• Carla (7/5): Hotelito com potencial para melhorar - A limpeza estava irrepreensível. No wc tinhamos à disposição gel de banho , shampo , gel de mãos e secador. Na "cozinha", conjuntos oara 2 pessoas, detergente da louça, pano de cozinha, mini frigorífico . A "cozinha" tinha forno que me pareceu muito pouco prático. Na minha otica, faria mais sentido um microndas. Não havia papel de cozinha ou guardanapos. A insonorização é fraca. Nós tivemos sorte, porque o nosso "apartamento " ficou mais afastado do bar local que está aberto até tarde ( todos os quartos do hotelito são ao nivel di r/ch)

• Milana (9/5): - Its very clean and quite new. Kitchen had everything we needed for a few nights stay even an oven. There is a bar in the same building where you can get authentic local experience, good coffee, breakfast or a drink. Pillows were very small, other than that everything was good.

• Cristina (10/5): - La limpieza fue impecable y las camas muy cómodas, lo que hizo la estancia especialmente agradable. La televisión es de buena calidad, la cocina está bien equipada y el baño se encontraba en perfectas condiciones. Además, la persona encargada de la limpieza fue muy amable. Ante cualquier duda, recibí atención rápida y eficaz, demostrando un trato atento y profesional en todo momento. Sin duda, es un lugar totalmente recomendable.

• Mohamed (5/5): Location and stuff are awesome, same money you would book better choices with better facilities and comfort - The location is perfect, the stuff is so friendly There’s a bar literally in front of the hotel and if you are an early sleeper you would never sleep before 1 AM, the cleaning also happens at 10 PM you will 100% wakeup because of the cleaning as all rooms are not isolated at all and you can hear every room opens or closes m, also you hear everything happens in the other rooms :) loud and clear

• Tarek (10/5): Clean and Comfortable Room, Steep Walk from Metro - Everything about the room was excellent. It was spotless, had all the necessary facilities, and was very comfortable and relaxing. The only downside was that the walk from the metro station to the room was all uphill, which was quite surprising. It would have been helpful if this had been mentioned in advance. I also discovered the next day that bus 141 stops nearby, which would have made things easier if I had known earlier.

Las toallas de baño grandes Que no hubiera un hervidor eléctrico o un microondas pequeño. La bomba de calor y frío no ofrece ni tiene la potencia que se necesita y suplen con un radiador si lo necesita. Papelera en baño sin un pedal para abrir. La papelera es la misma que el cubo de la basura. Las calidades son lo más barato donde también incluyo el menaje de cocina. Las zonas comunes antes de entrar al apartamento estaban sin servicio de calefacción. Estancias frías.

• Eefke (8/5): Erg tevreden en super genoten - De badkamer had een hele lekkere douche met goede waterdruk en het bed lag erg lekker We hadden geen bezem om de vloer tussentijds mee schoon te maken dus na paar dagen leven werd het wel onaangenaam. Na 4 dagen kwamen ze beddengoed verwisselen en handdoeken. Ik had graag eerder nieuwe handdoeken gehad maar het was oke.
• David (9/5): Alojamiento Calidad-Precio inmejorable - Relación calidad precio excelente. Muy limpio, habitación amplia. No llegamos a utilizar la cocina pero tenía todo lo necesario. Está ubicado a unos 10 minutos andando de la boca de metro más cercana, en un barrio muy tranquilo, con algunas cafeterías y restaurantes muy cercanos. Repetiría. Por poner una pega, la luz automática del pasillo cuando entra alguien, a las noches molesta un pelín.

La parada del metro esta a 10 minutos andando y te deja en pleno centro. Más que no gustar... que como digo esta muy bien para ir a dormir. Echamos de menos un microondas.

