This is my second time staying with them and definitely not the last. The indoor pool was also a nice plus to have to relax. Nothing, perfect

They hardly had variety, mostly olives and condiments, an egg and bread station. Was highly disappointed with the poor quality of selection and food.

- Sergei Kasenov (8/5): Хороший вариант для работы на выставке - Мне понравилась близость к метро. Чистый, сетевой отель. Мне сделали небольшой апгрейд номера, в честь дня рождения. Это было приятно. Рядом с оживленной трассой. Шумно всю ночь. Выходя из отеля видишь некрасивую, заброшенную территорию. При заезде не было воды в номере. вай фай был нестабильным.

- Xu (1/5): Disaster stay. Highly not recommended - This is a disaster experience. I made reservation between March 4-9. But want to adjust to 4-8. I tried everyday with booking and also reception of hotel. Reception always say they can do nothing or they will email reservation department but nothing happened. Booking also could not reach out them since no one answered. They said if I ask booking to request they will approve from backend but never happened. Very bad service and totally not customer oriented. Besides, not too many staff speaks English here, making it a bit difficult. Very slow response while requiring shampoo or other stuff. At the same time, room clean is quite careless. Very bad experience.

- Dilmurat (1/5): - Stay: Radisson Hotel Istanbul Merter – Room 1220 Pros: — Cons: Two genuine diamond rings (value ~€14,000) were taken from my mother’s closed suitcase. The hotel requested photos/certificates; after we submitted a certificate, one ring was suddenly “found” in the laundry “in the bedsheets” (not believable). Staff became angry/insulting during follow-up questions and were rude when my aunt collected the ring. Police report being filed. Do not leave valuables in the room. Aufenthalt: Radisson Hotel Istanbul Merter – Zimmer 1220 Positiv: — Negativ: Aus dem geschlossenen Koffer meiner Mama wurden zwei Diamantringe (Wert ca. 14.000 €) entwendet. Hotel verlangte Fotos/Zertifikate; nach Nachreichen wurde ein Ring „in der Wäscherei in den Laken“ „gefunden“ (nicht plausibel). Auf Nachfragen reagierte man teils wütend/beleidigend; auch bei der Abholung durch meine Tante unfreundlich. Anzeige wird erstattet. Keine Wertsachen im Zimmer lassen.

- Felix (9/5): Ein sehr gutes und komfortables Hotel. - Ein sehr gutes und komfortables Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Alles ist sehr sauber, und der Pool- und Saunabereich ist schön gestaltet – ideal zum Entspannen. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl und kann den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Lage des Hotels – rundherum befinden sich Baustellen und eine Autobahn, was das Ambiente etwas beeinträchtigt.

- ALEKSANDR (5/5): - Заселили раньше времени. В ресторане нечего есть, меню очень маленькое, очень долго приносят заказ, цена высокая. Консьерж меняет деньги по своему грабительскому курсу. За 5 дней убрались в номере 1 раз. Рядом с отелем нет ни ресторанов, ни магазинов, до центра далеко. Номер очень маленький, в троем очень тесно.

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas top et peu varié. Le service de propreté est léger, pas de nettoyage complet des chambres. Plusieurs désagréments comme du bruit dans les chambres,, problèmes d'eau qui se coupent dans les chambres et dans la salle de sport aussi. J'ai connu des hotels 5 étoiles à istanbul dans les mêmes prix qui sont largement au dessus.

- VADYM (8/5): Nice room, good value, sauna + hammam - Nice and clean room, good sauna. Has underground parking. All good for this price. Be ready you need about 30 min to get city center. But there is subway nearby. During winter time a bit cold in the pool. Suggests to make it warmer + 3-4 degrees. Breakfast place as well.

- ASMAT (8/5): Overall was good stay specially Mr Edis and colleagues were cooperative. - Breakfast was good and fresh, hotel view was just ok but it was convenient to move from hotel to city centre via metro and train. I booked in PKR around 100,000/- but at the time of reception to pay bill the conversion was charged more as it costed to me in PKR 127,000/- so this thing should be better.

- MHIRI (9/5): Très bon séjour à reccomander - Petit bémol, à la demande d'un taxi pour se rendre à l'Aéroport d'Istanbul, le personnel de l'hotel veux absolument que nous prenions la navette de l'hotel à 70$ alors que nous avons demander un taxi à 45 $ (prix payé lorsqu'on s'est rendu de l'Aéroport jusqu'à l'Hotel)
