This isn't an issue with the actual place, however, there were a group of around 15 people staying there the same time as us who took over the bbq area for hours on end, day and night with no thought about others staying. They were loud at times as well and we felt trapped in our cabin trying to get around a smallish kitchen with four people when we could have been sharing the bbq but this definitely couldn't happen.
