• Jochen (7/5): Super Wohnung nahe des Zentrums mit Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Wohnung - +Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Zentrum (20 min zu Fuss) +Direkt davor kostenpflichtige Parkplätze oder Parkhaus +Haus besitzt einen Aufzug +Klimaanlage super +Ausstattung auch gut -Das Bett war sehr durchgelegen - ich bin 79kg schwer und die Matratze war durchgelegen - bitte austauschen!

• Adbelwahab (10/5): Great apartment in Florence - Location - walking distance to centre, a big supermarket very close, close to the train station and tramway just outside As a suggestion at least one of TVs should be a smart TV otherwise you end up watching only Italian TV.

• Jessica (10/5): An overall great experience! - Such a gorgeous apartment! We were stunned when we arrived. The apartment is even nicer than the pictures! It is a close walk to a lot of the tourist attractions and the train station. It is also located right by several transport options. The host was amazing and great communication. I would 100% book again! Everything was great
• Regla (9/5): The apartment is spacious and comfortable, but not in the center. Although the tram to get to the center is very close t - It was spacious, safe, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. The air conditioners worked well. It had a working elevator in the building. The tram is up the block. There are few establishments in the area. You have to take the tram (2 stops) to get to the center, which is great, but the cost adds up.

Noise and light blocked out excellently, hosts were great. an excellent choice to be sure but if there is one downside, it is a bit far from the center of action, However, it is very close to the tram station which takes you where you want to go.
• Vanessa (9/5): Lovely apartment, friendly host - spotless - The host kindly allowed us to check-in 1 hour earlier. The apartment was very nice, very clean and beautifully decorated. It was quiet and it felt like we were living as locals. The sofa bed did not work... we were only 2 people so it was okay, however I chose the accomodation because of the sofa bed as for various reasons I prefer to sleep in a separate room. Not a criticism but I think the Statuto tram stop is a little closer to apartment, easier as less roads to cross and feels safer.

• Jake (10/5): Great Place. Would definitely stay again. - The location is fantastic. Easy to get too and from the busiest parts of Florence. It’s also far enough away from it, so that the evenings and mornings aren’t obstructed by noise. The apartment is clean, modern and with all the amenities you need. Marco was fantastic, couldn’t help enough and talked us through entering the property remotely, even after our supposed check-in time. Nothing.

• Mala (10/5): Tastefully decorated apartment with all modern amenities. - Beautifully designed apartment with a mix of traditional furniture and hi-tech modern appliances and amenities. The apartment is even more beautiful in reality, everything looks so new and clean. We were met and everything explained to us very clearly. The tram stop that takes you to the train station and centre is very close. The toilet flush posed some problems and we were told Florence had some water pressure problems.
• Rocio (10/5): A very pretty (and somewhat luxurious) home in Florence - Everything was just perfect. Marco is not only a good host in the sense that he tries to do his best to make your life easier, but it is clear that he wants to offer a great overwall experience. The nice coffee machine, the automatic blinds, the beautiful (and comfortable sofas), the TVs, the cozy kitchen, the view... Made us both enjoy the house and feel at home. The location was also a plus since we didn´t want to be in the city center but somewhere close enough with good access. There is a tram that gets you there but we didn´t even need it in the end. My only concern when writing this is that, if the appartment gets too many good reviews, it will not be available when I go back to Florence.
• Claire (10/5): Very clean, quiet apartment, modern kitchen and bathroom. Good location. Highly recommend! - Very clean apartment in a quiet building about 5 minutes walk from the tram stop. It's on the 4th floor but has a lift which is a great help. The apartment is well equipped and the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The window shutters and lights are all on wall switches which is good and the shower is lovely. It has AC also. Everything was new and clean which was great. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We are a couple and daughter from Scotland, we'd highly recommend it. Nothing!

• Jannik (10/5): Cozy apartment close to the city center. - The apartment was very clean, cozy and quiet. We could walk to the city center by foot within 10 minutes. The owner was very friendly. He handed us the keys on arrival, was easy to contact and supportive during our stay, and even gave us useful recommendations about local restaurants.
