• Viktoriia (10/5): Антистресс, как у бабушки на даче! - Прекрасное расположение вдали от туристической суеты. Первая линия, вид на море. Спуск к морю по 113 ступенькам влево в 100 метрах от гестхауза -хорошая кардиотренировка. Если пройти по дороге вправо, то там есть тропа, вернее их две. Та, которая чуть подальше, в 30 метрах, - более пологая и удобная. Тень под скалой появляется после обеда. Лучше, конечно, иметь зонтик. Прекрасный риф, вдоль которого можно подолгу плавать. Я насчитала более двух десятков различных видов рыб. Продукты покупала в Маркет Point, возле заправки в семи минутах ходьбы. Большой выбор еды. Условия проживания понравились, было очень комфортно. Большой холодильник, электроплита, чайник. Два кондиционера. Напор воды в душе хороший. Есть фен, сушилка для одежды на улице, все сохло за считанные часы. Хозяин геста был на связи, отвечал оперативно, через WhatsApp, возникшие проблемы, например, когда исчезла вода, решали сразу. Заменили лейку в душе, батарейки в пульте кондиционера. Большое спасибо за отмену бронирования без штрафа после того, как у меня сорвался вылет. Перенесла проживание на другие даты. Менеджер также был вежлив и расторопен и решал проблемы оперативно. Чистота в апартаментах меня устроила. Если вы не суперпридирчивы, то проблем не будет. Странно требовать от бюджетного размещения шика и блеска пятизвездочного отеля. Отдых получился очень душевным, надеюсь вернуться на более длительный срок, хотя бы дней на десять. И снова увидеть милую рыжую кошку, с которой мы подружились. В Маркет Пойнт купила кошачий корм, хотя кошка обожала колбасу. 🤣 В следующий раз предпочту по возможности номер без лестницы. Мне 66 лет и 100 кг, поднималась наверх без проблем, но без лестницы всё-таки было бы комфортнее. Кошка, кстати, очень резво поднималась по ступенькам. Что значит -тренировка! 😊 Не было пододеяльника на одеяле, связалась с хозяином, принесли пододеяльник и по моей просьбе поменяли комплект белья. Кровать и матрас, кстати, меня устроили, спать было удобно.

Pludmale turpat blakus. Laba cenas un vietas attiecība Tikai sīkumi. Derētu mazliet atsvaidzināt ledusskapi un dušu. Bet tas mūs neuztrauca.

• Aneta (7/5): A lovely guesthouse with great potential - The location of the place is absolutely amazing - you get a private access to cliff beaches with a reef wall. Hadaba is a quiet, lovely neighbourhood with friendly locals. The apartment is big and is well equipped. I really liked it, it had everything I needed. Bed and pillows were comfortable for me. The owners were flexible with my late check out request, which I really appreciated. Even with my few complaints below, I would come again and choose Abouseif Guest House. I think it needs little adjustments to make it exceptional. 😊 Unfortunately, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. Dirt wasn’t difficult to spot. No shower curtain meant water would go everywhere in the bathroom - drain must have been fairly clogged as it wouldn’t go down. No cloth to wipe the floor. Contact with the owners is limited - there was nobody when I arrived, even after sending messages that I was on my way. I had to ask other people staying there for help.

La casa è davvero bella e pulita e il personale della struttura è gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente ritornerò e consiglio a tutti di andare in questo posto meraviglioso. Nulla di cui lamentarmi.

