• María Josefina (9/5): Buena. - Las camas muy cómodas, es ir al 6to piso y luego al 8vo, limpio. el ascensor se paga lo cual no me parece nada bien.

• elizabeth (8/5): Muy buena habitacion y ubicacion - La habitacion impecable y la ubicacion Me parecio en un principio un poco impersonal el trato. No me gusto que me avisaran un dia antes que debia tener 0,05 cvos de euros para usar el ascensor ( las habitaciones estan desde el sexto al octavo piso). Gracias al portero del edificio que nos dio cambio. La recepcionista de la tarde, Osana, realmente fue la calidez en persona.
• Guest (7/5): - Colazione non compresa. Letto comodo, purtroppo con lenzuola più piccole del materasso e quindi sempre fuori posto. Luci troppo forti, assenza comodini o altro x appoggiare occhiali, orologi ecc durante la notte, scarso il necessario x la doccia...

• Eleonora (10/5): Bella struttura - Struttura moderna, accogliente e pulita. Personale gentilissimo. Ottima posizione per noi che dovevamo prendere il traghetto da Napoli, dato che la struttura si trova proprio di fronte al porto.

• Ilinka (10/5): Short stay but we loved it! - Location, clean rooms & comfort, not to mention the welcoming of the staff! We were there for one night only but we totally recommend this place!
• Yasemin (2/5): Uncomfortable - Just close to the port and the new tiles on the floor. The bedding materials were not clean, the shower did not seem very clean too, rooms are very small, AC is not located wisely it fans onto the bad, the room door was not sound proof, the bed and pillow was extremely uncomfortable. The sofa and all door mats were filthy ugh and do not be surprised by the run down condition of the building however that is the usual state of things in Naples.

• Susan (9/5): Convenient and basic but comfortable and clean - It was near the port, convenient, easy walk to metro. Good location. Balcony had lots of sunshine. Staff was helpful and nice. Interior courtyard was not pretty. You have to bring your own water bottle if you want to drink water because there are no cups in the room.

• Diana (9/5): Ghod location - Located in the port. Very clean. Helpful reception staff (they booked us taxi for the departure date early in the morning). Near restaurants and also two coffee shops nearby. You have to pay 0.05€ to use the elevator during weekdays working hours if you don’t have coins the stairs are yours. We arrive around 11:30AM and there was no people at the reception only 2 phone numbers on the door, on which nobody answered on whatsapp. Meanwhile 2 new italian tourists arrived and they called to one of the phone numbers and finally someone came. Is was not a pleasant situation since the reception is opened from 09:30AM as is mentioned on booking.
• Cynthia (8/5): Good location, friendly stsff, room is clean. - Good location, very close to the port. Slightly difficult to find the way to access into the building.
• Randall (6/5): Not the best place to stay, but nice enough - The room has been refurbished recently. And it has an appealing appearance. It location was good. The building has one enters is in need or a refresh. One needs three different codes to get into the hotel room. Monday through Friday there's a charge .05 euros to use the elevator, but I didn't have any coins. The room is rather small.
• Vittoria (8/5): Very good - The location is situated in a strategic area! Nice view from the balcony. The room was very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very kindly and helpful with us, we are glad for this experience at “Hotel Bella Capri”.
• Agni (6/5): Unsafe area and a flooded bathroom - The area felt unsafe, especially at night, which made us uncomfortable. On top of that, the bathroom was flooded, making the stay even more unpleasant. Wouldn’t recommend.

• Brendan (8/5): Very good - Staff were super friendly and helpful. Mattress was super comfortable, big shower, good pillows and the AC was a perfect Website advertised a double bed, was 2 single beds pushed together, which separated throughout the night. Not that much hot water for a shower.
