was hard to fully enjoy the meal when constantly swatting at insects - but we were the only guests this bothered so may not be an issue for others. It's a very new hotel with some improvements has the ability to be great!
• Sk (1/5): the staff is very good they will help you with anything you requested and breakfast very cold but it’s tasty no other op - Location We didn’t like the property as they hiped in reviews we came here with huge expectations but sadly we regret it after entered in the room it was very small low lighting and ceiling can be hit you even though your normal height 5.9”
