• Rosanna (10/5): Excellent over all. - Digital keyless doors. Able to leave our luggages at storage area before check in time. Very modern and spacious . Very clean. Appliances are clean and looks new. Amenities are all good.Walking distance to train station. Worth for the money and worth coming back. Stayed for 2 days. None .

• Meg (9/5): Loved the location and the apartment furnishings. The Host was very helpful answering - the location was great for local shopping, coffee shops, and restaurants. The apartment was quiet and secure. I would stay there again. The host was great. We had several 'tourist' questions and he always answered them. The furnishings were very nice, although I thought the beds and pillows were not comfortable. My husband thought they were okay. So....
• Erica (10/5): Perfect place to stay! - It was a beautiful apartment! Safe neighborhood and safe building. Easy to locate and easy to use the key code to get in and out. Easy check in and out and communication with the owner was very easy. he was very accessible and pleasant. Great location! Close to train, metro, and bus, markets, restaurants nearby, and corner location of the building offered great open views. Apartment offered every amenity you needed: linens, towels, washer/dryer, kitchen supplies, beautiful bathrooms, comfy living room, just everything! Loved the windows and sliding doors! The beds and pillows were a bit firm for my taste, I prefer a softer mattress and pillow, but that may be just preference. Everything else was just perfect!

• Acasmc (9/5): Great Stay Ruined By Parking - The apartment was perfect, and there is not a single thing that's not good. Definitely recommending it. There was no parking when we arrived, so they pointed us to some SABA parking nearby. Which was fine, but I wasn't able to pay for it, because they don't allow you to install the app if your region is not Spanish. When I asked our host to pay for us, and I give him cash, he said they are not associated with SABA and refused. Which completely ruined our entire day, and I had to ask people on the street for help. It was 41'C outside and it took me over 2h to manage it. So to conclude, make sure to arrange for parking spot, or it could be troublesome.
• Дарья (10/5): Good place to stay, not cheap, but it worth it really - Everything if perfect, location in 8 min to one line and about 6-7 min to another one line of subway Very quiet and calm, playground close to the house A lot of shops close to Small local cafe and restraints in 5-15 min, shopping mall in 15 min It’s not very touristic place, but everybody speaks English and ready to help Flat is perfect , everything we need were there, fully equipment and clean place, comfortable beds, good linen Host was very friendly and answer very quickly I can’t say that something was bad, there no any point to improve

Otherwise, the description on Booking is completely accurate. With small children, it is a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro. Second bedroom is ok for children, not for a second couple adults.
• Jamon (9/5): I recommend this new, modern and spacious apartment that is a little removed from the tourist sites. - Pro: Brand new construction and appliances. Luxurious, modern, and spacious. Super clean. Comfortable beds and furniture, with lots of storage space. A quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. Accommodating host who tried his best to help our needs and requests. Had everything we needed for a 5-night stay - including kitchen, washing machine and drying rack. Cons: The neighborhood felt safe, but there aren't many restaurants or tourist amenities, and it's not chic like La E'ixample or similar areas of Barcelona. It's about 30 minutes away from the major tourist sites via walking and Metro rides. However, it is only a 20-minute walk to Barcelona Sants train station, making the location convenient for day trips, and it's accessible to Montjuic Hill.
• Sarah (9/5): We really loved staying at this apartment - perfect base! - Spacious relaxing apartment that was lovely to come back to after a long day. Very easy to access with a door code. The A/C turns itself off once it thinks the room has reached temperature. Not a huge issue as it is effective but slightly annoying in the night when you wake up hot. No cutlery in the apartment but the host quickly rectified this and brought some over.

• Ksenia (10/5): amazing place to stay with family or friends! - It is absolutely stunning apartment! Brand new! everything is there! both missing! washing machine, dishwasher, macro, stove! Nice terrace for morning coffee! I have two very small children (3 and 1,5) and kids had plenty of space to play and high chair was new and nice! Baby cot is nice too, good quality! Everything was provided and we were very happy to be there! I wouldn’t mind to go for a week again!!! Located near Diagonal! We walked every day up to Diagonal and then public transport or plenty of taxi. On the street Talladerras there are so many cafe’s and shops! anything you need! I’m each corner there is supermarket with fresh seafood! We were very comfortable! cannot say any negative comment as the place is great in any aspect!

The location was great, we had everything within walking distance, but it was nice and calm at night. Very easy to find, and we were able to arrive and get straight in. Juan Carlos is a wonderful host, very keen to help, and was attentive to ensure we had an excellent stay. I can't recommend this place highly enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay! There was nothing we didn't like. Literally can't think of a single thing to improve
