• George (6/5): Pleasant - The pool area was really nice and the beds are really comfortable! + good aircon The villa we stayed in didn't really match the pictures. Our villa was rather rundown, with sun beds being broken, scuffs all over the walls and the bathroom feeling like it was falling apart. In addition, only a sheet was provided with no duvets and only one towel was provided for the stay as well as no furniture on the roof like the other villas in the complex. Nevertheless, we still had a great time, but we did expect more from such a highly rated villa and would not return again.

• Wangchen (4/5): Disrespectful staff - Swimming pool was nice and clean, beds slept comfortable Many things already broken in the apartment, there was mold on my pillow and also mold in the bathrooms, 3 out of 4 stoves did not work, and the first night when we arrived my suitcase hit a lamp and it broke and we were willing to pay for the lamp but they were trying to scam us by saying we broke 4 lamps?? also nobody from the staff apologized for the things that were already broken and for the mold on my pillow, we really didn’t mind that there were things already broken but they were acting like we all did that and were soo disrespectful

• Nick (10/5): Perfect - My friends and I enjoyed our stay in the spacious villa. The location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect. We could easily get to the city with a taxi or with our rental car/quads. Rafael and his team were optimal hosts who reacted immediately when my friends and I had any questions or issues. We were also thankful for the help when one of us was in need of medical attention.
• Boglárka (6/5): It was a fine stay like this, but with pur oroginal setup, I wouldn’t have been pleased. - It was a nice property, had 4 bedrooms and everything that you could need, I would recommend it for a family or friend vacation rather then a group trip. It wasn’t what we booked, the pictures were mostly about the villa next door, so if our plans didn’t change last minute, I would’ve been pretty mad. We booked the place for 8 people, after all just 4 of us could make it. So it was fine like this. The downstairs toilet was crooked, some of the bedsheets were dirty, the ceiling had some cracks, the pool was dirty and the beds were separates pushed together.

• Maria (8/5): Villa was good, hosts made it a bad experience - Host was a bit rude at beginning. Obsessed about our passports even tho we checked in as requested using passports etc… Also day of check out, let themselves in at 9am but check out was at 11am started knocking on bedroom doors and letting herself in and waking us up. Very unprofessional and rude. Also wanted to keep 50euros from the deposit because property wasn’t spotless clean …

• Angela (8/5): Lovely area & villa - We liked the location as it was far enough away from Ayia Napa for peace & quiet but close enough to drive into for food/entertainment. Would Recommend it as the villa is well presented & modern. Had a few minor issues that have been resolved by the owners who are more than fair.

• Constantinos (6/5): Napa vacations 2023 - The location was okay (because we wanted something far away from the centre) -At first, after we made our reservation and payed for it, the owners reached us and changed our staying dates. -We couldn't reach the owner to get instructions about how to get to the villa and how to get the keys, until the very last moment. -When we arrived, the house was a MESS. Still dirty from the previous residents. We had to wait outside in the sun, for the cleaning crew to arrive. When the cleaning crew left, the house was NOT completely clean. We found trash INSIDE the couch!! Also trash behind furniture. -The owners also left us without pillowcases until late at night. -The pool was quite dirty as well. The water was cloudy and we found cigarette butts in it.

• Darren (10/5): Very comfortable and excellent stay - The swimming pool was amazing (cleans regularly) and facilities on the house was good I,e; TV, hot water, washing mand dishwasher, beds,dinner tables and parking. How was spacious and cozy. Not being able to flush the toilets however was not the host fault because most places in Cyprus had the same rules.

• Mikkel (10/5): Exceptional - Great house, bigger than expected and also a big rooftop terrace that wasn’t represented in the pictures. A bit far from the city, but we used the taxis to go around and wolt to get stuff from supermarket.