• Amaia (6/5): Para lo que es caro, y vulnera los derechos de protección de daros. A unque limpio. - La limpieza. Para lo que es (muy sencillo y simple, un bajo además en el que se ve todo salvo que tengas las cortinas cerradas y te quedes sin luz) y dónde está (lejos del centro, con línea directa pero lejos a fin de cuentas, y más si quieres ir a otros barrios, dependiendo del taxi), me parece caro. Me parece un precio abusivo. Además no cumplen la normativa de protección de datos a la hora de realizar el check in: exigen escaneo de DNI solicitando un montón de datos que no deben, además de pedir una selfie tuya, un dato biométrico que es ilegal solicitar. Al final reclamando pudimos enviarles un email con los datos de: nombres y apellidos, DNI, fecha de nacimiento y nacionalidad. Si solo necesitan eso es mejor que se atiendan a solicitar solo esos datos por un medio seguro.

Supermercato e panetteria in zona. Possibilità di colazione nel vicino bar. Se possibile aggiungere un bollitore e un microonde.

• Evanthia (8/5): It was a pleasant stay, the accommodation was very clean, which is very important. - The accommodation was very clean and smelled nice. We stayed for five days and our sheets and towels were changed once, which I think is fine. It has an oven, which is essential for us, and sufficient kitchenware. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It is a bit far from the metro station and especially on the way back, the road is uphill. There is of course a bus stop nearby, but it wasn't very frequent. In general, what we had seen in the photos was what it was in reality. The accommodation is on the ground floor and has a window overlooking a pedestrian street. The problem was that the window only had a dark curtain, which we had to keep closed all the time so that we wouldn't be seen. There should also be a light-colored curtain so that we could use it during the day to let natural light into the room. It would also be useful to have a shelf in the shower for shampoo, body wash, etc., so that someone doesn't have to bend down to grab them from the floor.

• GEORGIOS (5/5): - There were several things we enjoyed about the room itself: - The bed was quite large and comfortable. - The shower had excellent water pressure and was a pleasure to use. - Both the bathroom and the main room were exceptionally clean upon our arrival. - The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything we needed. - The host allowed us to check in earlier than the official time, which we appreciated. - In terms of distance, the location is very convenient, with easy access to both the metro and the city center." - Location: We felt somewhat unsafe in the neighborhood at night. While walking from the metro to the hotel, we often received uncomfortable stares, which made us feel the need to return to our room earlier than we would have liked (around 9 p.m.). - Noise: There was loud construction noise from an adjacent building during our first afternoon (around 4 p.m.). More disturbingly, on two of our three nights, we were kept awake until late (11 PM-12 AM) by a loud, metallic banging sound against our wall, coming from the adjacent park. - Host's Response: When I reported the loud, unsettling noise and our safety concerns, the host simply told me I was "free to call the police" if it happened again. They made no effort to investigate the issue, offer assistance, or reassure us, which was very unhelpful. - Security Concerns: Our security concerns were heightened by the fact that the main entrance door to the building didn't close properly; we found it open on two separate occasions when we returned to the hotel. This, combined with finding a large keyring—possibly with keys to all the rooms—left in the door of the room next to ours when we returned at night (around 9 p.m.), made us feel very insecure. - Disturbance on the last night: Late on our final evening (11:45 PM), a man was in the narrow gap between the hotel and the park fence, right outside the next room's window, making loud metallic noises. We never found out who he was; he could have been an employee at the cafe next door, a burglar, or someone else. This experience made us feel unsafe and, due to the loud noise, we were unable to rest or sleep properly.

• Marta (6/5): Suficiente para pasar dos noches si apenas vas a darle uso. - Para nuestras necesidades, la ubicación ha sido muy buena y el baño está muy bien. En general muy limpio. Las almohadas son finísimas. No había ni un cojín ni una manta aparte. Por otro lado se oye bastante ruido tanto de la caldera o calentador de la habitación de al lado y del propio baño de la habitación el extractor también molesta bastante al que está durmiendo si te levantas al baño por la noche. Tampoco tenía microondas cuando se suponía que sí. Los percheros de baño estaban puestos de pega porque literalmente se sacan hasta con el taco. Vamos, que están puestos por estar. No valen para nada.