Una casa priva di servizi,sporca, se di sera tirava vento le porte e le finestre rumoreggiavano tutto la notte io vi dico non vi fidate di foto e recensioni perché potete trovarvi in situazioni molto sgradevoli
• Necib (3/5): - Location - view and friendly staff Bathroom had a lot of issues. Shower was leaking badly, and it wasn’t clean. Hairdryer was not properly working. They don’t have iron we speacially asked them to bring one which they did, friendly staff. I don’t expect much from a hotel but a comfortable shower experience is important when you travel. Which I didn’t have this time. If they took care of the rooms and the facility, it could have been a great place.
• Abel (8/5): Bon logement avec plage privée - Bon logement, à environ 20-25 min de l'aéroport avec un emplacement idéal (commences, restaurants). Une très belle plage peu fréquentée est directement accessible depuis le logement ce qui en fait une sorte de plage privée. Le logement est grand, le frigo marche bien et le lit est bon. Je recommande ce logement pour pouvoir se baigner tranquillement et profiter d'une belle vue. Le propriétaire était réactif à chacune de nos demandes. Le logement gagnerait à se moderniser, notamment en ce qui concerne la salle de bain et la cuisine dont les équipements ne sont pas très fonctionnels et/ou rustiques. Nous avons eu des soucis avec les toilettes, ce qui a nécessité une intervention en notre présence. La wifi ne fonctionnait pas toujours très bien.

• ISABELLE (6/5): Hôte sympathique mais logement pour 2 max et avec bonne forme physique - Hôte accueillant , serviable et à l’écoute . Réponse rapide . Prix attractif. Emplacement proche de tout Le logement n’était pas propre du tout Il manquait une serviette de toilette ( qu’on nous a donnée après l’avoir réclamée ) , le troisième couchage était un canapé pas très confortable , sale ( tout taché ) et sans drap ni rien , niveau vaisselle : plein de tasses / verres mais une seule vraie fourchette , une poêle pour 1/2 personnes enfin pas assez de vaisselle pour 3 personnes et que 2 tabourets … L’échelle pour monter à la chambre très difficile… dommage que tout cela n’est pas été mentionné dans l’annonce . Douche peu pratique qui arrose partout même en faisant attention. Accès à la mer compliqué car pas de chemin d’accès réel il fallait descendre à travers les rochers … mais paysage splendide et peu de monde

Alojarse en este sitio ha estado lo mejor del viaje de Egipto. Nada turístico y viviendo cerca de los de allí. Muy cerca hay un restaurante local donde cenamos todas las noches pescado fresco y a buen precio. Nada.

Tive bastante dificuldade em fazer alterações à reserva mesmo dentro do prazo de cancelamento gratuito. Nunca consegui falar com ninguém durante a estadia. A cozinha é muito má. Милые кошки и собаки, живущие на территории гостиницы. Отель расположен на первой линии, выход к морю через калитку, спуск к дикому пляжу по более 100 ступеням. Пляж замечательный Кораллы почти от берега, необходимы тапки или ласты для того, что бы добраться до открытой воды. Сноркелинг замечательный. В 100 метрах от отеля есть местный рынок с магазинами, пекарней и отличным и недорогим рыбным рестораном. Позднее заселение, в 3 часа ночи, по предварительной договоренности с владельцем. Отсутствие микроволновой печи. Очень маленькая и не удобная душевая (владелец планирует реновацию душевой).
• Maxine (9/5): A wonderful cosy home and fabulous location - This place is a cosy concrete house that stays very cold, so will be especially good in the hot summer. The location is superb and this property is especially private which I loved. It is fairly secure: the locks work on front and back doors. Bed is comfortable, sofa layout is pleasant for relaxing. It is the quieter of all the properties belonging to Abouseif that I have stayed in (I have stayed in 5). Not bothered by cats here - although I don’t mind cats - it is just for information. Almost perfect accommodation and good value. Very nice hosts. The fridge-freezer is broken. The freezer door has been removed. The whole fridge cavity is a freezer! Your milk, fruit, yogurt etc all freezes :( The kitchen sink has no plug. It needs a plu and / or washing up bowl.
• Maxine (9/5): Stunning location and great value accommodation - The location is the best in Hadaba. Hard to find a more beautiful setting anywhere on the Red Sea. The price is affordable for a single night or many nights. The terms are very flexible which I appreciate. The water runs pure and clear from the taps. Toilet paper can be flushed (no waste paper bins for used toilet paper like elsewhere, which is great). The shower has good hot and cold temperatures, and good power. Good WiFi which I appreciate. The hosts are accessible, helpful and friendly. The shower needs a curtain. The basin needs a plug. It would be useful to have a piece of furniture in the bathroom to be able to put items away. It would equally be useful to have a piece of furniture in the living room for the same reason. This would provide a surface to rest devices when they are charging.

