• Filipe (9/5): Excelente localização e vista maravilhosa, mas com estacionamento pago à parte. - A localização era maravilhosa. Dava pra chegar a pé nos principais destinos da cidade e a proximidade do rio dava um charme especial à propriedade. Até a janela do banheiro fornecia uma vista agradável. A acomodação é anunciada "com estacionamento", mas apesar de a vaga de estacionamento extremamente apertada fazer parte da propriedade, tivemos que pagar 25 euros por noite para usá-la. Se o serviço tem que ser pago à parte, não deveria ser incluído no título do anúncio. Portanto, se você pretende ir de carro e usar a vaga de estacionamento, tenha em mente que o preço real da hospedagem é 25 euros mais caro que o divulgado.

• Bruce (8/5): A great place to stay and enjoy beautiful Ljubljana. - The location was excellent, just a short walk along the riverside to all of the attractions in Ljubljana. We were able to get a carpark for an extra fee which was very handy, apartment was well set out and comfortable. Communicating with the host, Ana was very efficient throughout. We chose this property hoping to be able to wash our clothes. Washing machine was good but there was no facility to dry them.

La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile ci ha contattato e dato informazioni precise e semplici per accedere all'alloggio e al parcheggio. Niente

• Sanja (8/5): - Blizina centra, 15 minuta hoda Parking mjesto 25 €, spremačica za 3 sata ranijeg dolaska 15 €, boravišna pristojba 13 €, sve troškovi koji nisu navedeni nego tek po uplati rezervacije dobijete te informacije. Krevet popucao prije dolaska, da nije bilo pomoćnog, ne znam kako bi spavali.
• Biljana (9/5): Ein top Aufenthalt der uns immer positiv in Erinnerung bleiben wird. - Das Appartement ist super schön gelegen. Wir konnten direkt auf den Fluss sehen. Die Einrichtung ist schön und praktisch. Das Gebäude befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und vor dem Haus ist ein Kinderspielplatz was sehr praktisch für war, da wir 2 da waren.

There is also parking in front of the house. The owner was very nice, responsive, provided all necessary info in advance. /

Hmmm, cam multe...s-o luam in ordine: loc de parcare strîmt, cu un suv , imposibil de deschis portierele. Si cerea 20 eur pe zi!!!! Mai scump decît parcarea pe strada.!!! Curtea vilei...murdara si dezordonata Sa intram acum: ddaa, cu mult efort se deschide usa de intrare( cheia e rau facutà) Apartamentul...nu are living, doar o bucatarie fara o cafetiera demna de acest nume( doar o vechitura stil italian, mi-a fost teama s-o incerc) Un mic frigo vechi, facea zgomot ca un tractor... In baie plasa de țintari nu mai era, noaptea am alergat dupa țînțari... In dormitoare mai era cite o canapea, care se potrivea ca " nuca in perete" Cuvertura era mai ingusta decit patul... Televizorul intr-un dormitor, foarte mic ecran, dar, oricum, nu aveai cum sa stai ca sa poti privi. Incerc sa adaug fotos, pt conformitate... Oricum, proprietarul vrea sa faca bani multi pt un confort ce lasa de dorit. Ana, donșoara care gestioneaza apartamentul, incearca sa-i împace pe oaspeți, așaa...prin telefon, dar nu poate sterge impresia generala despre aceasta locatie, surprinzator de bine notata in Booking.

• Zaitsev (5/5): Passable - As soon as we checked in, we immediately felt that the apartment was terribly cold, since we were with two children, one 8 years old, the second one year old. We immediately reported this to the owners of the premises, to which they said that we should wait 1 day and the premises would supposedly warm up, naturally, nothing warmed up even after 2 days. We lived permanently in the hotel because the children were sick. On the very first day of our stay there. Even with the heating on and the air conditioner on, it was very cold and damp in the apartment, especially the floors were just icy. Knowing this, they still took an additional fee for a children's crib 👍🏻🤦‍♂️They were more concerned about our future comments, and not the health of the residents and children in particular. We are writing this with only one goal, so that someone reading this would think 1000 times, especially if you are traveling with children.

Its central location was perfect, offering stunning river views that we enjoyed every day. The host was outstandind. She was incredibly helpful, inviting, and had such a positive spirit. She provided us with excellent tips for our visit and was very flexible with all our needs. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. Nothing
• Sandra (10/5): Great place to stay during you Ljubljana City Trip - - clean and super cozy apartment directly on the river - parking on site - beautiful neighborhood just a short walk from the center (you can stroll along the river for 10 minutes and find yourself in the middle of historic Ljubljana) - upscale neighborhood with places to eat and enjoy a drink - close to all major attractions - super friendly and accomodating host, we booked spontaneously and she was able to meet us within 10 minutes of our booking - dishwasher and washing machine for clothes available
