Guest Reviews
- Keeble (9/5): Excellent position. Quieter than expected - Breakfast?
2 key boxes were confusing on arrival As previously mentioned.
- Rachael (9/5): Comfortable, clean and perfect location! We will be back! - Location was great, local to everything. Lovely and clean, very clean! Spacious, comfortable as well. Would definitely stay again. Host was lovely, made suggestions of where to go which we really appreciated. She replied to messages very promptly which again was appreciated. Parking space right outside was also very handy! Woken both nights by carbon monoxide monitor going off for hours due to low battery but cottage owner has reassured me that she will replace it. Back door sticking, could be dangerous if there was a fire, I didn’t have the strength to open it my husband had to do it and even he struggled.
- Robert (9/5): -
- Angela (9/5): Very well appointed cottage - communication with the host excellent - Excellent location- very comfortable A bedside table and lamp in the second bed would be helpful
- Clare (9/5): Fantastic holiday , Great place to stay and help from Debbie made our stay , wonderful. - The property was lovely and had its own parking space , which was great for us , everything was clean , tidy and welcoming and it was lovely to find milk in the fridge and a packet of biscuits on the counter when we arrived , a lovely enclosed garden , perfect for our dog , we brought our own blankets for the sofa , but it was lovely to have them on hand aswell if needed, the kitchen had all the utensils we could ask for and the bedrooms were lovely.
- Rachel (10/5): Great cottage. - Cottage was well equipped and lovely and clean. Everything was there we needed for the weekend. Great location.
- Tony (8/5): Our stay was great and would love to stay there again - Location and Parking Lock /door mechanisms need updating
- Stewart (8/5): Ok - Location near restaurants and pubs Parking a bit of a nightmare little tired outside space needs some TLC
- Lynn (10/5): - Comfortable, well appointed, good location
- Paul (9/5): - Great location, very comfortable accommodation. Debbie made great recommendations for local activities (thanks for recommending Zip World). I am disabled and struggled a bit with the steep stairs.
- Taylor (8/5): Great for seeing Conwy - Location close to town The window in front bedroom rattles at night both doors front and back stiff to open
- Samantha (8/5): Lovely stay 🙂 - Lovely clean, well appointed cottage and great location
- Alison (7/5): - Great location. Parking tight.
- Jonathan (10/5): -
- Gerard (9/5): Fantastic - Beautiful property great location Front door a big hard to open
- Sharon (9/5): -
- Bowler (10/5): -
- Simon (10/5): Peaceful. - Neat, and in the heart of the old town. Clean, tidy and with all the facilities one could wish for.
- Frances (10/5): A gorgeous little cottage, well located in Conwy. - The cottage is cosy, homely and well located. Parking is tight, but we were warned about this before booking.
- Rebekah (10/5): - Beautiful little cottage within the walls of Conwy Castle. Had a fantastic stay. Thank you
- Stephanie (10/5): Great stay, highly recommend. Host was excellent and allowed us to leave the car after check out. - Very central location, close to the beach, shops, high street and all amenities. Bunk beds were a little bit squeaky but were fine.
- Dylan (9/5): - Great location, cute cosy cottage very comfortable. Slept well Nothing really
- Eric (8/5): Excellent house in a fantastic location would stay again - Location is central to the town which is packed with everything you need.
Parking spot is a great asset, you need to be fortunate with other residents who can hinder your in an out, reverse in is the way to go. The steep stairs were a challenge but we are getting old now.
- Chris (9/5): Wonderful family stay in Conwy - Property in an excellent condition and very well-equipped. Perfect location for exploring Conwy on foot. Very minor points but parking was very tight. Kitchen very well-equipped though would add ideally add a colander / sieve.
- Nebster84 (10/5): Comfy cottage in a great location! - The cottage was great! Large fully equipped kitchen with a dish washer & clothes washer/dryer, comfy lounges & beds. Didn’t want to leave. Inside steps are steep & sunken in high use areas, which is normal for a cottage of this age. Everything else was great!
- Carey (10/5): - Beautiful house ,well equipped and very cosy
Perfect central location with parking and dog allowed on sofa( covers provided but we brought our own ) No complaints at all
- SHERYL (9/5): Would stay here again! - We enjoyed the location of the property as it was very close to everything. The house itself is beautiful, and the mattresses were very comfortable as well. The kitchen was a lovely size, as well as the bedrooms too. The sofa and chair are comfy to sit on and we liked the covers so that our dogs could be allowed onto the furniture (very thoughtful). Debbie as a hostess is very nice indeed and gave lovely recommendations. She made our check-in go very smoothly and gave us ideas for places to eat etc. We would like to come back and stay in the future. The bunk beds do creak if you move at all and the TV could do with being moved onto either the wall or other unit, as you can't comfortably view the TV from the settee where it is now. Parking was a little bit stressful, but it's all part of the experience! These are very minor details, the place is lovely.
- Bethany (10/5): Lovely. - Location, convenience Parking was a bit tight but it was fine