Che secondo me potrebbero ristrutturarla e farlo meglio sia gli interni che gli esterni perche l'appartamento compreso il bagno perche era troppo piccolo e non c'era presente la doccia con le vetrate è molto rude ; era datato non nuovo . Pero accettabile per il prezzo ma farei qualcocosa che dia un tocco estetico e una comoditá superiore a quella offerta: un cambiamento di mobili .

• hui (9/5): - 我们订的是这个房间感觉也不错，但是我们付了双倍的价格换到了海景的套间，虽然贵一些，但那个房间真的很美好，推开窗户和门就是大海，日落正对着那个方向，往下走是一片悬崖海滩，那里浪很小，我们管旅舍的工作人员借了浮潜面具和鞋子，看到了很多鱼，回来再看一场无与伦比的日落，偶尔遇到一两只小猫做客。成为了我在埃及很美好的回忆 厨房里可以提供一些简单的调料，床单被罩建议换一些质量好一点的，纯棉的，我们睡的是大床，但是被子很小

• Maxine (10/5): Almost too good to be true - Such a peaceful and beautiful location for a restful break. Everything was very efficient and helpful. There was a housekeeper to meet me at the pre-arranged time, and same person on leaving. The accommodation was a pretty studio with everything I needed. Nice comfy bed and bedding. I particularly liked the seating spaces indoor and outdoor. It was quite private too which allowed me to relax and enjoy it all the more. Amazing views and access to the sea and beach. Booked to return.

Etwas weiter zu einem hervorragenden Restaurant mit vegetarischen Alternativen. (Meras Garden) Der Strand ist perfekt zum schnorcheln, einfach links raus am Wasser entlang zu den Treppen. Es gab nur wenig Schatten, ggf. Sonnenschirm organisieren. Etwas mehr Besteck wäre wie überall in Ägypten schön!

• Rie (9/5): 素晴らしい紅海に最短アクセスできる、立地最高なゲストハウスでのプライスレス体験 - シャルムエルシェイクの海沿いのゲストハウスで、他の人が言われている通り、中庭からゲストハウスの共有鍵を開けて海岸に出られる様になっています。 シャルムの海沿いは、ホテルや個人宅が海沿いに隙間なくならんでいて、簡単に海岸にアクセスできません。 そんな中、このゲストハウスからは、すぐに海にアクセス出来、しかも出た先は、先述の通り、アクセスしづらい海岸なので、近隣の住民や宿泊客しかいない、プライベート感の高い海岸となります。 そして圧巻は海の中。 私たちは、シュノーケリングだけしましたが、足のつく海岸が、沖合20mくらいまで続いていて、手の届きそうな範囲に熱帯の魚が群れています。紅海最高です！ 我々の行った時は、波も穏やかで、海流もあまりなかったので小さい子供でも安心して海水浴と熱帯魚観察が出来ると思います🐠 そして20m先は、急に落ち込んでいて、その際の崖状の地形(ドロップオフ)にさらに多くの熱帯魚が群れています。 海岸線も長いので、少し泳ぎのできる人なら移動しながら一日中飽きる事なく、シュノーケリングできると思います。沖合には、ダイビングの船も停泊していて、 海流も緩いのでビギナー向けのダイビングポイントにもなっている様です。 宿には、誰かが置いていったのか、スノーケリング用のゴーグルとスノーケルが何セットかありましたが、ぜひ余裕のある方はマイギアと海遊び用のサンダルやフィンを持って行って欲しいです。 海岸で日光浴も良し、少し疲れたら、ゲストハウスに歩いて戻ってシャワーを浴びてゆっくりするも良し、夕方には、ビール片手に紅海に沈む夕日も鑑賞できます。 日本で、この値段でこんな体験できる場所、ほとんど無いと思います。最高のシャルム(紅海)体験出来ました！ 通常の宿と違い、ゲストハウスなので、宿泊者への干渉も少なく自由度も高く過ごせます。 部屋の給湯が貯湯式(エジプトではよくある方式の様です)になっており、長めにシャワーを浴びてたら、湯切れしました。 ただ、ゲストハウスのスタッフさんに言ったらすぐに別系統のタンクに切り替えてくれました。

