Firstly they charged excess for room rates from what it was shown in the app while booking. 2ndly the rooms were pathetic not clean untidy linens no locks in doors no ac working & one room has an ac which seems like it was blasted few days ago. We booked for two nights but we checked out after one night that too early morning. Also they have charged us unfair food charges & gst. I think they don't know that gst on food bill is 5% not 20%. Over to that they didn't provide any bills.

Malcon (3/5): Passable but not great. - Passable distance from airport, a bit of traffic as usual city buzz. Okay for few hours stay, not for long. Room facilities, TV did not work, room too cold, could not regulate temp. Bit noisy corridors with people talking frequently. Due to Short stay for few hours it was manageable. Room price changed/ modified/doubled after arrival at hotel without much explanation. Toilet shower need upgrading. Airport transfer also is not free, should be clearly mentioned in description. Not the best of staying experience, should have got some sort of refund too after the above feedback based on it being on a reputed website like booking.com
Study (4/5): Disappointing - All staff of that hotel is good and also good behaviour with guest House keeping of the hotel not work properly in mention as per hotel manu so I rate at the hotel for cleanliness 4 star

The washroom was not good and the water was leaking from the wash basin. In the 2nd room the condition was similar and also the geyser was in hazardous condition