- Mrs jayne (10/5): Birthday break - The cottage was cute and had everything you needed. Location was spot on.everything you needed in walking distance.will definitely stay again Wasn't anything we didn't like
- Mirosław (9/5): Great place to stay, great location we had everything we neede -
- Julie (3/5): Poor - Clean cottage ideally situated for Conwy town It should not be advertised as with parking as the terrace was small with parking both sides so if your car is medium size or larger and other people parked badly parking was impossible. Not suitable for disabled people .
- Ian (8/5): A property with many good aspects spoilt by the car parking & BBQ. - Convenient walk to central Conwy.
Comfortable. The car parking is so tight that I would not stay there again despite so many other good aspects.
It’s double storey with steep narrow stairs.
Seriously only somebody that has had too much to drink would contemplate using the BBQ.
- Elaine (9/5): Lovely cosy cottage - Lovely cosy cottage in a great location. Navigating the parking situation on this narrow street presented a bit of a challenge. For those with larger vehicles, it might not be the most convenient option for parking.

- Daviid (8/5): Lovely short break in a cosy cottage well located in pretty Conwy. - Lovely cosy and well equipped cottage Cottage is on a narrow street in the town. We managed to park outside the cottage when we stayed in January but imagine that this would be difficult at a busier time of year.

Archway F&Chips. Edwards Butcher and Deli.
Do use the local library and coffee shop, good value and great team. All good
- Carol (10/5): Beautiful cottage In beautiful location - Excellent location within 2 minutes walk of restaurants shops and bars. Beautiful accommodation with comfy beds hot showers and everything you could possibly need. Very stiff front door
- Terence (10/5): Great location and stay. - Staff, location, ambiance, comfort. Dishwasher had issues but we didn't try using it until tidying up the place on checkout. Parking is a little tight.
- Anita (5/5): Passable - The area is beautiful, and cottage close to amenities and harbour .
. Dispute going on at moment with landlady.
- Rufina (10/5): It was a first family holiday for us and we were looking for a cottage that could accommodate both a baby and a dog. Thi - Excellent location, a very cozy cottage with everything you need for a family getaway.
- Clare (8/5): Lovely cosy cottage in ideal location. - A lovely cosy, homely cottage which had everything we needed. The cottage was in an ideal location, just steps away from the centre of Conway. The host kept in contact and was very helpful. The parking as advised by the owner was tight, but we did manage to get in front of the cottage.
- Wishwanath (1/5): Bad - None Really disappointed about property owner and booking .com.
Till we reach the property no one send message saying that it was booked by another family .. We tried and waited up to 12.15pm for another property but the Booking .com unable to arrange it. Finally we decided to go back home.
I am not recommending this property as well as Booking.com for any one.
- Jackie (1/5): We were double booked, no refund, avoid. - Nothing really as we didn’t stay there. Advertised on Booking.com but not available. We didn’t get to experience the property. Booked in good faith through booking.com as it was showing available and we paid in full. The property messaged to say they had synchronisation issues and were already booked. Messaged the property and phoned to ask for a refund but no reply or refund.
Poor communication and taking money for night even though we didn’t stay as double booked. We had to book alternative accommodation so big costs to us.