• Damiano (7/5): Ha accompagnato il nostro soggiorno alla perfezione - Posizione fantastica, davanti al mare, appena apri la porta sul retro è “wow”, scendi e ci sono piccole spiaggette collegate con poca gente e bella barriera corallina. Vicino si trova una palestra con ingresso a 3,5€ al giorno, più point market dove fare la spesa e attrazioni varie. Gestita da persone buone e disponibili, pronte ad aiutarci in ogni nostro bisogno. Bagno e cucina migliorabili, con qualche attrezzo in più, in due siamo stati bene cucinando uno alla volta su due fornelli elettrici a piastre.

Не е удобно да се печеш, защото няма шезлонг и е твърде каманисто за кърпа и не е удобно за къпане във водата. Струята на душа е много слаба, невъзможно е жена да си изкъпе косата.

• Margherita (5/5): Non come su Booking - La posizione è vicina al centro. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è abbastanza onesto: 115€ per 4 notti, contando che la qualità non è un granché. Le foto su Booking sono migliori di quella che è la realtà. La casa è fatiscente. Il bagno è la parte più brutta. I rubinetti con la ruggine. La doccia con la tenda di plastica che equivale a zero igiene. La casa era abbastanza pulita, ma l’aspetto fatiscente la faceva apparire sporca. Non siamo rimasti contenti.

• Sorkun Gözde (7/5): - Abouseif Guest House’ta Hadaba bölgesinde üç gece kaldık. Çatı katı ve manzara inanılmaz güzeldi, konum çok iyi. Ancak gece geç saatlerde geldiğimizde oda hazır değildi ve yatağın hijyeni çok kötüydü; nevresimler yenilenmemişti ve başkasının pislikleri vardı. Sabah isteğimiz üzerine hemen yorgan ve yastıklar değiştirildi ama genel olarak hijyen konusuna müşteri sesini çıkarmadan önem vermediklerini hissettik. Manzara ve çatı katı deneyimi harikaydı, ama hijyen açısından dikkatli olmanızı tavsiye ederim.

• Francesca (10/5): Un bellissimo posto dove soggiornare a Sharm - L’appartamentino e’ situato davanti la costa, con un reef proprio sotto casa. Mi è piaciuto tutto. Però è bene sapere che per accedere al mare bisogna scendere una bella lunga scalinata( a sinistra della casa guardando il mare), perché le case e quindi la costa in quella zona non sono allo stesso livello del mare, che è decisamente sotto).

The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the beauty of the surroundings. One of the best things is the location: just a few steps behind the house there is an amazing coral area, perfect for snorkeling with crystal-clear water and beautiful marine life. Watching the sunset directly from the terrace is absolutely magical. And if you walk only 5 minutes, you can experience an unforgettable sunrise straight from the sea — a truly breathtaking view. There is a fresh vegetables store very close by, which makes everything even more convenient and adds to the local, authentic feeling of the place. The owner is incredibly kind, generous, and always ready to help with anything you need. You really feel welcomed and cared for, not like a guest but like family. The place has a special warmth that makes you feel at home from the very first day. We highly recommend Abouseif Guest House to anyone who loves nature, snorkeling, peaceful mornings, magical sunsets, and genuine hospitality. We would definitely come back.

