• Lourdes (6/5): Acogedor pero mejorable - Un sitio muy tranquilo. Fuera se puede aparcar. Está bastante equipado. La comunicación con el anfitrión ha sido muy buena. Acepta mascotas con muy poco coste. A pesar de poder aparcar fuera del recinto, dentro hay espacio y no se nos ha dado la opción pese al precio. Tienes que hacer el check in a las 16:00 y el check out a las 11:00, no veo lógico tanto tiempo de espera cuando la limpieza no corresponde a 3 horas para lo pequeño que es.

• Andre (8/5): It’s a pity they did not get the engineer in to repair the air conditioning system. - Great location The air conditioning/heating did not work so the Apartment was cold.
• Kike (9/5): Volvería sin ninguna duda - Fácil acceso, tamaño perfecto y mucho sitio para aparcar al menos en invierno. Omar es muy atento y se preocupa por que estés perfecto. Es una casa muy tranquila No sabíamos que el calentador estaba apagado y tuvimos que esperar bastante rato para ducharnos después bastante bici. Pero parte fallo nuestro

• Melina (8/5): Buena ubicación y completo - Queda a 15 minutos andando del centro y desde el alojamiento se puede ver el monte. Zona muy tranquila. Alojamiento bien equipado. Solo recomendar que se coloque un filtro para la presión del agua en la cocina. Salpica mucho al lavar los platos 😅
• Anne Marie (7/5): Très bien malgré quelques inconvénients - Le jardin très bien entretenu et la piscine très esthétique. Le quartier résidentiel, calme. Le volume spacieux. Les placards qui grincent, le robinet de l'évier qui éclabousse, la porte donnant sur le balcon qui ne tient pas fermée, la poussière sur la balustre de la mezzanine et un peu sous le lit et les pieds qui sont noirs si on marche pieds nus.
• Ruzica (5/5): - The setting of the apartment is very nice. We really enjoyed the pool. The owner was very fast in communication and clear. The apartment is within walking distance to the city centre, beach, restaurants and supermarkets. There is no air conditioning in the sleeping area. Unfortunately, this was not clear to me when I booked it. We had very poor nights, so if you do not tolerate 40 degrees, I do not recommend booking this apartment during the summer months :(

• Catherine (8/5): Lovely Spanish getaway with a pool. - A lovely Spanish getaway The location was perfect—a pleasant walk into the centre of Dénia, and with our hired bikes it took just 5–8 minutes. It's set in a quiet, residential area with a school nearby, which added a nice local feel. The pool area was beautifully maintained and felt very private—such a peaceful spot to unwind. Our balcony was spacious enough for both of us to sit out comfortably, and it caught the sun for most of the afternoon, which we really enjoyed. The apartment had everything we needed, including a pod coffee machine, kettle, and toaster—which aren’t always guaranteed in Spain! The mezzanine bedroom was lovely, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The whole space was modern and spacious, yet still had that traditional Spanish charm we love. One of the unexpected highlights was the bathroom mirror—it had adjustable lighting and a built-in de-mister, which made getting ready a breeze. I want one at home now! Overall, a perfect base for a relaxing break in Dénia. We'd absolutely come back! Unfortunately, when we arrived, we initially thought there were roadworks—but it turned out to be a building site directly opposite the property. If there’s no heavy machinery running, it doesn’t affect the stay too much, and of course, it won’t be there forever. However, at times it was quite loud, so it’s something to be aware of, especially if you're planning a quiet getaway or working remotely. That said, everything else about the stay was lovely and we really enjoyed the apartment and the area