• Méline (10/5): Logement avec plage privée - Emplacement qui permet d’avoir accès à une plage privée vers le corail (vous n’aurez qu’à descendre une petite pente pour faire du snorkeling) L’hôte a été très aimable et arrangeant pour notre arrivée/départ
• Moe (7/5): - 飛行機が遅延してホテルの到着が午前4時頃になってしまい、泊まれない覚悟をしていましたが、Googleで検索した電話番号に連絡すると奇跡的に繋がりました。 宿泊施設の方は就寝中だったにも関わらず、起きて部屋を開けてくださいました！本当にありがとうございました。 徒歩15分ほどの場所にFarshacafeもありますし、周りも住宅街で静かですし、海に近いのが最高でした！崖なので入ることは出来ませんが、綺麗な朝日を見ることができました☀️ チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただきましたが、宿泊施設内の外に直置きという形なので、スーツケースはもちろんロックをかけて、カバンを預けられる方は鍵がある方がヒヤヒヤせず過ごせるかと思います！ ケトルに小さい虫が浮いていました。洗って使ったので問題は無かったですが、気にされる方は注意です。

• Yulia (6/5): Дуже гарне місце, мало людей і гарне розташування. Але хотілося б чистоти в оселі. - Апартаменти в старому районі міста. Досить колоритно. 5 хв пішки є чудовий супермаркет де можна купити все. І ціни дуже хороші. Там же вуличка з кафе та магазинами, є оренда авто, таксі. Пляж чудовий, є гарний корал. Вид фантастичний. Господар приємний, завжди був на звʼязку. Дозволив виселитися пізніше. Чистота в апартаментах «єгипетська». Підлога помита, свіжі рушники. Посуд липкий, кухня брудна, килими брудні. Всі двері чимось заляпані. Навіть стакан для зубних щіток брудний. Але ми не перший раз в Єгипті. Купили мочалки і порошок і за годину все було чистим. Краєвид на море того вартий. Ще варто звернути увагу, що спуск до моря дуже крутий. Людям похилого віку буде надто важко спуститися.
• Alessia (10/5): Bellissimo - L'appartamento era molto bello e grande, inoltre pur non avendo prenotato quello con vista direttamente sul mare, la porta sul retro faceva affacciare proprio sulla spiaggia offrendo una vista bellissima. Il nostro volo era parecchio in ritardo e sono stati disponibilissimi permettendoci di fare il check-in pur essendo arrivati di notte. Nulla!

• Maxine (9/5): Most peaceful location to enjoy the beauty of sunrise and sunset over the Red Sea. - The location is unbeatable. The most peaceful strip of coast. Better communication as i wanted to know if i could leave my suitcase with someone for 2 hours after checkout but i ended up walking around with it although I could see the accommodation wasnt booked. Host/caretaker didnt speak any English.

• Ahmed (6/5): - Location is perfect near the fanar beaches and the public transportation. The view were very good and Location helped us explore the city going back and forth very easily. Bedsheets and blankets needs to be more professional .

• Nicolás (5/5): Good location. Was not clean. - The location is superb the staff was super helpful and we had constant communication. It was not clean. Not cozy either. The photos were from a different apartment in the house but not ours.
• Lászlóné (7/5): Koralos part kozelében - Közvetlen a gyönyörű koralos part közel nincs zsúfoltság, Piac, halsütő pékség üzletek gyalogosan elérhető Egy sajátságos egyiptomi lakótelepen van a villa szerű épület,nem parkositott virágos környék.,este sötét.. A berendezés ,minimális. De élhető a tisztasàg is ennek megfelelő.

La camera al piano superiore è piccola e filtra la luce di mattina. Cucina poco attrezzata. Fornello da cucina, tipo da campeggio con due piastre.

• francesca (10/5): Qui si stacca veramente la spina - L'appartamento molto carino, è su 2 piani, dotato di terrazza con vista mare parziale. Non è grande ma sufficiente per 2 persone. È situato in una posizione fantastica, sopra una piccola spiaggetta dal mare meraviglioso a cui si accede tramite un piccolo sentiero in discesa. La spiaggia è praticamente privata perché vi accedono solo le persone che alloggiano in zona Ras Katy in prima linea sul mare. Le dotazioni dell'appartamento sono molto essenziali

La vue est magique !!Également très proche, le restaurant seafood et tous les petits magasins pour fruits,légumes,et pain. Très local. C est la 2eme fois que je viens à Hadaba . Le logement est sympa, cuisine équipée simplement mais fonctionnelle . L hôte est réactive et également sympathique . Un super séjour !
